Hôtels 3 étoiles à Leeds

L'hôtel est très confortable et confortable. Le personnel était ami, professionnel et toujours prêt à aider à toutes les demandes. Le petit déjeuner a été très bien présenté et il a été très bien présenté.

We stayed at Hinsley Hall when visiting a University of Leeds open day. The hall is set in lovely grounds, with plenty of parking. Check in was very straightforward. Our room was a good size and had everything we needed. It was very quiet and the beds were comfortable. We walked a short distance to get to a number of nice places to eat and drink. There is a bar at the hall but we didn't visit it. Breakfast was great. There was a choice of fruit, cereals, jam and toast and hot breakfast. All the staff were met were helpful and cheerful. Would stay here again.

Made to feel so welcome, everything was explained well on checking in staff all lovely! Room was immaculate ,Would definitely stay again in the future!

No bar we left our room at 09.00am came back at 16/00 Hrs and we had to go to reception and ask that our room be made up very poor. Would not stay again, and it was not cheap at almost £200 for 2 nights

Not one of the better Premier Inns I’ve stayed at. Getting very dated and in need a a complete refurb. Situated a bit in the middle of nowhere, neither close to Leeds city centre nor the M1 and A1 . A comfortable and clean room but the choice a places to eat was limited to just the chain restaurant opposite. I booked at a very good price so can’t really complain as such. The usual rates are considerably higher and so not worthwhile

The experience was great until the electricity when off an hour after I used the oven/microwave in the evening - almost had dinner in the dark with my husband. Luckily, the Guest Service helped me quickly via WhatsApp. Another missing item was toilet tissue. I was only provided with one roll for 4 days stay. It forced me to purchase tissue with my own money.

Staffs are friendly and helpful. Beakfast is good, food keeps at good temperature and speedy refill. The room is small for a family, it size is smaller than other Holiday Inn Express but very clean. We arrived late, ~9pm and our sofa bed was not ready. The staff said our booking was for 2 adults only although we showed him our confirmed email from trip.com was 2A2C. He emphasised this was purely the issue of trip.com but he tried to sort it out for us. The housekeeping has gone home and left no spare bedsheet, pillow, quilt. Finally another man came and grabbed the things from another room or somewhere and prepared the sofabed for us. We appreciated his help.

Have stayed several times when visiting family. Was disappointed this time not to have a fridge I had assumed all rooms had them and due to me booking later than normal I'd paid a higher rate than usual but got a shabbier room.I think they had changed the room I had booked as I'd booked a standard double but opened door up to a small room with a double and single bed set up. I didnt want my towels changing or room servicing but i witnessed reception staff constantly telling people they couldn't have there rooms serviced as they hadn't asked the day before and if you dont ask they dont go in to even change cups or empty bins. It hasn't put me off staying again.

Disappointing! Stayed at this hotel in the past and felt the standards had dropped. Our room had been set up as a twin . We didn’t complain but someone arrived to change it to a double when we were just enjoying a coffee and relaxing. The fire alarm went off several times which was unpleasant . We appreciate it needs to be loud but there was obviously a problem with it! The view from the window was just a view over a concrete roof. The staff seemed very disinterested when we waited to be seated at breakfast! The coffee machine was broken ( jugs of hot coffee were available) After breakfast we had intended to relax before leaving but room 118 didn’t allow for this It was directly over a keep fit class with tunes like “ Come on Eileen “ blaring out whilst the instructor sang along!!

Parking good; receptionist upgraded me to family room at no extra charge which was great. I had a good nights sleep overall - some occasional noise from elsewhere but ok. Radiator in bathroom was on all the time and I’d forgotten to mention it after I tried unsuccessfully to turn it off, resulting in quite a warm room. But, for a solo traveller wanting to avoid city centre and with free parking it was fine.
