From checking in early to checking out, everything was superb ! The staff af reception were among the friendliest we have come across.
The room was very clean and a really comfy bed made for an excellent night's sleep.
Breakfast was amazing, and as soon as anything ran out, it was replenished straight away. Choices were really good and excellent quality too
Definitely recommend this hotel, and we'll definitely be back.

RrianimielleWe recently stayed at Holiday Inn with friends visiting from Australia, and we had a great experience! The hotel provided a comfortable and welcoming environment for our group, making our stay enjoyable.
The breakfast was excellent—a great selection of fresh, delicious options to start the day right. The staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay.
The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and spacious, providing a relaxing atmosphere after a day of exploring. The location was convenient, making it easy for us to get around and enjoy our time together.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend Holiday Inn to others looking for a comfortable and well-serviced hotel. We’ll happily return in the future!

IInvitéI requested a quiet room , which when I arrived was happy to see I was on the 5th floor . After the event I attended I came back to my room and was very upset to be met by very loud music blaring into the room from outside , this continued all night and stopped at 5am . I managed 1hours sleep , I was mortified . This ruined my experience.

MMs.MeeraLe personnel était ami au check-in, rapide et facile. Je suis terrible avec des noms mais la dame que j'ai parlé avait des cheveux noirs, avec des lunettes, elle était vraiment utile et elle a bien mis à niveau ma chambre à un Roi excutif. La chambre dispose d'excellentes installations, de climatisation et de propreté. Dans l'ensemble, il sera certainement rester ici encore, il est une marche 2/3minute de la gare, quelques pas au centre commercial Trinity.

Le petit déjeuner est très bon comme d'habitude .
Mais pendant mon séjour, la chambre 409 Internet était vraiment mauvaise et quand on prend une douche, l'eau de la salle de bains a été saturée dans la chambre .Donc il était vraiment mouillé et inconfortable.
Et l'appel de la réceptrice Lily, elle n'est pas vraiment professionnelle.
En tout état de cause, espérez que le service de groupe IHG pourra être amélioré à l'avenir

UUtilisateur anonymeDisappointing! Stayed at this hotel in the past and felt the standards had dropped. Our room had been set up as a twin . We didn’t complain but someone arrived to change it to a double when we were just enjoying a coffee and relaxing.
The fire alarm went off several times which was unpleasant . We appreciate it needs to be loud but there was obviously a problem with it!
The view from the window was just a view over a concrete roof.
The staff seemed very disinterested when we waited to be seated at breakfast!The coffee machine was broken ( jugs of hot coffee were available)
After breakfast we had intended to relax before leaving but room 118 didn’t allow for this It was directly over a keep fit class with tunes like “ Come on Eileen “ blaring out whilst the instructor sang along!!

IInvitéVery good hotel and services. Also hists a swimming pool and gym. Parking (for a fee) is also available on site. No secure storage lockers in the rooms. The rooms may have a bath tub rather than shower.
