Magda's Hotel Apartments

We have been to Magda's before, and we were delighted to return this year. If you are looking for a mega deluxe hotel, this isn't it - it is, however, a family run, warm friendly hotel, where guests are treated as friends. Indeed, many of the people that you will meet at Magda's are returning guests, and it is easy to see why. Since we were last here, there is the welcome addition of an adults-only pool on an upper terrace, which suited us fine. Breakfast is still excellent with Dimitri running things, excellent fresh fruits, yoghurts, omelettes, and fabulous Magda's marmalade. The rooms are fine, air conditioning and a big fan in the bedroom to keep you cool. We didn't use the kitchen facility other than to make tea and coffee in the morning, and to keep drinks cool for those hours on the balcony! It's not a long walk down into town, and Parga is great in the evening with all the restaurants along the beach. We will be back....

Terrible beds! Our room’s bed had only one mattress without any top mattresses. We arrived by night, so first night was sleepless due to the hard rock bed. We asked several days (4) for a replacement to be able to sleep, but got nothing. We used pain relievers and pain gel’s in order to get some sleep. We were very disappointed with the hotel’s customer service level. I don’t know was our room the only exception, but due to this occasion I cannot recommend this hotel. Overall the hotel had a beautiful view and okay breakfast with 4 variation’s to choose. Location with the short walk to the city center was very good. Daily tansportation to Valtos beach was good, where we spent a beach day with holidays best beds with top mattresses. Sadly though they were sun beds and we could not bring them along to our hotel.

Fabulous property. All the staff are amazing. Dimitris in particular always there at breakfast with a smile. Spotlessly clean accommodation. A few steps up to higher rooms so if you have any mobility problems it might be an issue. There are rooms on lower levels too. Beautiful views. Quite a few cats around the grounds....be sure to take some dreamies for them!! 😁

My wife and I stayed at Magdas for one week from May 24th in room 49 we have only been on all inclusive adult only holidays so this was a new experience. We wanted to try different Greek restaurants every night and soak up the atmosphere with superb food and drink, well Parga is the place to do this and Magdas is certainly the place to stay. Room 49 has superb views overlooking the sea, it has everything you need and the air conditioning was excellent, we spent every evening on our balcony drinking Mataxa brandy after our nights out. The pools are spotless, the breakfast is superb and all the staff are wonderful, cheerful and work very hard. Many of the guests that we spoke to have been returning to the hotel for many years, so I can only guess that Costa's the hotels owner must be very proud of his hotel. Mike & Julie

I stayed here with my wife and two daughters for one week. We stayed in one of the villas (no52). The villa was spacious and aircon etc worked well. Some of the furnishings were a little dated but we spent only a small time in the villa. The breakfast/ bar / seating area was very nice and confortable, staff (especially Dimitri who was a top man ) were all very nice and friendly. Food was of good quality especially the breakfasts. Only thing that could be improved is the pool area could be bigger, seemed as though there was not quite enough room at times.

Can't recommend this place highly enough. Lovely staff, lovely breakfast, amazing accomodation. Costas and the team were really helpful and accomodating. Parga is a great resort,busy in August but the old town is very pretty and the kids loved the beach.

Everything was great, rooms, pool, food..Breakfest was sooooo Good. Views are amazing. Staff was helpful and kind. Hotel is up on the mountain, but it is worth climbing. Clean and pretty place, I have absolutely nothing to complain. Best vacation ever.

I was here with my partner two weeks in June 2022 and we enjoyed this hotel 100%. In room*s condition and tidiness was something litte to improve , but nobody's perfect. The atmosphere, staff and other guets was fantastic. You felt like belonging to big family. The workers in Magda's treated you like a king and were geniully interested how are you doing and feeling! If you needed help you get help immediately. The enviroment of Magda's is so relaxing and comfortable: green palnts everywhere, flowers, olive trees and little sidebuildings maked it like home. Swimming pool and sun area worked well and dining terrace was the heart of this hotel. I have never saw so much laughing and chatting with guests in breakfast and swimming poll, it made me and my partner surprised. Everybody felt so relaxed and served like royalties in this hotel. The atmosphere in Magda's is something you can't explain, it just exist! Thank you for making our holiday perfect!

The place is really good! Our rooms we big, nice and clean! A special GOLD MEDAL to the gardener that spent hours keeping the beautiful garden in wonderful condition. The garden makes a huge difference! Restaurant is better than just a snack bar. Serves Pizzas, fresh salads, and sandwiches until 23:00. Internet is available even in the rooms (Our travel agent said just in common areas). Service was personal and fantastic. The only drawback for some are the different levels. 50 outdoor stairs to go from our room the the pool. Some rooms even more, some much less. A bit difficult for our parents arount 80, but not impossible. For us it was nice training that definitely made a difference in leg strength :-) If you dont like too many stairs, just ask for a room closer to the entrance and pool area. Anyway, if you consider Parga, you'll love Magda's! Fantastic value for money!
