Hôtels 4 étoiles à Lanzhou

Tout le chemin de Xi'an, Tianwater, Lanzhou, c'est la plus économique. La note initiale est faite. Lorsqu'il s'agit d'une séjour, il a été arrangé conformément à mes exigences. Je me sens particulièrement chaud pour le 38e étage. Les enfants sont prêts à laver les toilettes, puis transfèrent l'élévateur et un minibar gratuit. J'ai besoin de moi pour vendre un coup de poche à la fenêtre, regarder le paysage manger et boire plus cher que le bébé.

The rooms are spacious, and beds are comfortable. Location wise, it is excellent - very near Wuwei West Railway Station ( a walkable distance). At the back of the hotel, there is a small street full of great restaurants, bakeries and convenient stores. The only thing about this hotel is most of the receptionists are not prepared to use translation app ( Chinese-English). There is, though, a male receprtionist who could speak English and ready to help, and for that we are grateful. But he only worked the day shift (it seemed). I know we should be able to speak Chinese in China, however, perhaps with the staff having a translation app, we can have a better communication with them.

L'hôtel est situé près de la gare de Lanzhou Ouest dans le district de Qilihe, dans la ville de Lanzhou. Il se trouve à quelques centaines de mètres de la gare de Lanzhou Ouest. Il est très proche à pied et les bus à proximité sont également très pratiques. Les chambres sont calmes🤫 et le confort est excellent. Dans l'ensemble, l'Orange Crystal Hotel est assez bon. Par exemple, Jia Niubei, qu'il s'agisse d'un hôtel haut de gamme ou bas de gamme, le plus important est le service. Continuez votre bon travail. L'hôtel a une buanderie et une salle de sport, ce qui est très pratique. Après avoir séjourné ici pendant tant de jours, je peux généralement le recommander...

I arrived at the hotel in the very early morning, so I was not able to check in. But the midnight shift staff 若愚is very caring. He offered me hot tea while I was waiting at the lobby area. Once the sky turns bright, the staff help me to store my luggage so that I am able to go out to exlore the city. The hotel located next to a shopping mall and there's a hypermarket 大润发 at LG. You can get whatever you can imagine and not imagine from there. It was a very interesting supermarket. The hotel is very clean, amenities supplied are more than a normal hotel. Overall the staff are helpful and caring. The room is quiet and sound proof is good. They also offered hi tea, night time noodles and a pack of fruits and snacks. Unfortunately I totally forgot about the hi tea, so I didn't manage to share the experience. In the morning, I need to check out early to join a day tour, the staff manage to pack some snacks for my breakfast. If I ever come back to visit this city, I will certainly stay in this hotel again. This is the first time I stay in Mehood chain, so this gives me more confidence to stay with Mehood in other cities.

Dès que j'entre dans le hall, j'ai appris à saper le parfum parfum et le personnel de la réception, je peux peut-être être un membre de Trip.com pour mettre à niveau gratuitement le type de chambre. L'amélioration est une chambre spacieuse et confortable très satisfaisante. Les détails sont en place. Je me vois prendre quatre bagages, Le personnel qui gère la résidence a été intimement invité à aider ses collègues à envoyer leurs bagages dans la chambre. Les installations de l'hôtel sont complètes, non seulement avec lave-vaisselle et lave-vaisselle, mais aussi avec lave-vaisselle, 24 heures d'offre et de demande (la télévision à la chambre indique l'utilisation de lave-vaisselle ou la situation de vide), lave-vaisselle centrée est gratuite, super, le parfum des vêtements finis est très fragrant. Le lendemain, j'ai appelé la réception pour demander la marque de lave-linge. La réception a dit que lave-linge de l'hôtel Yahoo était personnalisée. Alors, quand je suis sorti, j'ai envoyé plusieurs paquets de lave-linge et un petit sac de cadeaux (trois sacs, lave-linge, mines) 🫶🏻🫶🏻

Stayed here for one night and had a great experience. The free airport pick-up was on time, and the customer service was very responsive throughout my stay. The room was spacious, clean, and had a simple yet cozy design. No trace of smoke smell, which I really appreciated. They offer free self-service laundry, including a dryer and iron, which is a great bonus. Since I don’t have a China mobile number to scan and use the washing machine and dryer, the staff went the extra mile and helped me scan both. I’m so grateful for their kindness and assistance. Breakfast was good, and the location is convenient, just a short walk to shopping malls and eateries. Highly recommended, especially for solo travelers!

We weren’t happy when our suite that was advertised as smoking clearly had signs of smoking in the suite, smelling like smoke, and equipment for smokers. When front desk was confronted about the marks of put out cigarettes on the furniture and ashtray, she merely stated that no room exchange was possible due to ashtrays being in every room whatever that meant. I don’t know if it was because it was around 2am that we checked in but the next morning the front desk had a much better customer service attitude. The hotel itself feels somewhat polished and the lobby has a pretty stunning display, which is not a bad location for some photos of silk road style art and architecture.

The best hotel for our trip. The interior design - just love it. Friendly and helpful stall. Great location, eateries and tourist attractions are just walking distance BUT if you have large luggages be prepare to walk a short distance because there is a street barrier in front of the hotel. The breakfast and amenities are good. By the way, the coffee is great. Strongly recommended for couples and family. 

We had a wonderful stay here. The room was immaculate and the staff kind and efficient. They were also very patient with foreigners who had little Chinese! 5/5 would definitely stay again.

DiDi ride to the hotel was easy and check-in was smooth. We loved that pedestrian street Zhangye Road was just 150 meters from the hotel and night market Da Zhong Xiang was 500 meters. The hotel has two elevator locations, one right under the sign that says Courtyard Hotel and another one through a small alley on the right side of Bank of Gansu which you will see is situated in the same building as the hotel. Must go to 5th floor for reception. Bathroom amenities and towels were replaced daily. Small issue is some parts of room were dusty, window not cleaned and I wished there was a bidet spray for washing.
