Hôtels à District de Kitasaku avec parking

Amazing experience as always with the Fufu brand. We stayed at the Hakone one previously and thought it was one of the best hotel experiences we've ever had. Our trip to Karuizawa this time was driven by our intent to try Fufu Kyukaruizawa, and it did not disappoint one bit. From the zen interior to the most attentive and friendly staff to the never-ending dining experiences (yes, even for breakfast it was a multi course menu), we were utterly blown away by our two-night stay. The fireplace in the lobby and in our room was such a pleasant touch even though we stayed during May, our teppanyaki chef personally seeing us out to the lift and bowing until we were out of sight shows how they go above and beyond, and we really appreciated how at each interaction the staff knew and clarified our coming arrangements, ensuring our entire stay was a seamless experience. Fufu remains our favourite Japanese hotel brand. Just wish they had a loyalty program as we are looking to check off all the Fufu hotels in our lifetime.

Very decent hotel with good services from the hotel staff. Come with onsen & spa facilities as well as large size rooms and bathrooms. Less than 10 minutes car ride from the Karuizawa station, ski centre and the Prince Shopping Plaza. Hotel also provides free shuttle bus services through and forth to the Karuizawa station which conveniently accessible to the ski centre (free shuttle bus services outside the South exit of the Karuizawa station) and the Prince Shopping Plaza (stone throw from Karuizawa station).

This is my second stay. Was impressed with the room last time. However, points are deducted this time because the TV will turn on with a loud speaker at 7am each morning. Someone before set an alarm and forgot to turn off.

This hotel is excellent. The service and amenities are outstanding, and the staff are professional and friendly. The rooms are well-equipped — including a fully stocked kitchen and an in-unit washer and dryer — spacious, and furnished with very comfortable beds. Breakfast is simple but tasty. Great value for the price; highly recommended.

Room is good but service can be improved. First of all I’m gold member but the hotel didn’t allow me to early check in when I arrived at hotel at noon time. Secondly, they charge extra for basic amenities like shower cap. Last but not least, a brand new non-opened cup noodle of mine was missing after room cleaning…

Le centre de la ville de Kusatsu a été très bien situé, mais le service de la frontière était très efficace, mais le coursier était très bien situé par rapport à la chaleur de l'hospitalité que nous avons eue dans le séjour ryokan. Il était basse saison et l'hôtel était très calme et avait une atmosphère ”froide”. Je suis déçu de voir notre chambre, qui était au plus bas niveau avec une vue simple sur le jardin. La chambre est très confortable et très confortable, mais elle est très confortable et très confortable. Bien que je me réjouis de payer le prix, je ne peux pas aider mais comparer leur pratique à tous les hôtels que j'ai séjournés ces années, où les changements de chambre étaient complimentaires aussi longtemps que le type de chambre reste le même. Les chambres sont très confortables et sont très confortables. L'hôtel se trouve à l'évidence de l'Assama dans une salle de repas hautement plafonnée avec une fenêtre en verre pleine. Nous avons pu disposer de différents sièges de table pour le petit déjeuner, car l'hôtel était peu occupé, ce qui nous a donné des perspectives différentes de la scène. L'autre accent de l'hôtel est la structure de l'onse, située dans un bâtiment séparé sur un terrain supérieur, accessible par un tramway automatisé. A côté de la vue d'Asama dans les objets extérieurs, il y a un salon commun qui a une vue aussi merveilleuse sur Asama. Qu'est-ce que Je retournerai au prince Asama et expériencerai le paysage pendant une saison différente !

Pros - 1. Hotel apartment is 15 mins by walk from karuizawa station, still walkable. Hotel does not provide any shuttle bus 2. Room is spacious and it is equipped with microwave, stove & fridge. It does not come with any kitchen ware though and need to request the items you need clearly. It is hard to communicate as the staffs do not speak English well 3. It is 3 mins by walk away from a big supermarket and McDonald, very convenient if you like to cook and buy something to eat on your own Cons 1. Facilities are old, WiFi was down few times during our stay 2. Staffs are not professional and do not speak English well. It is so difficult to communicate with the receptionist as most of male staffs do not speak English (female is better). They provide false information and don’t understand their hotel facilities well 3. During our stay, roof top is under repair so the whole room is surrounded by shed frame, we are unable to open the balcony door at all as the view is all blocked 4. Carpet & sofa are quite dirty In short, I recommend this hotel if you are staying with a big group and want to cook your own dinner. But I will not stay here again due to the poor staff experiences.

L'hôtel est situé dans le vieux jargon de mer, la position est très bonne, aller à la piscine du casier, le vieux jargon de mer, et vous pourrez vous rencontrer à pied. La chambre est large et confortable et propre et sanitaire. Le service du petit déjeuner est attentif, la réception est enthousiaste, aller à la jargon de mer léger et gratuit, vraiment louable.

Le service de boissons dans la salle de séjour est très reconnaissant. Les meubles sont vieux et décevants. Le petit déjeuner buffet est de style occidental, très délicieux, mais je suis personnellement heureux de avoir du riz.

We stayed at Karuizawa. The accommodation was reasonably priced and comfortable. They have various room types, but we chose a ryokan-style room which involved sharing a bathroom, but there were plenty of facilities and it was very convenient. Regular rooms also have private bathrooms. It's conveniently located for walking to nearby attractions. The only thing we didn't have was hot water. They actually have an onsen (hot spring), which would have been perfect if it had hot water especially with the single-digit temperatures like that, I highly recommend it to anyone interested.
