Hôtels 4 étoiles à Oslo

L'hôtel est situé à l'extrémité ouest de la rue Karl Johnson, à environ 8 à 10 minutes de la gare centrale d'Oslo. Il est plus proche du Palais Royal et de la forteresse d'Akershus et plus éloigné de l'Opéra d'Oslo. Le restaurant n'est ouvert que pour le petit-déjeuner et ne sert pas le dîner. Cependant, de nombreux restaurants et supérettes sont accessibles à pied. L'enregistrement est efficace comme dans tous les hôtels norvégiens. Le petit-déjeuner est excellent, même si le choix reste le même. Dans l'ensemble, c'est un bon hôtel où séjourner à Oslo.

Premièrement, j'ai apporté trois bagages avec papa. Le serveur de réception n'a pas l'intention d'aider à l'instant. Lorsqu'il est parti, j'ai rencontré une réception particulièrement bonne. Les gens sont très gentils et très enthousiastes. La position de l'hôtel est très bonne, le rapport coût-efficacité est plus élevé, le prix est plus confortable que le Japon.

Transport : Il se trouve à 8 minutes à pied de la gare et à quelques pas des attractions touristiques du centre-ville. Pour rejoindre le musée Qianjin et le musée folklorique, plus loin, prenez le bus 30. La gare se trouve à 3 minutes à pied de l'hôtel. Chambre : j'ai réservé une chambre familiale et l'hôtel m'a en fait donné une chambre communicante, soit deux chambres communicantes mais avec une seule salle de bain. Je ne sais pas si les autres chambres familiales sont identiques. L'hygiène est très bonne. Si vous souhaitez faire votre propre lessive, vous devez demander à la réception un bouchon pour l'évacuation du lavabo. Repas: Cet hôtel propose le petit-déjeuner et le dîner, et la qualité est plutôt bonne. Ils sont tous en libre-service. Seules les boissons gazeuses sont disponibles pour le dîner et le vin doit être commandé à la carte moyennant des frais supplémentaires. La variété du dîner est assez satisfaisante, avec essentiellement une variété d'herbes, de plats froids et de plats chauds. Il y a généralement deux plats, l'un de viande, l'autre de légumes et l'autre de soupe. Les fruits ne seront peut-être pas disponibles le premier jour de mon séjour, mais pas le deuxième jour.

J'ai vraiment passé un merveilleux séjour au Scandic Holmekollen. L'hôtel offre une ambiance relaxante et une vue imprenable sur les environs. Le personnel était incroyablement sympathique et attentionné, toujours prêt à aider avec un sourire chaleureux. La combinaison de l'atmosphère sereine et de la serviabilité du personnel a rendu mon séjour vraiment agréable. Je recommande vivement le Scandic Holmekollen à tous ceux qui recherchent un refuge paisible avec une vue imprenable et un service exceptionnel.

Not a good experience at Numa Hallen. NOT RECOMMENDED. Rooms are big, clean and quiet. However, the “hotel” is not supported by any staff. The digital check in failed initially. We did not receive the check in email as advised. Maybe if you book directly with Numa, not a third party like Trip, this might work. Don’t know. We rang the web site and Trip advertised phone number to get a check in email. It is disconnected. This defect is recorded in previous reviews, Does anyone read these complaints? Read the previous reviews and noted the WhatsAPP number to be found at door front. Was ready for this we thought. The WhatsAPP number only has a virtual attendant. So no verbal communication available only short text messages readable. Jumped through many hoops and eventually received our check in details on the kerb outside the hotel. Thought we would be sleeping on the street for a while. Once inside we noted the big sign in kitchen about leaving a window open when cooking. Next morning all fire alarms in the hotel section went off. A closed window somewhere perhaps. Alarm couldn’t be shut off so we evacuated with our bags like many others. Guess it must happen often due to the prominence of the sign. The experience wasn’t good and is a great example of technology making life more difficult. The quest to remove people from hospitality jobs diminishes the hospitality aspect. It also leaves no backup except for meaningless, valueless, unaccountable apologies. The communications failures and fire alarm intrusion are significant infrastructure short comings. Wouldn’t stay there again.

Très bonne position. Le petit déjeuner est excellent, super complet et de très bonne qualité. Un point contre est qu'ils ont une seule machine à néspresso et les gens se rassemblent à l'attente. Tout le reste est un 10.

For our stay, we booked a studio apartment at The Sweet. The room was lovely and kitchenette was well-equipped. We were able to cook meals there over the days of Christmas when most restaurants and shops were closed. The location is a little outside of the center- nice and quiet but easy to access public transit. My biggest issue with this hotel was that communication was very… odd. As the booking notes, I called the hotel in advance to schedule my check-in. When my call was answered, I told them who I was and that I was calling to schedule my check in (for a time when the booking said check in is available). I was told no one would be at reception at that time (3pm on Dec 23) and they would text me instructions for how to check myself in. Then she confirmed my phone number and asked for my email address, but when I started to give it, she said, “oh, that’s ok. We can’t use email anyway”. Odd. Before getting off the phone, I had her confirm that I would receive a text the next day with instructions to check in. Our train arrived around 2pm in Oslo and we still hadn’t received a text, so we waited at the train station thinking perhaps they would send the text right at 3pm since that was the time I had requested. At 3, I still hadn’t received anything, so we called the hotel again. A different employee answered from the one I had spoken to the day before. I gave my name and explained that I was calling because I had scheduled check in the day before but hadn’t received the information to check in. The employee asked where I was and told me that there were people staffing reception to help us check in, which I thought was odd because the previous employee told me no one would be there. When we got to the hotel, we rang the bell and got into the building, but reception is apparently in the basement- there is only a very tiny sign that says this- so we missed it and I called them again. A man came up with our keys and got us set to go. We got into our room and it was lovely! About 5 hours later, I got a call from Trip saying that the hotel is trying to contact me because they are wondering why I hadn’t checked in and they don’t have a way to get in touch with me. I was sitting in the hotel room when I got this call. I told the Trip representative that I was checked in and it was fine for her to give my phone and email to the hotel. I know the communication elements have taken up a huge portion of my review and I know they are not the end of the world, but I want to share them because I believe it would be quite simple to avoid situations like this in the future and make the guest experience that much more pleasant at The Sweet. We greatly enjoyed our stay at the hotel overall and thoroughly enjoyed exploring Oslo!

Le paysage est incroyable ! Il est également très confortable de faire des heures supplémentaires dans le salon commun la nuit. La chambre est très petite et il n'y a pas d'ascenseur. C'est aussi un hôtel très historique, il fait plus chaud et dispose d'une piscine. Il est recommandé de s'y rendre en voiture pour plus de commodité.

Myself and a group of HE students have returned home from a conference where we stayed in this hotel. The staff were really helpful and polite. Every morning we would ask for fresh towels at reception and these were either provided there and then or delivered to the room within 10 minutes of the request. The hotel is located around 10-15 minutes walk away from the marina, the tube station, royal palace. The students really enjoyed how central the hotel was to everything. Check in and out was smooth, and the rooms were clean. There was a QR code in the room to scan if you wanted the cleaner to come in on a daily basis.  There was a small selection of snacks in the reception area to purchase. On the other hand the breakfast variety was really good.  From fresh waffles and pancakes to cooked breakfast, cereal, yoghurt and fruit, fresh smoothies and juices.  Overall this hotel is great if you want a base to go and explore Oslo. I would recommend this hotel to a weekend away.
