Hotel Vila Tina

I have been coming to Vila Tina's restaurant since i discovered it in 2021, but this was my first stay. Quite unforgettable. This family-owned hotel has now become my favorite stay in Croatia. Excellent service, food and hospitality. The view from the room and restaurant is stunning. Gets you into immidiate relax mode forgetting the everyday life. And the owners and staff make everything possible for an enjoyable stay. The weather and the sea was just perfect, May has become a great month for summer vacation in Croatia.

This is truly a family hotel. It is run with care and everything about it has quality . The staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are comfortable and ours had a small balcony with a view of the sea. Only 50m from the hotel a ladder allows swimming into the bay. Our evening meal was excellent with fish grilled on a wood fire. Prices were reasonable. The breakfast was really special with a selection of home cooked pastries. At less than 15 mins from Split airport and only a few minutes from Trogir it made a great last night for our 3 week Croatian holiday. We would thoroughly recommend it.

We've been coming to stay in Vila Tina for approximately 5 years now and are still amazed how well this little hotel is managed, but now we now why that is so. The entire team, from the owners to the staff have it in their blood stream, it is all about top quality, hospitality, and the genuine wish that their guests will leave with a memorable experience an the desire to come back. We cannot say thank you enough for the wonderful stay, the excellent treatment, and not to forget, the incomparable kitchen. Again, five stars from us again, and we will see you all soon.

Really reasonably priced and the room had everything we needed. A charming sea view and friendly reception service made it the perfect stay for our final night in Croatia (plus it is very convenient for Split airport, which is just a short Uber ride away).

I chose this property based on its proximity to the airport - I had a very early morning flight and needed a quick commute. In hindsight, I wish I had stayed here for at least two more nights, just to enjoy the property and it's charming little town. Located about 10-15 minutes west of the airport, Hotel Vila Tina sits on a winding seaside road through a quaint stretch of houses, restaurants and shops. I can't say enough about how helpful and friendly the staff were. I needed help booking an early morning taxi and they had it handled - my ride showed up exactly on time and for a much more reasonable price than the cabs we took around Split. The restaurant is superb. So much so that a reservation is recommended. We did not have one but the wonderful hostess hooked us up with a table after a brief 10-minute wait. The food was delicious and the ambience was off the charts - open air dining with a view of the water and the mountains in the background. They also have a breakfast buffet which was far better than any others we saw around Split or the islands. The room itself was modest but cozy and clean with a Spanish hacienda vibe. The bathroom was roomier than average and came with all of the amenities you'd expect. The bed was exceedingly comfortable and unlike most other hotel/AirBnB properties, the TV offered a broad range of multi-lingual programming. In addition to local Croatian channels, there were English, German and French stations. While you're not there to watch TV, it's a nice option for winding down the evening. If the hotel is the last/only stop on your trip. the front desk will organise a taxi to the airport for you for 200 Kn and you'll get there in less than 15 minutes. Definitely recommend walking through the little town and checking out some of the cool cafes and restaurants. During our trip, we stayed in Split Old Town and on three different island properties before this and without a doubt. Hotel Vila Tina delivered the best value, best accommodations and most helpful staff.

Wir waren zum Mittagessen hier und haben sehr gut gegessen. Es gibt eine kleine Mittagskarte und wir haben uns für Ravioli mit Shrimps und Trüffelsauce entschieden. Personal ist sehr freundlich, Lokal hübsch eingerichtet. Wir würden wieder kommen!
