IInvitéI thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Chestnuts Boutique B&B! I was able to park up my car at the front of the establishment and walk around Bath for the rest of my visit! Attractions and places of interest were around a 15 minute walk away- which is fantastic!
The host was so helpful and attentive.
My room was clean and comfortable! I had access to plenty of wardrobe space,a TV with Netflix, a fridge, kettle and a well stocked box of tea treats (& fresh cakes too!)
Breakfast was gorgeous and fresh. There were plenty of local leaflets available to read about local events and attractions too.

AAliLovely place and lovely people. Great customer service/care, great greeting, and what a lovely room, too. I loved everything about this place. Location is not the best (over the hill) but has great views of the city. Breakfast is good and the whole place gives you a cozy feeling that you'd like to stay at this lovely B&B more. Stayed for one night but would certainly choose this place if I get back to Bath again. Thanks.

JJonesRickyI would like to thank the staff for everything they had done for me and my wife after I mad a awful mistake that is to embarrassing to go into ... all I can say is they literally made sure I was not going to be let down and time ruined by going above and beyond anything they needed to do to make my stay a beautiful one after my error ......the food was lovely and also everything was as it was in the pictures if not better something to see for yourself should you go ahead and book a stay .......

IInvitéThe hotel all in all is very good. Clean, polite staff and location is perfect.
Parking will have to be in the public parking around the corner which is about £20 for a day.
Online it said the hotel offers halal food but once we got there they said they aren't sure they do it.
The staff also informed us that we wouldn't be able to eat at the restaurant that day because they were booked for a function, but we feel this should've been communicated beforehand by email etc.
Other than this I think this hotel is the best in the area and is very classy and welcoming.

UUtilisateur anonymeJ'ai changé mon emploi du temps à la dernière minute et j'ai réservé cet hôtel à la hâte. Le prix du taxi depuis le centre-ville était d'environ 100 RMB. L'hôtel était étonnamment bon, c'est un bâtiment avec une saveur historique. On se croirait un peu dans une villa de maître appartenant à une famille riche. Une ambiance chaleureuse et familiale. Nous sommes allés à la réception pour faire une réservation et ils nous ont dit que nous ne pouvions être assis qu'à 20 heures. La nourriture était bonne👍

LLiam and JennyAttended on Tuesday 27th Feb. Paid a little extra for room with a bath as like the couple ****** we are, we wanted a bath in Bath. My wife's first time ever visiting here. The hotel is a lovely setting, there is history here and all the staff have been wonderful. Close to the station, literally in front of it, and close to everything. Had the great pleasure of having many encounters with Tim, one of the reception staff and I believe concierges. Super pleasant and always helpful.
We had breakfast included and after having that this morning can honestly say it's bang for your buck, with hot food to order including steak and eggs, (best steak my wife has had in the UK), a breakfast grill and a selection of others plus a typical selection of baked goods and fruits. The bar is pleasant and we enjoyed drinks last night before heading up to our room. Strawberry daiquiri we have had many times but the Amaretto sour was an interesting twist with a strong lemon zest.
The only downside to the visit would be the bath/shower experience. Lukewarm bath and cold shower when we attempted it last night. This morning we got hot water for a total of ten mins to share before it went cold again. Not the worst thing all in all but a downside considering the extra pricing for a bathtub room. I was however assured that had I brought it to the desks attention I would have been assisted and I had just done the British thing of not wanting to fuss.
One last perk that made an impact to me; free luggage storage. We checked out early so we could make the best of our time exploring Bath before we ride home. We were offered free luggage storage for even after we checked out so we could come back in quick before our train at 3pm and grab our bags and go, no extra charge. Fantastically useful as the Abbey tour does not allow luggage inside and we wanted to go.
Anyway, thank you to Tim and all the staff at The Royal for making us feel welcomed and our time there special, we will definitely be coming back someday soon and will stay again. - Liam and Jenny Stephenson, Room 109.

MmabelchangUn hôtel de vacances typique dans la zone de montagne. La position de l'hôtel est sur la montagne, certaines routes sont plus étroites et il sera un peu difficile de conduire une voiture. Cette position est adaptée à la personne qui conduit à l'auto. Il est préférable de rester dans un hôtel de la zone de montagne sans auto-conduire. L'architecture de l'hôtel est un peu épouvantable, mais il y La porte est assez garée.

IInvitéPositive - excellent receptioniste (Vipin) et sans son aide je aurais probablement vérifié tôt. Avoir parking. Location raisonnable et accès au centre de la baie. A une chaudière électrique et un paquet de cookies.
Pas si positifs - Dans le besoin désespéré de modernisation, de creuser des sols, de laver la baignoire en dehors de la salle de bains. Il n'y a pas de voyageurs liés au travail, car vous ne pouvez même pas utiliser un fer sans dégager l'ensemble du commutateur principal du bâtiment et une fois que cela arrive, il n'y a pas 24 heures de réception active. Le petit monitor informatique utilisé comme un téléviseur de transfert que vous devez tirer de la cabine. Pas d'eau potable dans la chambre. La valeur pour l'argent n'y est pas autant de meilleurs endroits disponibles au même prix ou à un prix inférieur.
