Rivalmare Boutique Hotel

Excellent in general. The waiter had no experience, low-level service from the waiter but the food was very good for a reasonable price.

Lovely boutique hotel right on the water. If we come back to Novigrad, we will definitely return here. The staff is very professional, courteous, polite, and helpful. Suite has – private elevator to room from lobby; sauna (which we did not use); living room with sliding glass door to deck with frig; bathroom with (very tight fit shower) and door to deck; large bedroom with shelving, safe, and sliding glass door to deck; full length of suite deck with hot tub, sunbeds, and table overlooking west view of sea. Lovely turquoise blue and white color scheme; very clean. The bed had German style individual duvets. The shower is half of the tub with a movable partial glass “door” over the tub that makes for a very tight squeeze, with a sloped tub floor down to the drain on the opposite side of the tub; the tub floor is very slippery. The water pressure is not good and the shower is hard to use.The air conditioning works very well. There is not an assigned parking space; we had to park in a very tight fit at the marina about a ten minute walk away but the car was safe. The hot tub on the deck is marvelous at sunset. Check it when you first arrive – the lid was off and the water was very cold (because the lid was off, which the hotel person did not seem to understand), so we closed it up and turned the temperature up so we could use it the next day. The breakfast is buffet, with a small selection. There is not much of anything that is healthy (low calorie / low fat) other than the cherry tomatoes used as garnish on other offerings. Fruit is “whole”, not cut up or sliced. Bread is pretty stale (sliced, not rolls). The outdoor terrace is wonderful – across the pedestrian path and in a covered glass building right on the water. The a la carte omelettes are very good. The hotel is right on the pedestrian path along the water, with a cement slab below the glass dining pavilion. The sunbeds cost 18 euros per person even for hotel guests, which does not seem appropriate given the expense of the rooms to stay there; they should be free for hotel guests. Restaurants close early! We had trouble finding restaurants open and serving food after 9 pm. There is a grocery store a few blocks away.

Great hotel, perfect location. I recommend the apartment upstairs - a private place with a jacuzzi and a beautiful view of the sea. Professional hotel service. A very good restaurant. Special thanks to the lovely lady (blonde) from the bar

Lovely hotel in a great location.The sea is literally on your doorstep and it well situated for walking around Novigrad and all its restaurants. Room was very clean with a comfortable bed. Lovely balcony overlooking the sea. Staff friendly and very helpful, breakfast very good. Only downsides were the fact that the restaurant wasn't open, but loadsof choices nearby, the one thing that did rankle was a 26 euros per day charge for sunbeds which you need as the front is all concrete and rock. They should ditch this.Would have been five star review otherwise.

I have been on congres in Umag and stay in Novigrad in this hotel , Ana receptionist was amazing , she gave me a lot of tips and things what to visit , and also she was speaking english fluent . Big thanks to Ana and managment, see you next time

Von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise war das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Hotel hat eine schöne Lage, das Meer vor der Tür und ins Zentrum, zum Hafen sind es nur "ein paar" Schritte. Frühstück ebenfalls vorzüglich, mit reichlicher Auswahl und vorzüglichem Kaffee. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Jeder Zeit wieder....

Ich bin alleine ohne voraus zu buchen nach Novigrad gekommen, das Hotel hat mich angesprochen. Nach einem kurzen Gespräch mit einer Mitarbeiterin konnte man mir noch ein Zimmer vermieten, leider ohne Balkon und ohne Sicht aufs Meer. Selber schuld würd ich sagen, wenn man ohne zu buchen hingeht. Das Zimmer war sauber und geräumig, für eine Person sowieso. Das Frühstück ist für mich als kleinen Esser völlig ausreichend, jedoch begrenzt sich die Auswahl auf 4qm. Die Qualität hingegen ist in Ordnung. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Bademöglichkeiten gibt es ab 15m vom Hotel entfernt zu genüge. Im Großen und Ganzen für 3 Tage völlig in Ordnung und ausreichend. Leider musste ich trotzdem den Preis für 2 Personen im Doppelzimmer bezahlen.

Wir waren im Spätherbst zu Gast und wurden sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich empfangen. Der Meer blick ist fantastisch, der Service sehr gut, die Zimmer nett eingerichtet. Durch die überschaubare Größe fühlt man sich schnell "zu Hause".

Отличный отель! Чистый, все новое, кровати удобные, тёплый номер. Первое здание находится на берегу моря, второе в центре города, окна хорошие поэтому шум из улицы практически не слышен. Нам достался номер во втором здании с террасой и лежаками. Питание не шведский стол, но на выбор и ресторан на берегу моря. И это очень приятно когда ваш столик обслуживает официант. Все очень вкусно, выпечка свежайшая! Персонал приветливый.
