FFussy New YorkerI had a large tatami room with side sitting area and sink as well as an ante-room. I had three delicious Japanese meals at the ryokan that were served with polite elegance. The two in-house onsen baths were a joy to use after a day of skiing. The staff was knowledgeable about how to get around by the buses and suggested the best restaurants for days that I did not eat at the ryokan. Senshinkan Matsuya was situated in the center of.Shibu Onsen town next to three of the public onsen. I could not ask for a better stay!

1- The location and the views from the hotel are just amazing! Especially during sunsets!
2- The personal and stuff of the hotel are super super friendly, if I could I would give 10 stars for the hospitality.
3- Onsens and the view are something out from this world
4- What I was really amazed is the kitchen and the chef that is cooking. If you stay in this hotel I highly recommend take the breakfast and dinners. You will have a high class food with a presentation and explanation of each dish by the servant. Best experience
5- Last but not the least I forgot my speaker in the hotel. The stuff brought it back the same day to me to another hotel I moved after NISHIHOPPO.
So guys, less words more actions! 10 stars to this amazing hotel and it’s owner. My respect.

IInvitéWe had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed every moment. The hostess is incredibly welcoming and a genuinely lovely person — she even kindly drove us to the train station, which we deeply appreciated.
The breakfast was outstanding, and the onsen was beautiful and very peaceful. Having a private onsen was especially convenient, as it allowed us to enjoy the experience together as a family without needing to separate.
Our room was very spacious and authentically Japanese, with excellent-quality bedding. The mattresses, pillows, and high quality shits were exceptionally comfortable and made for a perfect night’s sleep.
A lovely touch was the complimentary milk served in adorable small glass bottles — delicious and charming.
The location is simply ideal: perfectly situated near public onsens and great restaurants, truly the best location one could imagine.
We would happily return and highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for comfort, authenticity, and warm hospitality.

UUtilisateur anonymeIt's a 10 mins walk uphill from train station so maybe better to try to contact them for a complimentary pick up.
The place is super grand and 2 onsens. A Instagram worthy one that the males and females get to use it at different timings. The shower stuff in the onsen are mediocre though. No fancy facial stuff for women unlike some other onsens at this price range.
We had breakfast and dinner for the 2 nights. And well worth it. But you have to follow a fixed timing and we felt a bit rushed but otherwise it was really great and service perfect.
We had one the biggest rooms I believe Room 716. Had a sitting area and also a sleeping area. Easily fits 8 persons. We were only 2. In the day they kept the futons and brought it out at night. Towels changed every night.
There is a van that goes straight to Mount Yokoteyama ski resort. The receptionist didn't seem to know about it but you could try to Google. It was a complimentary ride to and fro if you bought the lift tickets. Took only like 30 mins to get there. You can get rentals at hotels there.

HHenry 7hangNotre famille a fait un voyage spécial de Tokyo à Nagano, et en plus d'explorer les attractions environnantes, de regarder les singes de neige se plonger dans les printemps chauds de Nozawa, et de visiter le sanctuaire Togakushi, l'accent de ce voyage était resté à Issa no Komichi Biyu, à Yado.
Nous avons eu des attentes modestes, en pensant que c'était juste une autre expérience, mais, quand nous sommes arrivés dans la neige Yudanaka Shibu Onsen, nous avons été immédiatement impressionnés par la chaleur et l'hospitalité professionnelle. De la réception prudente à la dîner exquise et à la vision publique unique, tous les aspects ont dépassé nos attentes et nous ont laissé agréablement surpris. Ce n'était pas seulement un séjour à l'hôtel, c'était un voyage inoubliable dans le cœur de la culture japonaise de l'onsen.
Si vous planifiez un voyage à Nagano, c'est certainement un endroit digne de visiter pour expériencer la combinaison parfaite de sources chaudes et de nature!

GGumatveevaThe hotel isn't new, but it's very cozy and atmospheric. The kaiseki dinner was served all at once on the table — a lot of delicious dishes, all fresh and very tasty. The onsen is divided into men's and women's sections, each with an indoor and an outdoor bath. Bathing outside with snow around is truly magical! Overall, we really enjoyed it, especially the relaxation in the onsen and the delicious food.

IInvitéLocated just within 3min from Yudanaka station, Raki Onsenryokan is run by a Chinese family. As a quiet town on its own, no one was tending to the reception when I arrived, after ringing the bell, a lady came down to help with the check in - very straightforward. I believe the family stays in the same building as they said if we ever needed anything, we could just ring the bell at the reception. Obviously I had booked a room too big for a solo traveller as this was the only room left as ”non-smoking”. Toilet and sink are at two different parts of the room which was a little inconvenient. Ryokan offers free drive (15min) TO snow monkey park, but not return, so please cater at least 35min to walk from park exit to the bus stop. Ryokan also provided a hearty breakfast, overall for the price paid it was a decent stay!

Есть возможность продления пребывания за 1000 иен в час, с ребенком это супер удобно. Не совсем чисто в коридорах отеля из за старости но в номере чисто и хорошо.

TTanin PhannithiIl est facile de partir à la région de ski Giant parce qu'il y a une corde à ski directement. Et vous ne pouvez pas revenir à l'hôtel de cette façon, vous devez revenir par gondola à Yamanoeki et marcher 300m. Trop loin si vous marchez avec le ciel ou le snowboard.
Il y a une douche dans votre chambre, mais vous ne pouvez pas l'utiliser parce qu'il n'y a que de l'eau froide (l'eau chaude ne fonctionne pas).
Le menu du petit déjeuner ne suffit pas pour les clients, mais le dîner est bon.

宮宮田雪嵐La mère de ce magasin est très jeune et belle et sonne pleine! La qualité est très bonne 👌👍! J'ai visité ce chaud chaud et chaud, ce jeune hôtel est vraiment le plus populaire! Photos prises en annexe. Une nuit, moins de 1000 pièces par personne! L'hôtesse de ce magasin est très jeune et belle avec un sourire sur son visage! Le temperament est très bon 👌👍! J'ai visité cette ”chaudée de printemps” et le prix de cet auberge de jeunesse ”abeille” est le plus abordable! Les photos sont jointes. Il est moins de 1000 dollars Taiwan par personne par nuit! Ce type d'hôtel de printemps est vraiment bon marché!
