But my stay would have been better if everything had gone smoothly I Just had a problem with the hotel asking for a deposit and not accepting cash for it , I do understand policies are different but after a 12hour flight plus 3 hour train ride all I needed was to get my room and rest but I had to sit for over 20 plus minutes trying to figure out what to do with my situation.I suggest they should be more accommodating and attentive to different situations and customers circumstances rather than just saying we don’t accept this and not willing to find a solution to help. Later on after about 30 minutes or so a very nice friendly manager came to my rescue and found a solution .which could have been done in the first place than having a customer wait for long because someone else is not willing to budge and understand a situation and find a solution.

IInvitéThe hotel it's self was brilliant and the location was fab . Got late check out witch again was great but the cleaning was not great BUT I did talk to the lady in the morning and she asked for the photos and flagged it straight away. This lady was fantastic but didn't get her name .
The bed sheets where ALL inside out and the bottom sheet was not big enough so there was a 4” gap at the top of the bed witch was mattress protecter, this had a dirty mark on it that looked like blood .
The whole room was dusty and the spoons for the cups where dirty and it looked like it had not been hooved . I didn't want to course a fuss as me and my daughter had a brilliant night and I didn't want to spoil it .
It was flagged with management so I'm hoping they get in touch with me regarding this situation as obviously I did pay for a clean room .

IInvitéL'hôtel est idéalement situé en plein centre-ville de Leeds, exactement ce que je recherchais. La chambre était bien, le lit très confortable et j'y ai bien dormi, sans être dérangé par le bruit extérieur. Les équipements étaient assez basiques : du thé (du Yorkshire tea !) et du café. La douche était équipée de gel douche et de shampoing, mais sans produits de beauté. Le personnel de la réception était toujours très aimable et serviable ; l'enregistrement et le départ ont été rapides. Aucun problème à signaler, je recommande cet hôtel à tous ceux qui visitent Leeds !

IInvitéPlace is very near to the Bus station which is the most important thing. Very polite and nice staff, accomodating and there is always someone in the desk when you need something. The place is clean, a bit old but still comfortable to sleep with. My kid is so happy, though it rained all throughout out visit. The only downside is no kettle for hot water when we want a hot drink. But our stay is still a pleasant experience for us.

NNeil CookeL'hôtel est très bon et très bon prix si vous pouvez le réserver à temps. Très luxueux pour le prix que j'ai payé. Un peu de temps pour l'accès au centre-ville de Leeds, mais beaucoup de bars et restaurants dans les environs de Headingley. Le restaurant principal de l'hôtel est très bien commercial, mais le pub attaché The Stables est une excellente valeur pour de l'argent.

BBradleyWe had an overnight stay for dinner and breakfast and were very impressed with the hotel, set in an old Manor House which is well maintained to keep the original style alive.
The food was nice and the experience was great even despite the original restaurant room being closed for refurbishments.
The bar is set in the Manor House’s drawing room which made for a nice setting after having dinner in the evening.
Overall it was a very nice stay and was reasonably priced for what was on offer and we hope to stay again!

There is an info in the room that taxi can be booked at reception desk. We went to reception and the staff member only pointed at the phone numbers and told us we could book it ourselves. She didn’t even get up from her chair or come over to assist us .

UUtilisateur anonymeThe facilities were good, queit single room, you have to come in with your food as there is no food service in the hotel. The location was perfect for me this time.
