L'hôtel était propre et beau. L'équipe était amicale et utile. Mlle Kusum était très gentille et professionnelle et même change la chambre en fonction de nos besoins. Le petit déjeuner était avec une bonne diffusion comme d'habitude pour les normes JW. Seul le retour, trop d'invités. Les chambres sont très confortables et sont très confortables.

Le taux cité sur Trip.com était environ 40% supérieur au prix offert directement par l'hôtel pour la même catégorie de chambre et les dates de séjour. Cette différence est importante et franchement inattendue, surtout si je suis un membre de la plateforme Diamond. En tant que membre précieux, j'attends Trip.com de fournir des taux concurrentiels ou préférentiels, ne dépassant pas ce que propose la propriété elle-même. Excellent services although felt that some mosquitoes were there. Otherwise it was a good stay. Breakfast was awesome and staff is super friendly and helpful. All together highly recommended to stay.

Elegant and luxurious hotel located in a beautifully renovated palace of royal family of Kolkata. Our room was very spacious, beautifully furnished with old, wooden furniture. The huge bathroom and all floors are made of marble. The hotel is located in multiple buildings of the palace complex. Delicious breakfast can be eaten outside in shaded patio or inside in air conditioned restaurant. Every evening there is a live show of folk dance performers. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at.

Very friendly staff and good location. Although 3 stars is a bit high. It is rather 2,5 stars. Breakfast was a good start of the day, continental and Indian. Room was small and old, ac noisy. But who cares; you don’t go to Kolkata to stay in your room. On the roof was a terrace where you can eat and drink. All in all great stay. Will definitely come back next time

Nous avons séjourné à The Peerless Inn, Kolkata pour deux nuits. La chambre et la salle de bains étaient excellentes propre, spacieuse et confortable. Nous sommes particulièrement reconnaissants à M. Somnath, son hospitalité a réellement été démontrée. « Merci » ne se sent pas assez pour exprimer notre appréciation pour son bonté et son service. Le restaurant Aaheli a été très chaud et nous avons été très bien accueillis. Le petit déjeuner était très varié et la nourriture était délicieuse. Le restaurant de la chambre est un hôtel de qualité très confortable et très confortable.

Good location for tourist spots but quite noisy if you don't like the constant noise of beeping horns from the nearby road (not sure if it is even possible to escape this in India). It did get better between say 10.30pm and 8am). The train (immediately outside the hotel entrance) screeches by but not frequently, boat engines can be heard in the distance but it's on a river 😅. It was a bit of a party boat on some nights (loud and late disco noise if there is an event). The noise stopped at around 9pm one night but went on much later on another night; if your room is close to the bar it may be an issue was wasn't too bad for me as i use ear plugs. The most irritating noise, believe it or not, is people shouting or having loud conversations in the corridors. The room is 3* and there is no safe for your passport, cash, cards etc. The pillows, bed covers and floors were't cleaned particularly well. I had to help myself to consumables from the corridor as they weren't topped up by cleaners. Anyway, a very brief stay could be a good experience, one night maybe.I am pleased to have had the experience and despite the shortfalls would probably recommend it as a one off unique experience, for one or two nights. The breakfast was very good with lovely river views and a chill atmosphere.

It was a pleasant and beautiful experience with you, the staff was awesome and cooperative. The service of food and house-keeping was marvelous. It's a memorable stay with you and i hope i will enjoy the same in future

Hotel is nearby birla school, mint o park. Park street and Arselan biryani ( park circus) is walkable distance. Theater road join birla platarium. Rate is quite high on the basis of service. Breakfast is not good. Charging for drinking water. Restaurant was full of hukka lover in the evening. Smoke is everywhere in restaurant.
