QQiongqiongGood for value. The location is very good, it’s at end of the town, convenient to go hiking and the restaurants. It’s quiet at night. The room is very clean. The owner is friendly. He gave us a pot of tea to welcome us when we arrive. Also he provided us the bus schedule information and advices for the time in Ella.
It will better if there is a kettle so we can try Ceylon tea we bought.

MMishel91Very good place to stay with awesome views. The staff took great care off us. Only downside to gaving good views the location is quite far from the city centre. So pick me and uber drivers won't take any rides since the app prices are way cheaper so no choice but to pay tourist fares. Room as an electric fan but AC would have been nice.

Отель на вершине горы, и из каждого номера – выход на террасу с потрясающим видом. Утром просыпаешься – а перед тобой только горы и тишина. Номер чистый, уютный, всё продумано до мелочей.
Завтрак готовили специально под наши предпочтения: свежие фрукты, яичница, тосты, даже смузи! Персонал не формально вежливый, а по-настоящему добрый.
Если хотите не просто переночевать, а почувствовать заботу и отдохнуть душой – это точно ваше место. Хочется вернуться снова и всем рекомендовать. Огромное спасибо хозяевам за такую атмосферу!

SSylvia TeohCette maison d'hôtes est située en plein cœur de la forêt. Elle est vraiment charmante et le personnel est très gentil. Elle est adorable et très serviable. Le seul problème est que l'entrée est par un long escalier et que les bagages volumineux seront difficiles à transporter. La chambre est confortable, mais la salle de bain est dépourvue de produits d'accueil ; pensez donc à apporter votre propre gel douche et shampoing.

En outre, la quantité d'eau dans le puits est très faible et ne fait pas froid et Mais le personnel est très aimable.

TtorinessKeeping in mind this is a 3 star hotel, the positives are the rooms are big with a balcony looking out at amazing views (ours anyway), and the pool is clean and quite big also with amazing views and a concrete elephant water feature!!! The location of the hotel is pretty good too - far enough from other properties to be quiet but close enough to Ella main drag that you can walk in 10-15 minutes or pay a tuk tuk driver double the rate of Colombo to get to and from. The big negative for us was that despite being told upon checking in that the room would be cleaned every day, it was not. And I was told the reason why was that we didn’t hand in our key for it to be done - which seems bizarre after staying in hotels for decades and not being told to or having to hand in a key in order to get a standard daily room clean. The insinuation that it was our fault for not handing in a key (not that we were told to do so on checking in) was extremely irritating. Food was ok but overpriced so we ate elsewhere (lots of options). There were lots of little things in the rooms that could be easily addressed to make them nicer - definitely not having ripped old bath towels, and removing an empty TV bracket from the wall (like a TV used to be there but not anymore - or was it just our room, who knows). All these little things add up to I really think the room rate is too high - but we are here in the high season so maybe that’s just the going rate.

La vue du balcon à la jungle, il est possible de voir comment les singes sautent sur les arbres.
Dans ma chambre, il y avait des réparations du siècle passé.
Le propriétaire de l'hôtel est amiable, amiable.
Mais il construit une autre maison, donc sous les fenêtres du bâtiment, bruit, forage à partir de 8h et 8h.

What truly made our stay special was the **attentive service and warm atmosphere**. **Great food, fantastic service, and genuinely caring staff** – we couldn’t have asked for more!

One thing which can make more effective is WhatsApp service. WhatsApp will speed up things. Service was prompt if you have a Srilanka number over phone call.

For the location, it is next to the city centre so there are many restaurant nearby and there are many options that we can choose. However, the hotel is difficult to find and hair dryer, body wash and shampoo are not provided.
