Very nice Boutique Hotel in a nice central but quiet location.Very comfortable large bed and pillows.Lovely room.Near to all bars and restaurants.Breakfast was rather dull and repetitive and not much choice to what we really expected.This really let it down.If I knew would of had breakfast elsewhere.Not great if you have a late flight as there is no lounge area to relax.The reception is in the breakfast room where they have use of a laptop.Charges are same as a good quality 4 star hotel but without the convenience of a reception/lounge area.This definately spoilt our stay.Need to highlight this on their website rather than expecting guests to read every fine detail.

Staff was friendly, accommodating and helpful. Rooms and rooftop were fresh and attention to design, decor, efficiency and sustainability was apparent and appreciated. Great bed and pillows. Breakfast was a delightful spread of freshly baked goodies and fresh fruit.

We felt wonderfully well! Everything was superlative, especially the very kind and welcoming staff. The interior of the hotel has an amazing and welcoming design. I warmly recommend this 5-star place!

This hotel is lovely and quaint! It's right in town walking distance to some of the cutest shops. The rooms were super clean and spacious. The complimentary breakfast is lacks luster as nothing on the buffet is hot, which is a downer for me. Regina is AMAZING! Her English is limited but she works so hard to communicate with you and to make you happy! She recommended her favorite seafood restaurant for dinner about 30 minutes from the hotel and it did not disappoint!! GET THE SEABASS!! THE VIEW DO DIE FOR!! CasAunoE is only 30 mins drive from the picturesque prince beach!!

An amazing welcome! Beautiful interior. A more than welcoming entrance of the breakfast room on the 4th floor and a terrace. Breakfast was more than complete. Yoghurt, fruit, veggies, eggs, homemade pies, bread, toasts, croissants, cheese, ham, choco, ... Coffee is fabulous. The service impeccable. Very neat and tidy. We had an aperitivo in the evening on the terrace and even that was soooo good. Served which the typical bread of Sardinia, cheeses and ham. Everything wel taken care of. The room had everything you can ask for. Mini bar, very good bed, shower, a desk, tv, coffee and tea, water, hairdryer, shampoo, .. Airco automatically turned off when opening the window which was definitely very good. And top location at the beginning of a traffic free zone, close to restaurants, ... For me definitely a perfect stay!!! When I go back to Olbia, I will be staying here again and I recommend this to everyone who is looking for a personal, small scaled boutique hotel. So thank you for this experience.

We liked the hotel right away, and not just because of the AC on the hottest week of the year. It is located in a very central location, close to stores and restaurants. Our room was beautiful and perfect in every detail, including intimate soap in the toiletry items (a first, hopefully not a last). The decor of the place is also really well thought out and stylish. But the biggest difference this cute hotel had over others was the staff, in particular Virginia and Simona. They were both skilled at their job, while making us feel welcome like no others. Virginia has helped us with a small issue for which I had to go see a doctor, from finding the right pace, to making sure a taxi was available. Simona has great passion in her craft, and the results are delicious cakes, and breakfast options with a smile. I wish we could have stayed longer, but I know we will be back 💜

We stayed there 2 different times. One night before we picked up our charter yacht and the night we returned it. This place is as wonderful as the other reviews say. The breakfast buffet has everything. Pastries, meat, cheese, cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit and a great coffee machine. The staff takes care of you with a smile. Rooms are beautiful and each are decorated in a unique way. Only 9 rooms. The last night it was pouring rain so we had friends over for the hotel happy hour. It was so perfect we didn’t want to leave for dinner. Thank you to our new friends in Olbia for taking such good care of us. Sincerely, Rebecca

Absolutely brilliant hotel, highly recommended. Perfect city location, a very clean and comfortable hotel, quite given the location, easy to check-in and out, lovely breakfast, super friendly staff and easily a 10/10!

Beautiful and modern boutique hotel centrally located in Olbia, close to the main street. Both of the hosts made us feel very welcome for our two-night stay. The room was nicely decorated with original details and modern amenities. Great color scheme, light and airy with pops of color. Very clean, and great beds. Everything in the mini bar was complimentary. Breakfast was served on the top floor in a cozy room doubling as the reception. Great selection of food and drinks – the croissants were especially good. Would definitely stay there again, great hotel!
