風景沒話説，很美。直接上圖，水清澈的傍晚在房間裏看出去可以看到魚在遊，鴨子和鵝都在湖裡，湖水的顏色非常美 交通也很方便，在城市裡，背靠大山，所以叫外賣或者出去吃都很方便。 主題酒店大堂有一架鋼琴可以隨便彈奏，有接駁車可以開到山頂，風景也很美麗，送的索道我們小朋友太小就沒去坐。送的驚鴻旅拍，小哥哥拍了大概二十幾張照片，拍完了第二天選片，有3張免費的精修，期待一下。 美中不足的是沒有圍欄沒有嬰兒床，對於十月齡寶寶不太友好，會擔心晚上睡覺摔下去，本來工作人員想幫忙把沙發移到床尾，但是沙發太長了，挪不過去。由於是新開業的酒店，希望後續儘快配齊吧，可以讓小月齡寶寶放心休息。對於大寶寶來説就不用擔心啦

Pendant mon séjour, toutes les bonnes choses sont devenues à portée de main. Chaque membre du personnel était très sympathique et poli, me faisant me sentir chez moi ! However, one person completely changed our experience — Shi Jun from the front desk team. Shi Jun demonstrated truly exceptional hospitality. Through WeChat, he patiently communicated with us, answered every question and did everything possible to make our stay comfortable. He helped us when we were close to giving up on the reservation, arranged room changes, helped find a suitable place for me to work, assisted when we needed to visit the hospital, and continued to care about every detail of our family’s needs. His professionalism, kindness and genuine concern for guests represent the very best of hospitality. Shi Jun is a young man who is a true credit to Fantasy Jialebi Theme Hotel. Unfortunately, none of the staff members we met could speak English, and some were reluctant to use translation tools. Basic English support or greater willingness to use translation applications would greatly improve the experience for overseas visitors. 🧑🍳 Breakfast Service Professionalism Although breakfast was excellent, we noticed the chef using his phone in the breakfast area during service time. The room is beautiful, you've seen that already, but here's my genuine experience that I hope helps set your expectations. Overall, bare minimum service. There is no proper front desk reception, and I had to remind them to set up the butler group chat the day before arrival because there were no instructions. Upon arrival, the main door was locked. Someone eventually came and brought my luggage up to the room, and that was it. No friendly chats, no personal touch, no estate introduction or tour, no other instructions, just a few pre-set WeChat images. The butler is quite responsive on chat but often provides incomplete answers. Service at breakfast was cold. No one welcomes you when you walk in, and there was no proper introduction to what was available. There was only one staff member at breakfast. He eventually came over and asked which main dish I'd like. There was no mention of Western vs. Chinese options until I overheard someone else's order. Most of the time he was standing at the kitchen entrance using his phone loudly, which made it hard to get his attention. The loud phone noise made the experience quite unpleasant, as I was hoping for a relaxing, quiet breakfast. Food options are very limited for a solo traveller. I ordered ******* for every lunch and dinner. I was quite hungry in the late afternoon and looking forward to the savory snacks in the afternoon tea set. I ordered them to my room and was told the ”chef had a family emergency” and could not prepare the fries and popcorn chicken, though I later saw someone else having the complete set in the lobby. :/ I saw another review a few months back giving feedback that there was no floor mat near the hot tub area. Even though they always respond to negative reviews the same way, saying they will improve, the problem was unfortunately not fixed. You only have one floor mat at the shower area and have to remember to bring it across the room to the hot tub area, or you'll be dripping wet on a slippery floor when you exit the tub. Soundproofing is bad. There is a road right next to the room, and you can hear occasional cars passing by. During my stay, farmers were harvesting bamboo, and you could hear the loud truck engines (which sounded like excavators) and them talking loudly. Mad respect for farmers, just highlighting the downside of the location that you dont see in the nice photos. The whole experience was strange because it felt like other guests were there for photoshoot over an actual hotel stay experience. You could see beautifully dressed ladies posing at every corner of the estate. Nothing wrong with that, just not something I'm used to. The experience is not without positives. The room I stayed in 【云渌】 had an insanely beautiful view, which was what I came for. It directly faces the bamboo forest and mountains. On good days, you'll probably be able to see a nice sunset. The room was clean and had great, thoughtful amenities, including Le Labo toiletries, a small pack of laundry detergent, eye masks, earplugs, and a Dyson hairdryer, to name a few. I also loved the huge private balcony it came with. I was really looking forward to this stay, but coming from another 民宿 I absolutely enjoyed, the service here was a stark contrast. This place has so much potential if they could brush up on the professionalism of the service crew to match the aesthetic and pricetag. I sincerely wish them well and hope the service can be improved.

The property is surrounded by abundant greenery and plants everywhere, especially outdoors, which makes the environment feel fresh and natural. Sitting there and looking out toward the bamboo forests is incredibly peaceful and contemplative. Whether the weather is sunny or cloudy, the atmosphere remains equally pleasant and charming. Another lovely detail is the nearby stream—you can hear the gentle sound of flowing water, which adds even more tranquility to the stay. The staff are very kind, welcoming, and attentive, making guests feel comfortable, almost as if they are in their own natural home environment. The guests staying there are also respectful and pleasant, contributing to the calm atmosphere. Transportation is also very convenient, with taxis arriving quickly and reliably. There is a nearby village called Yucun that is lovely to visit, and many scenic areas around the hotel are easily accessible as well. Overall, this is an ideal place for anyone looking for peace, beautiful design, nature, and a truly relaxing experience in Moganshan.
