Just recently back from the newly opened Casaly Hotel in Argostoli. If you want high end luxury where nothing is too much trouble, then this is the place. We booked the Executive room and was not disappointed. The whole hotel is finished to a very high standard and the food is out of this world. Its in a great location striaght across from the bay. Really is top quality. But its the staff that take it to that extra level, nothing too much trouble, always ready to attend to your every request and lovely people, a real credit to the owners. Ive found many Hotels ive stayed in the past that dont quite live up to their billing or price tag... but this one does. It aint cheap, but quality usually isnt. If you want to treat a loved one or just pamper yourself, look no further than the Casaly Hotel. Its an amazing hotel, in a great location on a beautiful Island. Lee.

I have never written a TripAdvisor review before but this hotel deserves to be acknowledged! This is truly a 5 star hotel! The hotel itself is brand new, very modern, sparkling clean, and luxurious! We were treated like royalty from the moment we arrived. No joke.. the thought “this is what it must feel like to be a queen” ran through my mind. The staff goes above and beyond in every way! The bed was SO comfy and the breakfast was amazinggg!! The spa was beautiful and so relaxing! We could use the facilities all day (sauna, steam room, hot/cold showers, salt room, pool, etc.) and we loved our massages! The only negative is that we have to leave!! You will not be disappointed.

All I can say is WOW what a hotel ! Never been made so welcome in my life , the staff were amazing couldn’t do enough for us , we ate in the restaurant and it was another wow amazing tastes great food , I would recommend anyone to go there, you won’t be disappointed

What can I say! Just the best hotel experience ever. Originally booked in to their sister Canale Hotel and Suites nearby (which I'm sure would have been just as good) we were upgraded to their new hotel. The room was both stylish in the extreme and beautiful, with a wonderful view over the bay from the terrace. It is excellently situated in the town, between the cruise and ferry terminals. The welcome was delightful with a beautiful cold drink and full assistance with the luggage. Breakfast next morning was and experience - from the wonderful fresh orange juice, a selection of coffees, lovely pastries, fresh fruit and cooked options, all beautifully served. The shower was probably the best I have seen, and suitably high tech, and the beds and pillows definitely the best. They have a small pool and sunbed (that doesn't adequately describe them) area, a gym and full spa facilities. Certainly not the cheapest hotel you will find, but by far the best and well worth it. We would love to return.

Σ ένα πρόσφατο ταξίδι μου στην όμορφη Κεφαλλονιά . Δεν μαγεύτηκα μόνο από τις ομορφιές του νησιού -αν και δεν την επισκέπτομαι για 1η φορά- Έμεινα απόλυτα ευχαριστημένη και έχω να πω τα καλύτερα για τη διαμονή μου στο ξενοδοχείο σας. Άρτια εκπαιδευμένο και με άριστους τρόπους ευγένειας,εξυπηρέτησης και φροντίδας από όλους.ΜΠΡΑΒΟ!!! Σας ευχαριστώ πολύ ! σας εύχομαι μία καλή σεζόν!!!
