Hôtels à Mississauga avec parking

L'hôtel est très pratique pour les premiers vols au départ du terminal 3. La machine à café dans la chambre était un avantage appréciable. Le lit est assez haut et très mou, ce qui rend difficile l'accès. Le personnel était très arrangeant. La nourriture était excellente. Les chambres sont un peu vieillottes mais propres et calmes. Le tarif de la chambre était élevé pour le niveau de service offert.

It was a nice comfortable room but the hotel was a let down for us. First we needed to wait for 15 minutes for a check in with a small child in our arms at night, because there was only one receptionist who was also working as a cashier to a shop in the hotel and just prioritised the people leaving the shop instead of the coming guests. The thought of combining a receptionist and a cashier being a good idea is beyond me. The swimming pool was another let down. We booked it for the slide but in the pool we learnt our almost 5 years old daughter is too small for the slide. We offered we could slide with her, but it was also not allowed. We complained and literally nothing was suggested as a solution. Not even an apology. The posters for the slides are very misleading and when booking there was no information clearly visible that there are such restrictions for the slide, that is so eagerly advertised. All in all, this was the worst stay we have had for a while due to the incredibly poor service.

Cet établissement proposait un service de navette aéroport de 6h à 10h et de 16h à 20h. Cela convenait parfaitement à mon horaire de vol et me permettait de faire l'aller-retour à l'hôtel selon mes besoins. J'ai appelé le Hilton Garden Inn pour réserver la navette. Il y a eu un petit malentendu car il existe plusieurs hôtels Hilton Garden Inn et j'ai pris la mauvaise navette, mais tout a été réglé finalement. Le personnel de la réception m'a également envoyé un SMS pour s'assurer que ma chambre et mon séjour me convenaient. L'hôtel disposait d'une piscine et d'une salle de sport. J'ai testé la salle de sport, qui était plutôt agréable et propre, avec un nombre correct d'équipements. C'était une petite salle, mais suffisante. Ma chambre était propre et spacieuse, et j'ai passé un excellent séjour. J'ai aussi apprécié la proximité de plusieurs restaurants ; j'ai donc commandé à manger et je suis rentré dans ma chambre. Très agréable !

I really enjoyed my stay here so extended it for another day. This hotel has great front desk staff that answer all questions and put me at ease. It has the perfect location for a quick exit, being beside the airport. The restaurant food is delicious. The room I stayed in was clean with airport views. It was quiet and extremely effective at keeping the light out for a great sleep.

L'apparence est belle et le personnel de bureau est sympa et utile, mais je ne pense pas que la chambre que nous avons séjournée soit adaptée aux clients qui en paient. J'ai choisi cet endroit pour un parking gratuit et près de YYZ. La chambre était incroyablement petite et structurellement incorrecte pour les gens de se déplacer à l'intérieur de la chambre. La photo de la chambre qu'ils ont publiée sur le site a été magnifique et confortable, mais cela n'est plus important si nous ne pouvons pas bouger. Ils ont eu une fête de mariage le deuxième jour et la musique très forte était en cours à 1 h et le lendemain il y avait une autre fête mais ce n'était pas si loud.

We were very disappointed with our recent stay from April 27–28. Upon checkout on Monday morning, the receptionist, Arshiya, did not greet us or show any signs of friendliness. When I asked a few questions before leaving, her responses were curt and came across as rude—she didn’t smile or make any effort to be welcoming. We’ve stayed at many hotels across the U.S., and this was by far the coldest reception we’ve experienced. We expected a higher standard of hospitality, especially in Canada, where friendliness is something the country is known for. The room itself was okay, but there was a strange odor that made our stay less comfortable. The wifi might seems have a problem too. On a positive note, the food was excellent—fresh and well-prepared—and the person who greeted us during the meal was warm and welcoming. Their kindness really stood out and helped improve our experience. I would recommend providing Arshiya with additional customer service training to ensure she can offer the level of hospitality that guests expect and that will enhance the overall quality of your business.

I stayed at this hotel for just one night. I chose it expecting it to be a little better than average, but overall it was just okay. Check-in was friendly and fast. The bed was comfortable, with nice bedding and pillows, but the sofa in the room was not comfortable at all. The room itself felt small and not very cozy. I would have preferred proper curtains instead of roller blinds. Noise was a factor—the hotel sits under a flight path. It didn’t bother me much once I was asleep, but sensitive sleepers should keep this in mind. The elevators were also a bit frustrating, as the card tap didn’t always work right away, though eventually it did. Breakfast was disappointing. The area was extremely crowded, and the food was below average. In the end, I wouldn’t pay extra for this hotel. It’s very similar to many others in the same category, and the rate feels overpriced for what you actually get.

Great hotel if you have a layover at YYZ! They offer shuttle service to the airport, complementary coffee and breakfast! Had a great 5 hours of sleep before my next flight! Only downside was waiting for the shuttle bus for about 30minutes before it picked us up from the airport (I could have gotten more sleep). The hotel is a bit far from the airport compared to others so always account for extra time!

Les suites de cuisine sont absolument magnifiques et ont tout ce que vous avez besoin de cuisiner ! Il se sentait juste comme chez vous au lieu d'un hôtel. Les chambres sont grandes avec des lits et des cuillères confortables. Les ascenseurs peuvent être occupés pendant les heures de pointe. Personnel amiable et processus d'entrée rapide. Parking.

My stay was great for one night to be close to the airport for my morning flight. I arrived early and was able to check-in. The room was good with working applicanes and amenities. Found hair strand on the bed but that seems to be normal in hotels. They have an airport shuttle that came on time and dropped off right in front of departure door. My experience was good overall and would stay again.
