LOOKING FOR CONVENIENT AND MEMORABLE STAY IN YOGYAKARTA ? Definitely, stay in Marriott Yogyakarta. ✅️ Outstanding Service ✅️ Easy-to-access Location ✅️ Next to Mall (Pakuwon) ✅️ Big Rooms My family & I usually stay in T*ntr*m (been our no 1. option in Semarang, Yogyakarta, and Tangerang for a while), but considering NY traffic, decided hotel next to mall as safer option, and I think Marriott Yogya will be our no 1. option in Yogyakarta now. PRE-STAY Staying experience actually starts the second we finished the hotel reservation, maybe its long before we even arrive at the hotel. Most dont really optimize this. What I will highlight is Marriott really put my requests (birthday decor in specific room, connecting rooms) into the system, where everyone can check. From the one handling the WhatsApp to the receptionist the day we arrive, Ilham. And they execute my request really well. I've experienced some that forget my request and ended up decorating the wrong room, or not facilitating the request, even though they said they will facilitate. *see pic 8 - 11. It doesnt have to be expensive, businesses have to calculate the cost and margin. Whats important, for me, is put some effort into it. Its part of making the stay memorable. STAY I love it when : - the moment we arrive, the staff helps us by opening the car door, w/ the smile and greeting. Not from just one person, but every staff did the smile and greeting. - Ilham texted that the other room is ready. Most just rely on guest will be the one to follow up, but not Marriott. - we asked the way to mall entrance, the staff took us to the entrance, not just directing w/ hands. - they put anti-slip mat in shower area (pic 6), such a functional addition for safety. Because aesthetic needs to meet w/ function. - we went out at 8.30 in the morning for culinary & coffee around Yogyakarta and put the cleaning sign on, but forget to call, just to communicate that we want the room cleaned while we're out. 2,5 hours later when we're back, those 2 rooms are neat & tidy. Some hotels dont notice the difference those make for guest(s). These, for me, really help building the memorable staying exp. What more could I ask, Marriott Yogya 🫰🏻❤️ thank you

Nous avons réservé une nuit après un désastre dans un hôtel voisin et notre séjour était l'un des meilleurs en Indonésie. À partir du moment où nous sommes arrivés, nous avons été accueillis avec une incroyable hospitalité de tous les membres du personnel, mais surtout Reza qui est allé au-dessus et au-delà pour nous assurer que nous sommes accueillis et confortables à l'hôtel. Les chambres sont de haute qualité, la chambre était très propre et très confortable, et nous avons dormi très bien. Les jardins et les terrains d'hôtel sont très bien entretenus, beaux et disposent d'un grand espace pour se détendre ou, si vous avez des enfants, d'espaces pour garder les enfants enthousiastes. L'hôtel dispose d'une vaste gamme de produits alimentaires et de boissons, ainsi que d'un entretenant et offre des tours de la région. C'était aussi le anniversaire de ma copine et le personnel a fait de nouveau un véritable effort pour faire de lui un jour vraiment spécial, nous sommes extrêmement reconnaissants pour leurs efforts - 5 étoiles service. Je peux recommander très fortement cet hôtel à quiconque veut fuir la ville et être proche de la mérapie ou qui veut un peu de relaxation.

Great hotel, good view from the room at the city. But even better (actually amazing) 360° view from the rooftop, including of course towards Merapi. The room is good, there is a nice pool on the rooftop, as well as a good bar. No pool towels, though. The gym is very small and has a funny triangular shape, was a bit overcrowded with only 6 people at the same time. Only downside was the breakfast, fresh omelette was good, but some of the sweet bakery goods among the most tasteless things I've ever had. That said, still a great hotel with a nice art focused lobby and friendly staff. Would recommend.

Nice hotel, with good ambieance. They have a wide and comfortable bedz and the amenities was great. Breakfast with a view, the were delicious and had many variations

Overall, ARTOTEL Yogyakarta is a great choice if you enjoy boutique-style hotels with character and personality. It’s not just a place to sleep, but a creative space that reflects the vibrant cultural spirit of the city.

La chambre était correcte, mais pas vraiment satisfaisante, car l'achat sur trip.com via le site tiers tiket.com n'a pas été retenu pour la chambre non-fumeur que nous avions choisie. Nous avons donc obtenu une chambre fumeur et toutes les chambres fumeurs étaient au même niveau. L'hôtel a fait un geste positif après que nous ayons appelé M. Bagus pour résoudre ce problème : l'hôtel était complet pour assurer le confort de notre chambre, le service d'entretien a changé nos draps et tout le linge de lit a été parfumé pour faire disparaître l'odeur de fumée. J'étais désespérée, car le tiers était une agence de voyages locale tiket.com, qui n'était pas fiable comme Traveloka, c'est pareil. Trip.com s'excuse déjà pour l'erreur et nous offre sa reconnaissance. Je ne prendrai donc aucune autre mesure ni plainte, car la direction de l'hôtel a déjà fait de son mieux pour résoudre notre problème. Merci. J'espère que cela ne se reproduira plus. Ils doivent vérifier et s'assurer que leur accord avec le tiers est bien respecté et qu'aucune erreur ne se reproduira.

Ce n'est pas un hôtel 5 étoiles. Acceptable pour la clientèle locale, mais pas pour les étrangers. 1. Enregistrement rapide et personnel agréable. 2. Hygiène déplorable : présence de taches de sang et d'encre sur les draps et les oreillers. Le personnel de ménage est formé pour dissimuler les taches. J'ai dormi deux nuits dans des draps tachés de sang. La serviette était sale et inutilisable. 3. Chambre : les rideaux ne sont pas occultants et vous réveilleront à 6 h du matin. L'insonorisation de la chambre est à améliorer ; la porte du balcon est verrouillée, mais un interstice laisse passer le bruit de la rue. 4. Spa : une carte des soins avec les prix est affichée dans la chambre. Cependant, la réception du spa a annoncé un tarif minimum absurde de 320 000 IDR, quel que soit le soin choisi. 5. Emplacement correct, proche de tout.

My stay at Loman Park Hotel was adequate, but the property appears to be showing its age and would benefit from significant maintenance and refurbishment. While the staff were generally pleasant and the location was convenient, many of the facilities and amenities felt run down and poorly maintained. The overall condition of the hotel gave the impression that routine upkeep has not been a priority for some time. In particular, the room furnishings showed noticeable wear and tear. The towels provided were frayed and worn out, and several cushions in the room and common areas appeared aged, flattened, and overdue for replacement. These details detracted from the comfort and quality one would expect from a hotel of this standard. A more concerning issue was the hygiene of the bottled drinking water containers provided in the room. Upon inspection, black mould-like growth was visible on the silicone stoppers of the glass bottles. This raised serious concerns about cleaning procedures and attention to sanitation standards. Given that these containers are intended for drinking water, this was particularly disappointing and undermined confidence in the hotel's overall hygiene practices. Overall, Loman Park Hotel offers a functional stay, but the deteriorating condition of the facilities, lack of maintenance, and hygiene concerns mean that there is considerable room for improvement. With greater attention to refurbishment, cleanliness, and replacement of worn amenities, the guest experience could be significantly enhanced.

Un ancien hôtel cinq étoiles, situé dans la ville en direction de Prambanan. L'attitude de service de l'hôtel est très bonne. La réception parle très bien anglais. Parce que nous devons partir très tôt, l'hôtel a préparé un panier de petit-déjeuner très copieux. avance. Vous pouvez choisir parmi tout ce dont vous avez besoin.
