MMilandexiaopippo離機場很近，從11號門出來步行10分鐘就到了，酒店也可以安排車去接。我第一天抵達時懶得等車，直接走過去了，第二天清早預約了6點15的送機，班車開了4分鐘就到了。
酒店一樓很大，空間開闊，裏面的裝飾品毫不吝嗇，充滿了藝術感。房間也很寬敞，裏面用品嶄新而舒適，還送了歡迎水果。我住的樓層還有環境優雅的休息區，好適合朋友們坐下喝酒聊天。
酒店附近除了機場裏的餐廳，找不到其他餐廳了。酒店裡有兩家餐廳，我那天晚上去了一家點菜，價格合理不貴。
酒店服務很好，一進門就有工作人員迎接指引，一路上工作人員見到客人都熱情打招呼，預約了接機後早上還會有人打電話提醒。

HHetianxingPendant les vacances du 1er mai, choisissez de séjourner au Crowne Plaza Lanzhou New District. Il se trouve non loin de l'aéroport de Zhongchuan et de la gare à grande vitesse du nouveau district de Lanzhou et dispose de transports pratiques.
Je suis venu ici en voiture et il y a de nombreuses places de parking sur le parking de l'hôtel.
Après être entré dans le hall, le personnel de la réception et du service du hall était très sympathique et la procédure d'enregistrement a été très rapide. Lorsque la réception a vu arriver les personnes âgées, elles ont chaleureusement aménagé une chambre à côté de l'ascenseur et ont loué les petits détails. La pièce est très spacieuse quand on entre, et l'hygiène est très bonne.
Le lendemain matin, je suis allé au restaurant, qui proposait de la nourriture chinoise et occidentale. Le personnel du service du restaurant était très enthousiaste. Quand j'ai vu des coquilles d'œufs dans l'assiette, ils l'ont rapidement remplacée par une nouvelle. Je recommande particulièrement les ramen🍜, préparés sur place, très délicieux~~@NANA
J'ai séjourné à l'hôtel pendant deux jours et je me suis senti très satisfait du service.
Un merci spécial au service client Miaomiao pour sa visite de retour soignée sur ce séjour, très sincère ! La prochaine fois que je voyagerai à Lanzhou, je choisirai le Crowne Plaza Lanzhou New District !

BBili-BuluWe are a family of two adults and two young children travelling with my in laws staying at a room with loft and a twins deluxe for 6 consecutive nights (had to extend the stay for 2 nights due to unforeseen circumstances). In our opinion, this hotel definitely fits into the 5 star rating category though not sure why the rating is marked as only 3 stars on trip.com. All staff that we interacted with at concierge, reception, restaurant, housekeeping and lounge were eager to help, professional and friendly. Housekeeping recognised my in laws has mobility issue and protectively provided additional accessibility facilities for their room. The rooms are modernly designed, spacious and clean. The gym is well equipped and the swimming pool has been excellently maintained, with water temperature that's just perfect. There's also a fairly hidden kids playing area (not very big) which the kids enjoyed spending ages at. Breakfast choices are diverse with local, broader Chinese and typical Western options available. Signature LanZhou noodles soup is a must every morning. For travellers not intending to dine out at night, we highly recommend paying a little bit extra for a room with club access as the light dinner it provides with the room is well worth the money. Overall, we had a very positive experience at the hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone. With that said, here are a few areas that we are not used to, which are common issues across hotels in China: 1. There is cigarette smell at various parts of the hotel. While this is not a constant issue, I personally have expected there's absolutely no such unpleasant smell at all throughout our entire stay (for a hotel that we deem to be 5 stars). In our mind, perhaps there can be better room allocation based on smoking and non smoking floors, and stricter enforcement of no smoking policy near common areas where there can be smoke drift. The reception area in particular is a hot spot for cigarette smell. 2. For visitors like us travelling from overseas, the rooms' air-conditioning setting are just too warm for us. As the heat setting was centrally controlled, we couldn't change it to a setting that kept the room to a temperature of low 20s. We ended up just completely switching them off and the hotel provided us with a separate cool air generating machine which helped to a degree. 3. For our initial booking of 4 nights, we were somewhat disappointed our loft room does not have the river view (noting that the room booking type for loft rooms made no distinction to river or city view, so we had assumed all rooms have river view). With all that said, we believe the first two issues are probably not unique to this hotel specifically in China, and the last issue can probably be resolved by making our expectation clear during booking, which makes this hotel still one of the best in the area.

