UUtilisateur anonymeTrès bien, très propre, très confortable. Je suis arrivée à la réception de problèmes très enthousiaste pour aider à résoudre le problème très chaud. La nuit est aussi très calme. L'effet d'isolement sonore est très bon, très sûr et chaud!

IInvitéLovely rooms, welcoming and kind staff in general. However there were some minor things that became a little bit of a concern. For example, leaky shower pipe, worn out shower, fridge in room was great but it didn't really make my drinks cold enough, the window was a bit small making the room not lit up enough during the day, even though the tv had WiFi it wasn't a smart tv and I couldn't connect my phone to it. A bit disappointing because it was a large tv lol
To make things worse, I was trying to order food at the bar and the person asked me to sit down so that he can take my order from the table. I did that, and he never came back even though he was serving customers seated around me. It was awkward and I was almost amused by it. When I left, he asked me ”no food order?” Lol . Anyway, overall it was moderately pleasant would give it 3 out 5

LLadyMarahGreat location,very quiet peaceful area beautiful room and very clean I lived it . But my stay would have been better if everything had gone smoothly I Just had a problem with the hotel asking for a deposit and not accepting cash for it , I do understand policies are different but after a 12hour flight plus 3 hour train ride all I needed was to get my room and rest but I had to sit for over 20 plus minutes trying to figure out what to do with my situation.I suggest they should be more accommodating and attentive to different situations and customers circumstances rather than just saying we don’t accept this and not willing to find a solution to help. Later on after about 30 minutes or so a very nice friendly manager came to my rescue and found a solution .which could have been done in the first place than having a customer wait for long because someone else is not willing to budge and understand a situation and find a solution.

RRealerTheGreatLa première fois que je suis ici, c'est toujours le meilleur endroit pour rester! L'accès facile aux autoroutes, une grande quantité de parkings! Et pas de mention, facile accès à la station de service à côté de celle avec Starbucks, McDonald's, KFC.

PPFHOLe service client était satisfaisant et l'emplacement de l'hôtel était vraiment excellent. Cependant, le manque d'équipements a rendu les nuits un peu frustrantes. Le problème majeur est l'absence de réfrigérateur, qui devrait pourtant être un équipement de base dans tous les hôtels. Par conséquent, même si je recommanderais cet hôtel à d'autres touristes, la présence d'un réfrigérateur dans chaque chambre est fortement recommandée afin que les clients puissent y conserver leurs aliments et boissons préférés.

IInvitéPlace is very near to the Bus station which is the most important thing. Very polite and nice staff, accomodating and there is always someone in the desk when you need something. The place is clean, a bit old but still comfortable to sleep with. My kid is so happy, though it rained all throughout out visit. The only downside is no kettle for hot water when we want a hot drink. But our stay is still a pleasant experience for us.

NNeil CookeL'hôtel est très bon et très bon prix si vous pouvez le réserver à temps. Très luxueux pour le prix que j'ai payé. Un peu de temps pour l'accès au centre-ville de Leeds, mais beaucoup de bars et restaurants dans les environs de Headingley. Le restaurant principal de l'hôtel est très bien commercial, mais le pub attaché The Stables est une excellente valeur pour de l'argent.

BBradleyWe had an overnight stay for dinner and breakfast and were very impressed with the hotel, set in an old Manor House which is well maintained to keep the original style alive.
The food was nice and the experience was great even despite the original restaurant room being closed for refurbishments.
The bar is set in the Manor House’s drawing room which made for a nice setting after having dinner in the evening.
Overall it was a very nice stay and was reasonably priced for what was on offer and we hope to stay again!

There is an info in the room that taxi can be booked at reception desk. We went to reception and the staff member only pointed at the phone numbers and told us we could book it ourselves. She didn’t even get up from her chair or come over to assist us .

UUtilisateur anonymeThe facilities were good, queit single room, you have to come in with your food as there is no food service in the hotel. The location was perfect for me this time.
