Hôtels à District de Kitasaku avec parking

Amazing experience as always with the Fufu brand. We stayed at the Hakone one previously and thought it was one of the best hotel experiences we've ever had. Our trip to Karuizawa this time was driven by our intent to try Fufu Kyukaruizawa, and it did not disappoint one bit. From the zen interior to the most attentive and friendly staff to the never-ending dining experiences (yes, even for breakfast it was a multi course menu), we were utterly blown away by our two-night stay. The fireplace in the lobby and in our room was such a pleasant touch even though we stayed during May, our teppanyaki chef personally seeing us out to the lift and bowing until we were out of sight shows how they go above and beyond, and we really appreciated how at each interaction the staff knew and clarified our coming arrangements, ensuring our entire stay was a seamless experience. Fufu remains our favourite Japanese hotel brand. Just wish they had a loyalty program as we are looking to check off all the Fufu hotels in our lifetime.

I like the overall vibe of this hotel, it was new and modern. Room was spacious and clean, but considering the price it is expected. There are no complimentary drinks or snacks provided to guests, everything provided in the room was labeled with a price. Lacking some personal touch and very commercialised.

Amener le chien à rester ensemble, très satisfait à tous égards. L'hôtel se trouve à environ 15 minutes à pied de la gare de Karuizawa et un service de navette gratuit est disponible, ce qui est très prévenant. Les installations de l'hôtel sont très propres. Bien qu'il s'agisse d'un hôtel pour animaux de compagnie, les chambres et les parties communes ne dégagent aucune odeur désagréable. L'intérieur et l'extérieur sont équipés d'un parc canin et d'un salon canin où vous pourrez prendre des photos. C'était amusant de communiquer et de jouer avec d'autres chiens dans l'espace public. Pendant le séjour, vous pouvez également vous baigner dans les sources chaudes, et les adultes peuvent également se détendre et profiter. Bref, ce fut une expérience très satisfaisante. La prochaine fois que je vais à Karuizawa, je veux toujours prendre le chien !

Room is good but service can be improved. First of all I’m gold member but the hotel didn’t allow me to early check in when I arrived at hotel at noon time. Secondly, they charge extra for basic amenities like shower cap. Last but not least, a brand new non-opened cup noodle of mine was missing after room cleaning…

Pros - 1. Hotel apartment is 15 mins by walk from karuizawa station, still walkable. Hotel does not provide any shuttle bus 2. Room is spacious and it is equipped with microwave, stove & fridge. It does not come with any kitchen ware though and need to request the items you need clearly. It is hard to communicate as the staffs do not speak English well 3. It is 3 mins by walk away from a big supermarket and McDonald, very convenient if you like to cook and buy something to eat on your own Cons 1. Facilities are old, WiFi was down few times during our stay 2. Staffs are not professional and do not speak English well. It is so difficult to communicate with the receptionist as most of male staffs do not speak English (female is better). They provide false information and don’t understand their hotel facilities well 3. During our stay, roof top is under repair so the whole room is surrounded by shed frame, we are unable to open the balcony door at all as the view is all blocked 4. Carpet & sofa are quite dirty In short, I recommend this hotel if you are staying with a big group and want to cook your own dinner. But I will not stay here again due to the poor staff experiences.

Il était basse saison et l'hôtel était très calme et avait une atmosphère ”froide”. Je suis déçu de voir notre chambre, qui était au plus bas niveau avec une vue simple sur le jardin. L'autre accent de l'hôtel est la structure de l'onse, située dans un bâtiment séparé sur un terrain supérieur, accessible par un tramway automatisé. A côté de la vue d'Asama dans les objets extérieurs, il y a un salon commun qui a une vue aussi merveilleuse sur Asama. Qu'est-ce que Je retournerai au prince Asama et expériencerai le paysage pendant une saison différente !

Hotel Marroad is just a few minutes by the shuttle bus from the station , and it can also be reached on foot. We booked a room for 4 people and the room size is good at a very reasonable price (include breakfast). The fixtures are a bit old. However, the room and the amenities are very clean. We come to skiing and the hotel has a rental service (much cheaper than you rent at the ski field) which is very convenient. Also, they send us to ski field every day. Staff can speak little English, but they are all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is delicious, and it is a must try.

La chambre est grande et propre, je suis ravi de boire du café à tout moment. Je suis ravi de sentir la beauté et la qualité de la nature de la mer légère.

We stayed at Karuizawa. The accommodation was reasonably priced and comfortable. They have various room types, but we chose a ryokan-style room which involved sharing a bathroom, but there were plenty of facilities and it was very convenient. Regular rooms also have private bathrooms. It's conveniently located for walking to nearby attractions. The only thing we didn't have was hot water. They actually have an onsen (hot spring), which would have been perfect if it had hot water especially with the single-digit temperatures like that, I highly recommend it to anyone interested.
