DDarrenwiltThe hotel was very central so parking wasn't great. We had to park in a multi-storey car park which wasn't ideal. The main good points was that the staff were exceptional. Always friendly, always smiling. Congratulations to all the staff on this. I felt the hotel had a friendly, hostel feel, with a pool table in the lobby/bar area. Would definitely recommend to people on Leisure trips. I was on a business trip so the rooms were a little dark, which made it difficult. The beds were very comfy and I had a great night sleep. Thankyou to all the staff for making us so welcome

IInvitéNous avons séjourné pendant une nuit, mais nous avons pensé que l'hôtel et tout le personnel étaient magnifiques. L'hôtel est vraiment dans un grand endroit, très proche du centre commercial, des plats de cuisine, etc petites entreprises aussi! Loads de bus stops près. L'arrêt de bus à la gare était seulement quelques minutes à pied que nous pensais être bon. Il y a beaucoup de place dans la chambre pour nos sacs et chaussures. Très tranquille, pas de problème avec la rue occupée à la nuit. Nous avons eu un bel moment, nous recommanderions et reviendrait à un moment donné. Certainement la valeur de l'argent.

BBuzzingtravelerI have to say that I’ve worried in the beginning when I was booking it. Some reviews brought me concerns. However, after I got my room, everything is good enough for the price we paid. I would not say it’s super clean and super nice but it’s good enough for stay. They do daily room cleaning. All the facilities you need are there. Especially the gym and the health centre are amazing. For the price I am paying I would not expect that. The location is perfect. Short walk from the train station and short walk to all the attractions. Makes it easy to in and out. The room I’ve got is also quiet. Overall I would definitely come back again if I ever come to Bristol. This is a highlight of our trip.

Nous avons demandé une chambre face à l'arrière mais peut-être n'a-t-elle pas été disponible - bien que nous avons noté que l'hôtel ne semblait pas occupé.Nous avons apprécié les arrangements de parking faciles. Et le petit-déjeuner buffet était bien supérieur à la moyenne pour ce type d'hôtel. La chambre était très bien située, mais elle était très bien située.

SSopartThe hotel was perfectly situated across the road from the train station and within easy walking distance of the town centre. We were checked in by Amber, who was so friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. Breakfast was included in the price and the buffet provided was plentiful. Definitely would stay again!

I had booked via the Trip App and paid for a double room for 2 people with breakfast- at checkout a very rude receptionist demanded I pay £29 for two breakfasts and would not accept I’d already in effect paid for breakfast when booking. I showed her the booking confirmation which clearly stated the deal included breakfast - she still asked for payment. I demanded to see the Manager who still was reticent to accept that breakfast had already been paid for…..
Unacceptable.
As a result we were late for a family funeral
