Approaching through leafy pathways and lotus ponds, guests are welcomed into an oasis that feels far removed from the bustle of downtown Yangon.
Rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated, featuring polished teak floors, four-poster beds, and traditional Burmese textiles that reflect the building’s heritage. Balconies overlook either the lush gardens or the inviting fan-shaped swimming pool, creating a sense of calm retreat. The service is consistently warm, professional, and attentive without being intrusive, with staff eager to share local knowledge and assist with arrangements.

IInvitéClassic colonial-style room with modern renovation, everything is nice at hall and corridor, room bed is soft and comfortable, separate bath and toilet with super cleanliness, kind and attentive clerks. And the slippers in the room are the best quality I have seen in Myanmar. Location is near from Sule pagoda and in the very centre of Yangon downtown. Only regret is outside noise and bad smell on the nearby street, there are so many roadside vendors and loud Indian music going on till evening. I woke up early in the morning by the noise of generator outside and opposite side of the hotel, for which the hotel is not responsible. If sound-proof room is available even with extra cost it would make me want to come back.

TTeacher MaddieMercure Hotel has always been a second to me and my partner. We’d stay here with friends and we even booked them during our wedding day. On our recent stay, it was so nice to be back with my baby and parents. Staff always welcomes us and serve us with smiles.
Another thing I like about this hotel is their continuous commitment to improvement, and live and care to Mother Earth. They started eliminating single-use plastics and now uses sustainable packagings and items.
I highly recommend Mercure Hitel!

IIsfp-Solo TravelerEverything was good👌👌👌😍💙…The only downside was that you might feel too lazy to go out or sightsee because the hotel room was very comfortable, and it was extremely hot outside😅 —- You could just stay in your room, enjoy the view, go for a swim, or have a spa day….
The breakfast buffet had a lot of options, and they even changed some of the dishes the next day. My favorite was the sauna—it was really good. I also loved the hot shower, as it didn’t turn cold even after being on for a long time😍
The massages were great, and the prices were reasonable…. The staff were very helpful and kind…. There were occasional power interruptions, but they only lasted a few seconds since the hotel’s backup power kicked in immediately…
+ Although it’s a bit far from the tourist spots, you can take a Grab—it’s affordable and the best option since it gets really hot during the day….

대하고 또한 친절하게 안내해줘서 5일 동안 무척 편하게 다녀왔음.
2023년 8월에는 멜리아 호텔서 있었는데 거기보다 무척 만족한 호텔이라고 생각함

IInvitéI booked a premier double room with city view Queen size bed via Trip.com The room I booked had a balcony, but when I checked in, it turned out that the room I got did not have a balcony, so I complained to the staff. The staff were happy to upgrade me to a room with a balcony. They were very enthusiastic. I really like the room. The room is spacious and comfortable. The price is not as expensive as you think. The hotel is located near Kandawgyi Lake. You can walk to Kandawgyi park for exercise or relax. However, there is no safe in the room. For those visiting Yangon, I recommend staying at this hotel.

Je suis venu ici en pensant payer 3 étoiles, mais il y a un réfrigérateur et un plan de travail.
La chambre n'est pas trop petite et dispose de tout.

AALEKSDEMЗаказал комнату на последнем этаже, с террасой: было ощущение, что не помнят что живу там, убрались только через два дня. Но это не испортило впечатление от номера, он большой, на компанию даже, два дополнительных дивана, два кондиционера, всё для комфортного отдыха. Стены оделаны кафелем. Туалет конечно маленький, душ льётся на унитаз. Но в этой ценовой категории отель просто суперский!!!! Расположение вообще идеально, хотели именно китайский квартал, всё в пешей доступности. А виды с террасы просто ошеломляюще красивы, видна погода Шведагон и Суле, вечером подсвечиваются. Улицы освещены, поток людей большой. В общем, впечатления отличные! На обратном пути с НгвеСаунг снова заказали номера в этом отеле. Рекомендую!
