IInvitéL'hôtel est très bien situé en termes de transports, mais le service à la réception n'était pas du tout professionnel. L'arrivée a eu lieu après 15 heures, mais la chambre n'est pas encore prête. Je voulais une chambre calme, on m'a donné une grande chambre sans tenir compte du fait que j'avais commandé une chambre twin séparée, puis je suis retourné à la réception et la catégorie de chambre que j'avais commandée a été réduite.

UUtilisateur anonymeLocation is just opposite the train station but the position of hotel is rather awkward. Surrounding can be rowdy due to crowd around the hotel. Not suitable for those who prefer quieter environment. Room is very hot n stuffy despite opening the window

CChongshengsimayue- Environnement : Le lobby de l'hôtel n'est pas grand et peut en gros atteindre le niveau d'un hôtel 3 étoiles.
- Décoration : Joliment décorée et un très bon environnement.
- Services : Boissons et sachets de thé gratuits, ainsi que blanchisserie et eau potable gratuites.
- Chambre d'hôtes : La literie est de grand confort et la chambre est de taille moyenne.

Having visited many countries and stayed in numerous hotels, we can confidently say that her level of professionalism is exceptional. She speaks both English and German fluently and consistently delivers a high standard of service with great attention to detail. We strongly believe that Caroline truly deserves to be in a managerial or assistant managerial position, and we highly recommend dealing with her for any service.

IInvitéWir waren zum BVB Spiel angereist. Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt! Man kommt in knapp 30 Minuten zu Fuß zum Signal Iduna Park.
Unsere Zimmer waren schön und gemütlich mit Blick auf das Stadion. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Lediglich etwas mehr Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad wären toll.
Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. Nach dem Spiel haben wir im Hotel etwas gegessen. Ist definitiv zu empfehlen. Eine kleine aber feine Auswahl an Gerichten, die auch vom Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passten. Das Frühstück war lecker.
Wenn wir wieder einmal nach Dortmund kommen, werden wir definitiv wieder im Courtyard übernachten.

IInvitéWhile checking out this morning the manager at the hotel said the credit card Trip.com provided kept getting declined, so we were forced to pay twice. While I understand there was an issue with the trip.com payment, this should be handled by the hotel and the booking service. Or they should have alerted me earlier during my stay and not while I was about to check out with a travel connection that was close to being missed. Instead of public transport I had to spend 25 euro on a taxi to get to the train station.
