L'emplacement était incroyable ! Non loin des sites touristiques, à seulement un pâté de maisons des transports en commun / train. A côté du shopping aussi ! La chambre était très propre et confortable. Le lit était confortable et la salle de bain était très propre et bien conçue. AUCUNE personne en direct pour s'enregistrer, mais il était assez facile de suivre les instructions sur la tablette à écran tactile. N'a pas aimé · Les oreillers étaient trop mous et plats à notre goût, mais nous n'avons pas non plus essayé d'appeler pour en avoir plus ou des remplacements.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Great apartment style hotel with very good restaurant. Be aware there is no lift as this building is in the old part of the city. Pleasant views over the river and very good close walking access to both the Underground and the old city. Excellent market in Square. We would recommend this hotel. The staff and Manager were very helpful

we stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and it was lovely. the location is in the city center, very close to anything you might need: metro station (U2), a big market center with a grocery store and lots of shops (Galeria), a variety of restaurants, etc. (keep in mind this store is closed on Sundays and during national holidays, as well as most of the other stores in the city). the room is very clean, and spacious. Check-in/out is automatised, no interaction with staff, except for breakfast. You will do a self check-in at the hotel where the restaurant is, by filling in some details on a tablet, and you will have to code some cards for your room (max 3 cards). Sounds complicated, but it is very easy, so dont worry. You have all the indications on the tablet. The hotel has 2 buildings: one with the restaurant and the other one, 1 minute walking distance (depends on the room number you got allocated on the tablet during checkin). If you don’t want your room cleaned that day(do not disturb), you just need to push the button on the door before going out. Once you are back in the room, you will have to push it again, to re-activate the Do not disturb mode, if u still want it on. The hotel sends all this information via messages in the Booking app or Text message. The a-la-carte breakfast is absolutely next level. AMAZING. We are very impressed. You can have as many non-alcoholic drinks as you want and choose one of the available breakfast items from the list. They look and taste so, so good. This is the best breakfast at a hotel we had so far. Compliments to the chefs! Highly recommend this place.

Excellent service apartment experience for the 5 of us with this 3 bedder. Everything was complete within the apt including the kitchen. I loved the coffee machine. We cooked and had our noodles. I guess the only downsides were the lack of lift elevators as we had to carry our luggage up to level 3. The other was having to 5 to share the bath and WC took some adjustments but at least the bath and WC are separated. Great location, with many small cafes and restaurants and shops dotted all over the neighbourhood.

We've stayed in this hotel with our kids in December. Overall it was not bad stay. Our room was like a little apartment with kitchen and 2 bedrooms. But it was 4th floor with no elevator. What you need to know about this hotel: photos on their website are kind of confusing. First of all it is not a hotel, it is more like an apartment building. They have no elevator. The floors are mostly carpet, and I'm not sure if they really do the proper room cleaning. It is more like towel change service there. The breakfasts are served in the Cafe which is located next door, so you have to put on a jacket and go to street. But breakfasts quality is 10 our of 10. And you just can't beat the location of this hotel, it is just around the corner from the main city sights, and our view from the room was also magnificent: the river, the Castle everything. I'd say it's ideal for couples and youth, has it's challenges for families with small kids.

It would help if they offer continental breakfast, just the basic stuff. The menu was quite limited for breakfast (drinks, all the food and service was was fine). Rooms are not that big but they are nice, isolation is not that good and you can hear other guests or noise from the bar a Friday / Saturday night (until midnight approx.).

We ate here during our stay in Nuremberg and glad we did.Overlooking the river,with a great outdoor,it has a really good vibe and atmosphere.This very popular restaurant and bar serves very good food and beer and was reasonably priced.The menu was easy to understand and has an English version and the service was friendly and polite.

Hotel room nice and clean. Hotel has a late night bar underneath which is quite noisy. We were facing the river so quieter than the street rooms. Absolutely no information in the room. I was asked to check in online, I did and that was the end of the email conversation. Had to go through my booking confirmation to find a telephone number to use WhatsApp and find out about breakfast and wifi. The lack of information is very disappointing.
