Large, comfortable hotel convenient for visiting the Arnhem area. Restaurant was pretty average, hotel bar a little soulesss but overall a good stay. Rooms were comfortable with views into the surrounding woodland. Reception was friendly and efficient.

I stayed at this hotel for one night with a group of friends. It is a beautiful hotel in lovely surroundings, the staff were pleasant and the room was very comfortable, quiet and luxurious with quiet and efficient air conditioning. We all enjoyed the generous breakfast buffet. Unfortunately, my impression was soured by what happened after our stay. I found when checking the invoice that I had been charged twice for the rooms. Upon contacting the hotel, they first acknowledged their mistake but then completely ignored my e-mails, and I had to seek recompense via ***********, who refunded me. At the very least, I would have expected an apology from the hotel. It's a lovely hotel, but if you stay there, make sure you double check your invoice when checking out.

Very smart hotel with great facilities. Staff were polite, efficient and friendly. Plenty to choose from for breakfast and restaurant food also very good. Ideally located for exploring the Arnhem battlefield. I would definitely stay again.

This is a beautiful hotel to stay but sadly I had a bad encounter with a rude receptionist who called me a liar after asking for change for the car park. A male receptionist stepped in to resolve the situation without a problem. The female receptionist just kept smirking and rolling her eyes! Just rude. I asked to speak to the manager who basically sided with the receptionist. Waste of time speaking to her. I then paid €7.90 for a basket of fruit, I had to chase them up for the fruit and when it arrived it was pathetic! Just not worth the money. I will not be staying here again.

Our last stay here was four years ago. Our north wing room stay was compromised by leaking roofs and dated rooms. Upon entering this time the lobby looked great. The restaurant and breakfast buffet again superb. Hilton quality! But relegated again to the North, the Super 8 wing. Same leaks, minimal rooms ( no coffee maker , no safe, old tub. This is what people refer to saying the 4 star rating should be a 2 . Apparently the south wing is redone, but these rooms were not offered to us.

Had a single room for three nights in June. The weather was warm and sunny. Overall, I did not expect much from the hotel, as such it met or exceeded my expectations. The good points. o Close to walking trials and the great outdoors o Breakfast. There breakfast is hands down SUPER. o Had a disproportionally large bathroom compared to the bedroom. It was nice but seemed awkward but a good awkward o the room, furnishing and bathroom were modern. The bathroom had definitely seen an update o plenty of free parking Things to improve o the bathroom had a balcony (which was nice) but on the balcony there were cigarette butts. As a non smoker I can not stand this, but what it made it worse is that you have to question the cleaning staff if they don't clean that up. What else is getting missed o Single bed, was like for a very skinny person, not horrible kind of small o One Shampoo for 3 days, no refills. I think they could replenish the shampoo given it was for both shower and hand washing. o Dinner, had it once. It was okay but not 35 euros good for fish and chips and one beer.

Good location, not far from the Open Air Museum and Kroller Mueller Museum.very reason price and comfortable room. There is also a military museum nearby that we didn’t get a chance to visit. Our room was in the back, but still had nice windows; we didn’t mind since we were only there for one night.

I was given a gift card for Bildaberg as a wedding present, and based on the website and the reputation I suppose my expectations might have been a bit too high. It gave the impression overall of sort of...fallen grace? You could see how it would once have been very impressive but wasn't quite up to its old standard anymore. Partly I think it was also the fairly new/young staff, which makes sense given the difficulties in staffing post-Corona. But for instance the cleanliness of the pool would be an easy fix.
