We had a great time at this hotel. They upgraded our rooms to lake view and provided us an exclusive butler whose name is MaoJiaXin. She is very helpful and attentive to our needs. She makes it easier for us to enjoy our stay at the hotel. In addition, they have a lot of amenities the children can enjoy. We wished we could have stayed longer. Will definitely come back again.

The hotel was very good in many aspects, the room was comfortable to keep all my family there, due to has a bunk bed. My children have a lot of fun. My wife is also very satisfied, because could relax. The breakfast has many alternatives, specially for us foreigners which is difficult to find sometimes. In the morning, there are clowns blowing balloons. In the evening. The housekeeper Xinxin's was warm and thoughtful service. Check-out also very fast.

An experience that is short of a 5 stars resort. The outdoor facilities are mostly old and in need of refurbishments, the indoor ones are a mixed bag with some ok while others are slightlyhtly run down. Room designs are awkward with shower rooms and toilet exposed with little privacy. Might work for couples, but it doesn't make sense for family, friends or co-workers sharing the same room.

We had a great time here. The resort is really nice. Great for kids as there are many activities to do. Our housekeeper / butler, Xinxin was very nice and attentive to our needs! We recommend this place!

We had a very comfortable and fun stay at this hotel. Mona went above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable. She was very helpful and always tended to our needs. The view, stunning. The room had a lovely bath and very spacious. The breakfast was lovely too. Would definitely be returning.

Overall a good stay. A pet friendly resort (surcharge 200/dog) with no hassle. Amenities are aplenty with a large outdoor pool and indoor pool for laps. They also have squash and table tennis available at extra charge. It’s a busy location on weekends for locals - families galore. Breakfast buffet was sufficient, nothing outstanding but big enough selection of mostly Chinese food. The resort is large and faces the lake. Unfortunately the lake itself is dirty but still a lakefront property away from city life. They try hard to provide lots of outdoor space with grass areas and nice paths. The spaces are kept reasonably clean although the resort can afford a bit of a facelift as some places are dated. Nice little hiking spot not too far from the resort. Great area for cyclists.

Nice resort for families with lots of activities for the little ones. Highlight was the service and all staff were friendly especially Mona who also spoke English well and shared her wechat and checked with us everyday to ensure our stay was pleasant. Bon fire and fireworks for Chinese new year were an added bonus. Mona also helped us book a BBQ tent which was a nice experience by the lake. The play area is large and could use a facelift as some areas seem dated. Buffet breakfast was nice with the usual fare and a nice touch to give the kids a small gift when they clean their plates. Although it’s winter, the temperature was quite warm and the room AC could only be used as a heater which made the room too warm so we turned off the AC and left the windows open. Car parking was mostly full during the holidays but we managed to get a slot to charge the electric car. Overall a pleasant stay.
