Caribbean Noosa

We arrived at 5.30pm and retrieved the room key from the key safe as the receptionist finishes at 5.00pm. Easy key access so no problems. We stayed 7 nights and there were a few issues. Housekeeping leaves fresh towels in a plastic tub outside the door each morning after 10am. On 3 occasions I had to go to reception to ask for toilet paper. A complimentary shampoo, conditioner and soap is there on arrival but this does not get replenished during the stay. We were not offered fresh sheets at all. The pictures show a stove top in the kitchen but our room had an electric plug in hot plate only. The apartment had 3 dead pot plants which could use some attention. The cleaning was average with marks on microwave, the loungeroom mirror had marks on it. The bathroom could use a good scrub. The lounge cushions were a little old and could use a wash or updating. Just a little attention to detail which was lacking. On 1 occasion there were no clean towels left for us so I went to see the receptionist at 2pm to request some along with toilet paper and Jenny walked me to the laundry and replied "I haven't got around to it yet". Not at all rude, just laid back which I guess is the Noosa lifestyle. The location is great and the river view was beautiful. I would not recommend this for older couples or those who like a late night wine as the stairs up to the loft can be challenging. With a little extra attention to detail and services like fresh sheets and toiletries this would be a great little find. However I would recommend doing a little more research as the photos, as with any website are a little photoshopped, and this place is a little outdated.

Great location close to the beach, shops and restaurants, but in a quiet neighborhood facing a canal. We stayed in a waterfront apartment and it was amazing to sit outside. The apartment had a stylish and cozy atmosphere and decor and we really enjoyed it. Had everything we needed. Clean and friendly staff. Highly recommend.

This aparthotel is just superb. Brilliant location away from the main area but only a short walk. Spotlessly clean and well appointed. Great swimming pool and easy parking. We really enjoyed our stay and it’s clear this place is very well run. Definitely recommend.

Just a quick note to thank Jenny so much for our stay last week. What a fabulous location, top quality accommodation with the added bonus of the heated swimming pool and access to the river canal. This location is so close to the famous Hastings St and the beach. All in walking distance to all the amazing cafe's and restaurants. Highly recommend the Caribbean Noosa and will tell all my friends about this location. Arrived back in New Zealand completely rested and relaxed. Thank you

Great location to everything Loved our stay port apartment was perfect. Location location was exactly what was advertised and beautiful surroundings. Pool was clean didn’t go in very cold. River frontage was so nice to sit back and enjoy. Do your self a favour book you won’t be disappointed. We will be back 😀

We stayed in a riverside apartment in July 2022. Can I firstly say that the property manager (Jenny) was a delight to deal with and so helpful both before and during our stay. We had a beautiful apartment that overlooked the river and I would strongly recommend the river view apartments. We had our own boardwalk/deck with banana lounges, outdoor dining table and a Weber baby Q BBQ. I had zero intention to cook a meal whilst away; however, when I saw the BBQ facilities and the outdoor dining facilities (with tranquil view) I went out and bought BBQ meat and salads. We hired the 2 person kayak from Jenny and had one of the most memorable experiences kayaking around the waterways. Bed was comfortable. Apartment was clean and tidy. Netflix is included. Towels are replaced daily. I don't really have too much negative to say about this place. Yes, it is a little bit older than some of the more contemporary rivals and there is no valet service or room service but it is a close and easy walk to Hastings Street and the beach (5 minutes). The apartment we stayed in has a single loft bedroom. It is not suitable for anybody who has difficulty with stairs, or who is travelling with small children. I would definitely stay here again and would therefore gladly recommend this place to anyone.
