I am a frequent user of this Premier Inn, it is local to my work. Sadly it consistently lets you down. Positives are parking and access good, reasonably quiet spot in City. Negative bits WiFi is appalling, it dops out, no speed, invariably no access. Feedback from reception was 'it does it to me too I can't get on'. Rooms are lacking maintenance. My last room the shower curtain was held up by only 2 of the 4 screws, the shower head was stuck pointing at the wall. There was paint on chair, walls were marked, mould on tiles and grout, noisiest fan covered in dust. Reception staff ( not all) need to go on a customer service course, they do not care. On this occasion my meal allowance was not communicated to restaurant nextdoor so I had to pay, but will argue this later. Previous rooms have had leaks that I reported but not fixed during my stay, dirty rooms etc.
