Stayed in twin room on second floor. Check in was easy, staff really friendly and service excellent. Room was lovely. Comfortable and quiet. Good facilities and shower was fantastic. No hot buffet breakfast, but you ordered from a menu. Portions small but very tasty. There was a cold continental style buffet. The young lady who served us both mornings was delightful. Nothing too much trouble. Wish I had taken her name to name drop her specifically on this review! Location was excellent. Around 5 mins walk from the station and 2 mins walk to all the shops, restaurants and bars etc. When checking out at 11, the hotel allowed us to keep our bags there until 6pm as our train wasn't until early evening. Saved us a bad back carrying them around! All in all, excellent stay and would be my first choice hotel if / when we return to Leeds.

We recently stayed at Holiday Inn with friends visiting from Australia, and we had a great experience! The hotel provided a comfortable and welcoming environment for our group, making our stay enjoyable. The breakfast was excellent—a great selection of fresh, delicious options to start the day right. The staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and spacious, providing a relaxing atmosphere after a day of exploring. The location was convenient, making it easy for us to get around and enjoy our time together. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend Holiday Inn to others looking for a comfortable and well-serviced hotel. We’ll happily return in the future! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I loved staying at Quebecs, I was here for a solo trip and only stayed for one night. Its very boutique, staff at the reception were lovely and professional, explained everything that I needed to know. My room was very spacious and comfortable. Will definitely be booking here again, maybe more than one night next time!

The hotel it's self was brilliant and the location was fab . Got late check out witch again was great but the cleaning was not great BUT I did talk to the lady in the morning and she asked for the photos and flagged it straight away. This lady was fantastic but didn't get her name . The bed sheets where ALL inside out and the bottom sheet was not big enough so there was a 4” gap at the top of the bed witch was mattress protecter, this had a dirty mark on it that looked like blood . The whole room was dusty and the spoons for the cups where dirty and it looked like it had not been hooved . I didn't want to course a fuss as me and my daughter had a brilliant night and I didn't want to spoil it . It was flagged with management so I'm hoping they get in touch with me regarding this situation as obviously I did pay for a clean room .

L'hôtel est très bon et très bon prix si vous pouvez le réserver à temps. Très luxueux pour le prix que j'ai payé. Un peu de temps pour l'accès au centre-ville de Leeds, mais beaucoup de bars et restaurants dans les environs de Headingley. Le restaurant principal de l'hôtel est très bien commercial, mais le pub attaché The Stables est une excellente valeur pour de l'argent.

Good front office team and very helpful throughout my stay. I accidentally left my suit behind, and I hope they will kindly arrange to send it back, as I have already organised the postage. Overall, a really good team. A special mention to the chef in the kitchen, who clearly enjoys looking after guests and making sure everyone is well fed. Great service and a lovely team.

We had an overnight stay for dinner and breakfast and were very impressed with the hotel, set in an old Manor House which is well maintained to keep the original style alive. The food was nice and the experience was great even despite the original restaurant room being closed for refurbishments. The bar is set in the Manor House’s drawing room which made for a nice setting after having dinner in the evening. Overall it was a very nice stay and was reasonably priced for what was on offer and we hope to stay again!

Disappointing! Stayed at this hotel in the past and felt the standards had dropped. Our room had been set up as a twin . We didn’t complain but someone arrived to change it to a double when we were just enjoying a coffee and relaxing. The fire alarm went off several times which was unpleasant . We appreciate it needs to be loud but there was obviously a problem with it! The view from the window was just a view over a concrete roof. The staff seemed very disinterested when we waited to be seated at breakfast!The coffee machine was broken ( jugs of hot coffee were available) After breakfast we had intended to relax before leaving but room 118 didn’t allow for this It was directly over a keep fit class with tunes like “ Come on Eileen “ blaring out whilst the instructor sang along!!

The facilities were good, queit single room, you have to come in with your food as there is no food service in the hotel. The location was perfect for me this time.