IInvitéBel hôtel à côté de la station de métro Tuanjie Xincun, ligne 2, mais pas au niveau 5 étoiles. Nous sommes restés 3 nuits car j'avais payé d'avance. Pas d'anglais parlé ni à la réception ni au café du petit-déjeuner. La chambre était au 26ème étage avec une vue magnifique vers le sud. Chambre calme, assez petite et avec peu de penderie et pas de coffre-fort. Le petit déjeuner était chinois et décevant. Belle piscine intérieure chauffée, mais assez fréquentée par des étrangers autorisés à y nager. Salle de sport fantastique avec tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin et rien que pour vous. Je reviendrai probablement ici pour une nuit si le prix était correct. En excursion d'une journée, nous sommes allés à Bingling Si. Prenez le métro jusqu'à la station QiLiHe sur la ligne 1. Marchez vers l'est après KFC, prenez le 2ème passage pour piétons, tournez à droite puis à gauche après les rabatteurs près des toilettes publiques. Il s'agit de la gare routière de Lanzhou Ouest. Nous avons pris le bus de 9 heures du matin pour 23 yuans en espèces seulement et disponible uniquement le jour même. A l'autre bout, organisé une voiture pour 4 personnes pour 320 yuans. Dernier bus de retour à 17h30. Il partira plus tôt s'il est plein. Près de la gare QiLiHe, excellent café au 76 Jian Gong Xi Jie. De retour de la gare routière, après KFC, après Metro, à gauche dans Jian Gong Xi Jie. Essayez le « café sale »

WWangwuyouC'est mon deuxième séjour à l'hôtel Hilton et j'ai l'impression que le service ici est très enthousiaste, tant à la réception qu'au service en chambre ! La chambre dans laquelle j'ai séjourné cette fois-ci a été surclassée et je pouvais voir le lever du soleil dans la chambre. C'était génial. C'était très inconfortable à cause de la météo lorsque je voyageais du sud au nord. La dame du service d'entretien m'a même envoyé un humidificateur. Extraordinairement chaud !  Craquez pour le thé de l'après-midi au 51ème étage, le tiramisu est tellement délicieux, bravo !

IInvitéI would recommend staying here during your visit to Lanzhou as the location is strategic, the Zhengning Night Market is only a 5 minute walk way, the Shopping district is about 1km or a 15 minute walk away, the Zhongshan bridge is only a 5-10 minute Didi ride away. The service was great, the staff at the reception was responsive and helpful, does not disappoint me at all. The rooms were comfortable and my family had a pleasant stay.
One highlight about this hotel is that it serves 3 meals daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner, you can enjoy delicious food throughout the day and all buffet-style. It's my first time residing in a hotel that is this generous with food. This means you don't have to even travel our of the hotel to eat, though I should point out that for lunch and dinner service operates for only 1.5 hours and dinner lasted until 7pm. Lanzhou is a food haven in Northwest China, rest assured you won't get the chance to confine all your meals within a hotel.

Tout d'abord, c'est ce que je mangerai pour une nuit de plus de 1 000 yuans, et ce n'est que ce montant, et je ne peux pas augmenter le montant, je ne peux même pas demander un œuf de plus, et il n'y a pas de bouillie supplémentaire. . . Deuxièmement, il était déjà très tard et l'enfant avait très faim. Il a commandé trois plats à la hâte. Parce qu'il était occupé à emballer ses affaires, il n'a pas vu le magasin me demander si je voulais du riz, alors il n'a pas donné. moi du riz. Même si je ne l'ai pas commandé, je ne peux pas y penser sans manger l'aliment de base. Un bol de riz ne peut pas coûter plus de 20 centimes, et si vous m'en apportiez ? Dans l'ensemble, ce fut un repas très satisfaisant.

MM874915****L'hôtel est proche d'une gare à grande vitesse et de la gare sous-terraine. Très confortable pour voyager. L'hôtel propose également un transfert vers et depuis la gare à grande vitesse. Il n'est pas trop court pour marcher avec bagages mais trop court pour un taxi. Le transfert élimine donc ce problème honteux.
Le petit déjeuner est très bon.
Les dames de la réception étaient utiles mais pourraient être plus aimables avec un sourire.

IInvitéC'est une auberge de jeunesse communautaire, le rapport qualité-prix est plutôt bon. Le patron m'a télécommandé pour trouver un emplacement, hahaha, c'est très attentionné. C'est réparti comme une pièce avec plusieurs capsules spatiales, et il y a différentes options, mais ça dérangera quand même. Si vous recherchez le calme, c'est difficile. D'autres endroits sont bien. Je n'ai pas de photos, je les ai supprimées, donc je vais juste poster trois photos, haha.

Even before arrival we reached out to Li and she promptly promised to send a car to meet us upon arrival at Langzhouxi. The Tumendun metro station is right in front of the hotel. So is the bus stop which serves buses running to several Lanzhou attractions.
Aside from the obvious locational advantages the thing that strikes me most is the warmth and hospitality of the family running the place. Everyone from father, mother, 2 sons to DIL was eager to help with any questions that we might have. We couldn’t believe how patient they were in providing invaluable insights for the benefit of the tourist.
The room and bathroom were kept clean. Hot and cold water were readily available as well as a kettle.
We are grateful and would like to thank the whole family for treating us like family during our short stay here!
