Really beautiful hotel with amazing view, you don't even need to find and observation deck, the window in a room will be more than enough. It's also a walking distance to the yellow river and a night market 👌 The breakfast buffet was delicious with a great variety 👍

Some people in the stuff speak english. The name of the hotel is Madison Hotel, not the one that trip says (but the photos on Trip show it). It's a 20min walk from the train station but that's because next to the train station there's nothing. In front of the hotel there's a bus stop for many bus lines. Unfortunately lanzhou (at the time of my review) only has 2 subway lines and it's easier to move by bus even though the traffic in the city is maddening. The hotel is extremly luxurious and there are also washing machines and dryers. This is the birthplace of Jiafei make sure to visit all the places she has been to during your stay.

Le nouvel hôtel est excellent, le service est très bon, la réception est louée, vaut le prix, le dessus est le grand petit-déjeuner, le petit-déjeuner doit être manger, les installations intérieures sont complètes, la chambre est propre et propre, l'environnement est élégant, très calme, pas de pollution sonore. Très proche de la station occidentale de Lanzhou, le service est enthousiaste.

剛剛到蘭州，拖着大包小包的特產和行李，正發愁怎麼進門，小苗已經小跑着迎了出來。她一把接過我手裡最沉的袋子，笑着説了句“交給我就好”，那一刻，旅途的疲憊就卸了一半。辦入住時，見我研究停車票，主動接過車鑰匙幫我去停好；等我從房間出來，電視已經調好投屏，蘭州的手繪地圖也被她用筆圈圈畫畫——哪些是本地人常去的牛肉麪館，夜遊黃河走哪條路線最舒服，甚至幾點去能避開旅行團，事無鉅細。他是那種讓你覺得“被穩穩接住”的人。不刻意熱情，卻總在你需要時恰好出現；不花哨推銷，給的每一條建議都實在好用。退房時她又在忙，衹沖我揮揮手説“下次來還找我” 並且酒店設施新，房間也大，床品舒服，但最讓我想寫這段文字的，是小苗那份把客人當家人的心意。下次來蘭州，我還會住這兒——不為別的，就為進門時那句笑着的“交給我就好”。

The hotel has an excellent location. It is close to the subway station and also near the night market. Zhongshan Bridge and the Yellow River are both within easy walking distance. The facilities are completely new, and everything from the bed and bedding to all amenities was in excellent condition. The gym was also very good, and the overall quality of the hotel was impressive, including complimentary food and other services. However, the only downside is that the staff do not speak any English at all. Despite being a fairly large hotel, they couldn’t understand even the most basic English words. Except for that issue, overall it is a very good hotel.

Stayed here for one night and had a great experience. The free airport pick-up was on time, and the customer service was very responsive throughout my stay. The room was spacious, clean, and had a simple yet cozy design. No trace of smoke smell, which I really appreciated. They offer free self-service laundry, including a dryer and iron, which is a great bonus. Since I don’t have a China mobile number to scan and use the washing machine and dryer, the staff went the extra mile and helped me scan both. I’m so grateful for their kindness and assistance. Breakfast was good, and the location is convenient, just a short walk to shopping malls and eateries. Highly recommended, especially for solo travelers!

Si vous cherchez un hôtel près de l'aéroport de Lanzhou, ne devez pas regarder plus loin. C'est l'un des meilleurs hôtels que nous ayons séjournés. Très abordable. Acceptez les étrangers. La chambre est spacieuse et moderne. Très propre. Le meilleur endroit, ils vous prennent et vous laissent partir de n à l'aéroport gratuitement.

The best hotel for our trip. The interior design - just love it. Friendly and helpful stall. Great location, eateries and tourist attractions are just walking distance BUT if you have large luggages be prepare to walk a short distance because there is a street barrier in front of the hotel. The breakfast and amenities are good. By the way, the coffee is great. Strongly recommended for couples and family. 

L'expérience globale de l'hôtel est particulièrement bonne, la position est confortable et le transport est très pratique, la voiture est très pratique et la rue est très pratique. La réception est très efficace pour gérer le séjour et le service est enthousiaste. La chambre est propre et propre, le lit est doux et confortable, l'effet d'isolement est également bon, la nuit est particulièrement tranquille. La salle de bain est séparée de la sécheresse, les produits de bain sont complets et l'approvisionnement en eau chaude est stable. La salle de bain de la maison est très rapide et la zone publique est aussi propre et lumineuse. This is an excellent hotel. It is located right on the Northwest Normal University Campus. It is easy to walk to any part of campus from the hotel. The hotel is also close to 金牛街 (Golden Cow Street), which has lots of shops and restaurants, and the Yellow River, which has nice walking and biking paths. The hotel is also just a 30min bus ride to parts of downtown Lanzhou using the BRT bus. The staff are very kind and helpful. The hotel room is comfortable, with good views from the window and soft beds. Each day the hotel provides 2 bottles of water and slippers to wear in the room. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. The breakfast area is also nice if you pay for it. They have local beef noodles, which are delicious!
