LOOKING FOR CONVENIENT AND MEMORABLE STAY IN YOGYAKARTA ? Definitely, stay in Marriott Yogyakarta. ✅️ Outstanding Service ✅️ Easy-to-access Location ✅️ Next to Mall (Pakuwon) ✅️ Big Rooms My family & I usually stay in T*ntr*m (been our no 1. option in Semarang, Yogyakarta, and Tangerang for a while), but considering NY traffic, decided hotel next to mall as safer option, and I think Marriott Yogya will be our no 1. option in Yogyakarta now. PRE-STAY Staying experience actually starts the second we finished the hotel reservation, maybe its long before we even arrive at the hotel. Most dont really optimize this. What I will highlight is Marriott really put my requests (birthday decor in specific room, connecting rooms) into the system, where everyone can check. From the one handling the WhatsApp to the receptionist the day we arrive, Ilham. And they execute my request really well. I've experienced some that forget my request and ended up decorating the wrong room, or not facilitating the request, even though they said they will facilitate. *see pic 8 - 11. It doesnt have to be expensive, businesses have to calculate the cost and margin. Whats important, for me, is put some effort into it. Its part of making the stay memorable. STAY I love it when : - the moment we arrive, the staff helps us by opening the car door, w/ the smile and greeting. Not from just one person, but every staff did the smile and greeting. - Ilham texted that the other room is ready. Most just rely on guest will be the one to follow up, but not Marriott. - we asked the way to mall entrance, the staff took us to the entrance, not just directing w/ hands. - they put anti-slip mat in shower area (pic 6), such a functional addition for safety. Because aesthetic needs to meet w/ function. - we went out at 8.30 in the morning for culinary & coffee around Yogyakarta and put the cleaning sign on, but forget to call, just to communicate that we want the room cleaned while we're out. 2,5 hours later when we're back, those 2 rooms are neat & tidy. Some hotels dont notice the difference those make for guest(s). These, for me, really help building the memorable staying exp. What more could I ask, Marriott Yogya 🫰🏻❤️ thank you

Incredible stay! We booked a night here after a disaster at a neighbouring hotel and our stay was one of the best in Indonesia. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed with astonishing hospitality from all the staff members but especially Reza who went above and beyond to ensure that we were welcome and comfortable in the hotel. The facilities are top quality, the room was very clean and extremely comfortable, and we slept very well. The gardens and hotel grounds are extremely well maintained, beautiful, and have lots of space for relaxation or, if you have kids, spaces to keep kids entertained. The hotel has ample options for food/drink and also entertainment and also offers tours of the local area. It was also my girlfriend's birthday and the staff again put in genuine effort to make it a really special day for her, we are extremely grateful for their efforts - 5 star service. I can strongly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants an escape from the city and to be near mount merapi or who wants a bit of relaxation.

Je ne voulais pas quitter l'hôtel ! Tout est super : l'ambiance, les équipements, la piscine, la vue, l'immense chambre ! Nous avons pensé à tout ! De délicieuses pâtisseries pour le petit déjeuner. En guise de recommandation, nous avons besoin d'une description des ingrédients des plats locaux. Ce qui se trouve devant vous n'est pas clair. Il en va de même pour les jus locaux. Un respect particulier pour le kombucha ! Nous avons bu avec plaisir ! Le personnel est serviable et très sympathique. Je reviendrais ici)

L'environnement extérieur est excellent. La piscine a des toboggans et une corde pour sauter ; il y a un étang de pêche dédié où l'on peut attraper 5 poissons en une minute sans problème. Des vélos gratuits sont disponibles (pour adultes, enfants, avec sièges), ainsi que de petites installations extérieures et quelques jeux. Depuis le hall, on peut voir le Mont Merapi, les adultes peuvent admirer le paysage et les enfants peuvent nourrir les poissons. Concernant l'environnement intérieur, le type de chambre que j'avais réservé était certes beaucoup moins cher, mais il donnait l'impression d'un hôtel des années 90. Après trois nuits, j'ai payé un supplément le deuxième matin pour changer de chambre. Cela m'a coûté 800 000 roupies indonésiennes au total pour les deux jours, soit un peu plus de 30 euros. La chambre améliorée était très récente.

Ils ont une chambre confortable et un lit très large et les équipements sont excellents. Petit-déjeuner avec vue, les étaient délicieux et ont beaucoup de variation

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour ici, avec un service excellent et toujours souriant. La chambre est très spacieuse et propre, même si le sol n'est pas recouvert de moquette. Le service de ménage a été rapide et a dépassé nos attentes. Mention spéciale au personnel, Andri. Cet hôtel est idéalement situé en centre-ville, à côté du centre commercial, et ma chambre offre une vue imprenable sur le Merapi. Cependant, le choix et les saveurs du petit-déjeuner pourraient encore être améliorés. De plus, les serviettes fournies sont un peu usées et décolorées.

Ce n'est pas un hôtel 5 étoiles. Acceptable pour la clientèle locale, mais pas pour les étrangers. 1. Enregistrement rapide et personnel agréable. 2. Hygiène déplorable : présence de taches de sang et d'encre sur les draps et les oreillers. Le personnel de ménage est formé pour dissimuler les taches. J'ai dormi deux nuits dans des draps tachés de sang. La serviette était sale et inutilisable. 3. Chambre : les rideaux ne sont pas occultants et vous réveilleront à 6 h du matin. L'insonorisation de la chambre est à améliorer ; la porte du balcon est verrouillée, mais un interstice laisse passer le bruit de la rue. 4. Spa : une carte des soins avec les prix est affichée dans la chambre. Cependant, la réception du spa a annoncé un tarif minimum absurde de 320 000 IDR, quel que soit le soin choisi. 5. Emplacement correct, proche de tout.

My stay at Loman Park Hotel was adequate, but the property appears to be showing its age and would benefit from significant maintenance and refurbishment. While the staff were generally pleasant and the location was convenient, many of the facilities and amenities felt run down and poorly maintained. The overall condition of the hotel gave the impression that routine upkeep has not been a priority for some time. In particular, the room furnishings showed noticeable wear and tear. The towels provided were frayed and worn out, and several cushions in the room and common areas appeared aged, flattened, and overdue for replacement. These details detracted from the comfort and quality one would expect from a hotel of this standard. A more concerning issue was the hygiene of the bottled drinking water containers provided in the room. Upon inspection, black mould-like growth was visible on the silicone stoppers of the glass bottles. This raised serious concerns about cleaning procedures and attention to sanitation standards. Given that these containers are intended for drinking water, this was particularly disappointing and undermined confidence in the hotel's overall hygiene practices. Overall, Loman Park Hotel offers a functional stay, but the deteriorating condition of the facilities, lack of maintenance, and hygiene concerns mean that there is considerable room for improvement. With greater attention to refurbishment, cleanliness, and replacement of worn amenities, the guest experience could be significantly enhanced.

Seuls deux points positifs concernant cet hôtel : le service et le petit-déjeuner copieux – dignes de 5 étoiles ! 👍 Le reste est décevant. 1. L'hôtel est situé loin du centre-ville et de l'aéroport. 2. Les équipements sont très vétustes. Beaucoup de choses sont abîmées et n'ont pourtant pas été remplacées ni réparées. 3. Comme tout est vieux et démodé, cela se voit. Les draps sont tachés ! 4. La pression de l'eau de la douche est très faible. Se doucher prend beaucoup de temps. J'ai réservé cet hôtel uniquement parce que l'événement auquel j'assistais s'y déroulait. Heureusement que je n'ai pas prolongé mon séjour après l'événement. Je regrette de ne pas pouvoir recommander cet hôtel.
