Le plus choquant, c'est que j'ai découvert que le gel douche et le shampoing dans la salle de bain n'étaient que des bouteilles vides après avoir pris une douche, et c'étaient les mêmes bouteilles vides que les neuves. J'ai appelé la réception et on m'a dit qu'il serait livré immédiatement, mais j'ai attendu plus d'une demi-heure.

What can we say... a warm hospitality, checked. Staying here for my son's bday celebration, and a free slice of yummy cake brought to cheers him... Everythg's was good, and we're happy to spend a night here. Thank youuu HSICE - BSD..

Stayed for one night and loved it! The staff was incredibly friendly and the room was spotless and comfortable. Perfect for a quick, relaxing weekend getaway.

The room was spacious and i personally liked the washroom bcos of the rain shower. Water pressure was strong. The bed was comfy and kudos for variety of channels on the tv. The breakfast was so good i spent almost 2 hours enjoying the food while chatting with my sister. The main highlight for me was the freshly baked croissant and the traditional indonesian rice (i forgot the name but it has small chunks of meat in the rice). The customer service was also great, everyone was friendly and smiley. Overall i enjoyed my stay at santika ice bsd and would recommend it to other people :)

Very convenient if you’re attending a concert at the ICE BSD Halls. It’s literally next door! Service is very good and staff are all very polite and helpful!
