Thé place has a calm vibe to it. The staff is welcoming and accommodating. Exactly what you need when you’re traveling with a child to a new place. Riyaz Ahmed made sure we have a comfortable time and he went out of his way to take care of our little one. Such acts one never forgets. Great hospitality by Shabbir and Raja.

During my stay the standout feature was undoubtedly the exceptional staff, with Mr. Riyaz deserving a special mention for his outstanding service. On the downside, the rooms fell short of expectations.they were functional, but lack of certain amenities or perhaps a need for refurbishment contributed to a less-than-optimal stay. The decor and furnishings might benefit from an update. Despite the room-related setbacks, the hotel's prime location and the warmth of the staff, particularly Mr. Riyaz, still made it a memorable stay.

We had the great stay at the fortune resort heevan..we feel here excellent atmosphere .The hotel is very neat and clean from the top to bottom.the property is very beautiful with promote service for a satisfaction stay ..as a family we had a family we had a fantastic time at this warm...the hospitality here was expectional nd made the trip so much enjoyable..and more beautiful Mr ZubAir &Mr Riyaz.. who were very polite and very helpful..everything they provided for us..... Definitely we will visit again..,,,

Wonderful stay at ITC Srinagar! The hospitality of the entire staff was impeccable. The resort style hotel is very well maintained and the rooms are extremely clean. Thanks to Zubair, Shagufta, Riyaz and the entire staff for making our stay warm and fuzzy, filled with wonderful memories :)

Excellent hotel and service. Would like to thank Mr Riyaz and Zubair and also all the staff at the hotel. Nice, comfortable and clean rooms. The property has a nice green garden in the middle and the food is also nice. It’s located close to Dal Lake but doesnot overlook the lake.

My stay with Hotel Heevan ITC Group was pleasant and awesome, Zubair Riyaz and Iftikar from the hotel was very cooperative and helpful the food was very good and awesome.must vist this amazing resort for stay.....they have sports facilities

Firstly front office staff very cooperative specially Mr ubaiz then has we move towards rooms housekeeping department all staff very active very helpful with warm smile then come good restaurant specially here chef comes personally to each one ask which dish you want or any suggestions then here food restaurant staff specially Mr Riyaz &Mr Zubair are very hearty person served your food like family member understand your needs well overall experience very nice must stay everyone once to experience the best out best 👍
