IInvitéC'est l'un des meilleurs hôtels que j'ai jamais séjourné.
Il est connu sous le nom de Rosewood Yangon et est maintenant réapercé pendant 8 mois. Tout est excellent, très ami, patient et utile personnel, service extraordinaire. L'histoire de l'hôtel date de 1927, c'est donc absolument un bâtiment historique. La décoration est très exquise, le petit déjeuner est délicieux et il y a de nombreuses options. La location est également bonne et sûre, très proche de la place Sule Plaza, du poste général et de l'ambassade britannique. Sur la terrasse vous pouvez voir la vue sur la rivière.
Je voudrais tout particulièrement exprimer ma gratitude à Vanessa et Swar, ils m'ont fourni beaucoup d'informations détaillées pour que je puisse en savoir plus sur cet hôtel, cette ville et ce pays.
Entre-temps, le bureau de front Moo Thaw, Luca m'a montré l'hospitalité.
La prochaine fois que je viens à Yangon, je envisagerais de choisir cet hôtel à nouveau, et je recommanderai également à mes amis.

IInvitéLotte Hotel Yangon is an outstanding place to stay. The hotel is modern, clean, and very well maintained, with spacious rooms and beautiful views of Inya Lake. The staff are extremely professional, friendly, and always ready to help, which makes the stay even more comfortable.
The facilities are excellent—especially the gym, swimming pool, and breakfast selection. The location is also convenient, peaceful, and safe. Overall, it offers great value for the quality and service provided. Highly recommended for both business and leisure stays in Yangon.

IInvitéEverything was excellent, especially the staff. They were very friendly, helpful, and professional throughout my stay.
However, I did experience some disappointment regarding the Level Club upgrade. During check-in, the front desk staff strongly encouraged me to upgrade to a Level Club room for an additional USD 40 per day. I was informed that the Level Club was open until 11:00 PM. However, when I visited the Level Club on Level 24, I was told that snacks and drinks were only available until 8:30 PM. After that time, drinks had to be purchased à la carte. I ended up paying USD 6.80 for two cans of Coke.
This was quite different from other hotel club privileges I have experienced, where lounges typically operate until midnight and offer complimentary drinks throughout the opening hours without additional charges.
The most disappointing experience occurred the following day when I returned to the Level Club and found it completely empty with no staff present. After calling reception, I was informed that the lounge was closed and that I could instead collect snacks from the Level 1 Lounge, which is located in a public area. There was no prior notice given to club guests about this change, and I only found out after making the call.
In total, I spent USD 126.80 on the upgrade but was unable to fully enjoy the exclusive privacy and all-inclusive food and beverage benefits that were expected. Unfortunately, this made the upgrade feel not worthwhile. In the future, I would not choose to upgrade again under similar circumstances. I sincerely hope Melia ensures that facilities are fully available before promoting such upgrades to guests.
Aside from this issue, the rest of my stay was excellent. The staff’s welcoming demeanor, professionalism, and overall service standards were truly commendable.

IInvitéIt is not quite easy to put a fair review for this hotel. At a very first glance, with the ongoing political unrest in Myanmar, the effort to reopen the hotel and rehire all the staff deserve a great compliment.
Nonetheless, the shortfall in service and amenities should not be compromised with the situation and some area such as cleanliness should not fall short especially when the hotel priced themselves at the highest in the city.
The management should really consider to focus on guests service and sincere hospitality and that they can have customers who are willing to pay at any price rather that worked any way possible to cut the cost and let the staff to deal with insufficient amenities and services.

IIsfp-Solo TravelerTout était bon 👌👌👌😍💙...Le seul désavantage était que vous vous sentiez trop lazy pour sortir ou visiter parce que la chambre de l'hôtel était très confortable, et il était extrêmement chaud à l'extérieur 😅 - Vous pouviez juste rester dans votre chambre, profiter de la vue, aller nager, ou avoir un jour de spa....
Le petit-déjeuner buffet avait beaucoup d'options, et ils ont même changé certains des plats le lendemain. Mon préféré était le saunait était vraiment bon. J'aimais aussi la douche chaude, car elle ne se réfrigère pas même après avoir été sur pendant longtemps 😍
Les massages étaient super et les prix étaient raisonnables.... Le personnel était très utile et gentil... Il y avait occasionnelles interruptions de puissance, mais ils n'ont pris que quelques secondes depuis que le puissance de sauvegarde de l'hôtel a été déclenchée immédiatement...
+ Bien qu'il soit un peu loin des lieux touristiques, vous pouvez prendre une Grabit abordable et la meilleure option puisqu'il est vraiment chaud pendant la journée....

BBruce MWould stay again. Great location, close to area famous landmark by walking distance. Room need sound proof due to noise from street and near by park especially on morning. Also room key needed to be updated. Like old style bulk key chain back in the 80's . Great breakfast buffet and enjoy it. Staff are very attentive and helpful. Overall, very pleased with stay.

AAnonymous Guest UserIt is located in embassy area and not far from the main road. The courtesy of clerks, the design and the ambience are pretty nice. The room is also spacious and the bed quality is good. But the biggest problem is there were so many mosquitos and I couldn't protect myself from their bloodhunt even with mosquito curtain as it has big holes and broken parts everywhere and everytime I go to wash my hands mosquitos were targeting me. The room itself is not airtight and small flies are coming in from nowhere, especially toilet and the entrance door. When I first entered the room, the central window was wide open without sash and the hotel has no will to eliminate mosquitos in the room.

IInvitéJ'ai réservé une première chambre double avec vue sur la ville Let de taille de la reine via Trip.com La chambre que j'ai réservée avait un balcon, mais quand je suis arrivé, il est apparu que la chambre que j'ai reçu n'avait pas un balcon, donc je me plaignais auprès du personnel. Le personnel était heureux de me mettre à niveau dans une chambre avec balcon. Ils étaient très enthousiastes. Je trouve vraiment la chambre. La chambre est spacieuse et confortable. Le prix n'est pas aussi cher que vous le pensez. L'hôtel est situé près du lac Kandawgyi. Vous pouvez vous rendre au parc Kandawgyi pour l'exercice ou pour vous détendre. Cependant, il n'y a pas de sécurité dans la chambre. Pour ceux qui visitent Yangon, je recommande de rester à cet hôtel.
