Avis : Grand Richmond Stylish Convention Hotel

Overall, I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made a good impression from the start. The bed was cozy, and the amenities provided were sufficient for a short stay. However, I noticed that there were no power outlets near the bedside, which made it slightly inconvenient to charge my phone or other devices at night. It would be great if the hotel could consider adding bedside outlets for better guest convenience in the future. Aside from that, everything was satisfactory. The staff were polite and helpful, and the location was convenient with easy access to nearby restaurants and shops.

Good location for plug in MRT purple line, and good service of staff. The staff has willing to help and support. The room has good views and comfortable living area. Perfect and super cost effective breakfast. I can suggest for hotel just one thing that , please add more electricity plug in room. Thank you

a large beautiful hotel with great beds. but the breakfast could be improved. a good range of food at breakfast but the actual taste and quality is poor...i have had better breakfasts at other 4 star hotels. suggest the hotel looks at improving this as this is a 5 star hotel.

Its is located in the main street of nonthaburi. There are 2 towers, an older one, a newer renovated one, be sure to check which one you had booked. The water pressure is slightly low and some blockage on the shower head not all holes has water coming out. The breakfast is great, western and local Thai style!!!

The room was not clean. I requested to change to a new room but the new room was not clean either.

I already stayed a night in this hotel, and that made me want to spend more. I even re-booked the same hotel for 2 more nights

The staff are friendly though the cleaning is a mess. I stayed for 3 days and the cleaning staff did nothing but make the bed.

Drop off for baggage was inconvenient Receptionist was not friendly Room was ok No reminder before breakfast closed even many guests were still having breakfast ... so terrible!!

In a center of Nonthaburi , near mrt train & night market

- Noisy Air Conditioner – The air conditioner was extremely loud, and even after adjusting the fan speed, the noise level remained the same. This made it difficult to sleep. - Traffic Noise from the Road – Being on the 18th floor, I could still hear traffic noise from Rattanathibet Road throughout the night, which was quite disruptive. - Disturbance by Hotel Staff – On 3pm-4pm, a hotel technician kept knocking on my door repeatedly and even attempted to have housekeeping open my room. I assume there was a misunderstanding regarding room numbers, but this caused unnecessary inconvenience and concern. - Inconvenient Bathroom Setup – In the wet zone of the bathroom, there was only a soap dish designed for bar soap, despite the hotel providing liquid soap. This made it inconvenient to use the provided amenities.
