Hôtels à Oslo avec parking

J'ai changé ma chambre en « Chambre Double Standard » au 8/F, profitez de la belle vue sur la rue et admirez un peu le lever du soleil. N'oubliez pas le type de chambre ! Car selon le personnel de la conciergerie de l'hôtel, toutes les chambres doubles supérieures donnent sur cour et étage bas même si elles sont plus chères !

La chambre est beaucoup plus petite que je ne l'attends, à moins que vous n'ayez pas beaucoup de bagages. La chambre est super bien et il y a une variété de nourriture et de boissons et de café pour le petit déjeuner que vous pouvez choisir. L'hôtel est situé près du centre d'Oslo pour 3 minutes de marche. Il est si pratique d'acheter tout ce que vous voulez à Oslo.

Great hotel with good transport links (I think you have the metro, tram and bus all within 10 min walk) but it is worth mentioning that this is slightly out of the centre so it takes about 30 minutes to get in. For business travellers with offices around I guess that dosent matter but for tourists it might be slightly time consuming although the Ruter zone 1 transport pass does cover this so more on time rather than cost for transport here. Breakfast was splendid and I really enjoyed the spread and quality which I think is even better than other 5 star hotels I’ve stayed in Oslo and other parts of EU. Staff in breakfast was great, although reception staff was not the friendliest per se - professional though just not as friendly. I put a DND on my room door twice but both times housekeeping still came to clean my room so I’m not really sure if the signs mean anything. Amenities though was horrendous - nothing except poor quality towels and soap which were a let down. Overall good hotel but definitely more things could be done to achieve the maximum potential.

La chambre était si petite qu'il y avait à peine de la place pour tenir debout. Je n'étais même pas encore levée à 8 h du matin que quelqu'un a frappé à ma porte pour me demander si je voulais faire le ménage. C'était la première fois que je rencontrais ce genre de situation dans un hôtel. De plus, on m'a facturé 5 000 pour avoir fumé dans une autre chambre, ce qui a complètement gâché mon séjour. J'avais peur d'être facturée très cher en ne retrouvant pas ma carte de chambre, mais heureusement, je l'ai retrouvée. En résumé, ce fut une très mauvaise expérience.

Le petit déjeuner n'est ouvert que à 8h du week-end, nous l'avons manqué à cause d'un vol précoce, mais ils ont fait un petit déjeuner à partir quand nous avons vérifié !

Bien qu'il s'agisse d'un ancien hôtel, il dispose d'installations complètes Le transport est très pratique. Il suffit de sortir de la gare centrale et de traverser le viaduc. 5 minutes à pied Le petit déjeuner est également copieux Voir le lever du soleil depuis la salle avec vue est génial Le lit est relativement grand, particulièrement adapté aux voyages d'affaires

Une chaîne hôtelière norvégienne bien connue. Le plus gros avantage est qu'il est proche de la gare centrale. La chambre est grande et confortable, mais les installations globales de l'hôtel ne sont pas des plus addictives Avantages : Un petit-déjeuner copieux. Des fruits et des machines à café gratuits sont disponibles dans le hall. C'est un avantage pour l'Europe du Nord froide. La proximité de la gare est le plus grand avantage. Inconvénients : Il n'y a pas beaucoup d'ascenseurs et l'équipement a une impression de vétusté, mais les chambres sont fondamentalement neuves.

Superbe hôtel situé juste à côté de la gare centrale, très moderne, confortable et proposant un excellent petit-déjeuner buffet dans un joli restaurant à côté. Le bar de l'hôtel est un endroit agréable pour prendre un verre après une longue journée d'exploration. Le jeu de palets est un bonus !

For our stay, we booked a studio apartment at The Sweet. The room was lovely and kitchenette was well-equipped. We were able to cook meals there over the days of Christmas when most restaurants and shops were closed. The location is a little outside of the center- nice and quiet but easy to access public transit. My biggest issue with this hotel was that communication was very… odd. As the booking notes, I called the hotel in advance to schedule my check-in. When my call was answered, I told them who I was and that I was calling to schedule my check in (for a time when the booking said check in is available). I was told no one would be at reception at that time (3pm on Dec 23) and they would text me instructions for how to check myself in. Then she confirmed my phone number and asked for my email address, but when I started to give it, she said, “oh, that’s ok. We can’t use email anyway”. Odd. Before getting off the phone, I had her confirm that I would receive a text the next day with instructions to check in. Our train arrived around 2pm in Oslo and we still hadn’t received a text, so we waited at the train station thinking perhaps they would send the text right at 3pm since that was the time I had requested. At 3, I still hadn’t received anything, so we called the hotel again. A different employee answered from the one I had spoken to the day before. I gave my name and explained that I was calling because I had scheduled check in the day before but hadn’t received the information to check in. The employee asked where I was and told me that there were people staffing reception to help us check in, which I thought was odd because the previous employee told me no one would be there. When we got to the hotel, we rang the bell and got into the building, but reception is apparently in the basement- there is only a very tiny sign that says this- so we missed it and I called them again. A man came up with our keys and got us set to go. We got into our room and it was lovely! About 5 hours later, I got a call from Trip saying that the hotel is trying to contact me because they are wondering why I hadn’t checked in and they don’t have a way to get in touch with me. I was sitting in the hotel room when I got this call. I told the Trip representative that I was checked in and it was fine for her to give my phone and email to the hotel. I know the communication elements have taken up a huge portion of my review and I know they are not the end of the world, but I want to share them because I believe it would be quite simple to avoid situations like this in the future and make the guest experience that much more pleasant at The Sweet. We greatly enjoyed our stay at the hotel overall and thoroughly enjoyed exploring Oslo!

I have told myself to manage my expectation as it’s 3-star hotel after all. But it’s Norway so I am a bit more critical than if it were hotels in other countries. The location is ok, not too much in the city centre but close enough to work to touristic places. The service of staff is really hit and miss: some staff are really good and helpful. I told one of the staff in the morning that I wanted my room to be vacuumed as it was not cleaned properly (if at all) when I checked in the previous day. I would expect an apology but the staff just shrug and said ok. The breakfast is the savour of their 3-star. Plenty of choices, well decorated restaurant, staff are efficient in refilling food and drinks. The room is a standard 3-star, the balcony is a bonus. Overall it’s acceptable with this price in Oslo.
