Avis : Via Inn Shinsaibashi

Le petit déjeuner était très bon et le personnel très sympathique. La chambre était super propre et suffisante pour moi. L'emplacement est super pratique, à 3 minutes à pied de la rue commerçante la plus fréquentée. Beaucoup de restaurants à proximité. Je le recommande.

Le personnel a été très serviable lorsque j'ai demandé un enregistrement anticipé (avec quelques frais supplémentaires). L'emplacement n'était pas mal mais la sortie 7 ne sera pas très utile si vous avez des bagages avec vous. Le matelas était confortable. Mais j'aurais aimé qu'il y ait un deuxième oreiller car il était trop bas.

Hotel is just 3 mins from exit 7 of shinsaibashi station. Right in the midst of all the 2nd hand vintage clothes shops. Eateries everywhere. Hotel is a standard hotel, though the breakfast is really good. You can walk all the way through the shinsaibashi shopping street to nipponbashi! Great stay!

Very convenient location nearby metro Midosuji line, staffs are very nice and friendly, they did not charge my penalty for missing key card. And the room is very clean and quiet. And, It’s close to Shinsaibashi!

Clean & nice room. The location is excellent and also delicious buffet breakfast. Definitely will stay here again if I visit Osaka next time.

Ideal location for first timer for sure, easy to navigate from KIX airport. The train station connects to everywhere, making it ideal to explore. I love the healthy breakfast options and all the welcoming hotel staffs who are always ready to help! Plenty of food options nearby and all the popular food streets are accessible by foot! Room is clean and comfortable, size is moderate to national standard i feel. Laundry services offered at a fee, and usage availability can be tracked on TV live, making it really convenient. I would not hesitate booking again!

There were two hotels with similar names in the area so it was easy to get mixed up. Location is pretty good, close to the station and dotonbori is within walking distance

Room was very clean and everything was great! Bed was comfy but the pillow is slightly harder. We tried to request for softer pillows and was given so all is great!! :)

Staffs are friendly and helpful, they even have a smoking room for smokers. You can also do your laundry at designated area which is very convenient for travellers who stay over for few days. Location is super convenient.

Super convenient location. Super affordable. Room is spacious compared to some prestigious hotel. 7-11 just below the hotel allows me to go down and grab anything I need anytime. Superb!!

I stayed for 4 nights, and the hotel is conveniently located near the metro station. However, the room was quite small for two people, though the amenities were excellent. The breakfast was amazing, and the service was top-notch. One downside was the limited washing facilities; the entire 12-floor hotel only has 4 washing areas, which was inconvenient. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and I would definitely recommend staying for a maximum of 2 nights.

Nice hotel with limited space for suitcases. It’s suitable for one person but might feel a bit tight for two with luggage. The front desk staff were very friendly, and the location was decent. The buffet breakfast was enjoyable, though not essential.
