Hôtels 4 étoiles à Oslo

Nous avons séjourné ensemble dans le cadre de réservations séparées et nous avons tous apprécié notre séjour au Karl Johan. Impossible de rêver d'un meilleur emplacement, d'un meilleur service et d'un meilleur petit-déjeuner ! Je reviendrai si je suis à Oslo.

great boutique hotel! only unfortunate thing is that the breakfast only opens at 8am on weekends so we missed it due to an early flight, but they made up for it with a breakfast to-go when we checked out!

Il est très bon de choisir cet hôtel pour Stockholm. La vue à l'extérieur de l'hôtel est incroyable! Nous avons été accueillis par ce scénario spectaculaire chaque matin. Nous souhaitions pouvoir rester ici plus de jours. Mon chambre familiale était énorme et confortable. Le petit déjeuner était bon. La chambre est très confortable et très confortable.

L'hôtel est situé à 5-6 minutes à pied de la gare - juste à côté de la mer. Il dispose d'un petit hall d'entrée, mais nous avons également pu utiliser certaines tables de son restaurant, tout en profitant d'un café ou d'un thé gratuit tout au long de la journée. Il propose également un dîner léger inclus dans le prix et c'est l'une des raisons pour lesquelles je l'ai choisi. Le dîner comprend un buffet de quelques salades et de vinaigrettes étonnantes, ainsi qu'une soupe quotidienne, un repas et du pain frais. Le petit-déjeuner était très savoureux, joliment décoré sur une petite table - comprenant des variétés d'options pour tous les goûts, immédiatement rempli une fois vidé. Tout ce qui était proposé était de haute qualité. Il y a aussi une salle de sport et un sauna gratuits. La chambre n'est pas grande, mais suffisante. Belle décoration. Pas de lits trop grands dans une chambre twin. Les toilettes sont assez petites, avec une cabine de douche intelligente. De belles fenêtres immenses avec du soleil toute la journée. Étonnamment, il n'y avait pas de réfrigérateur. La télévision n'avait que quelques chaînes nationales. Tous les membres du personnel sont très polis et serviables. J'ai eu la chambre immédiatement à mon arrivée - quelques heures avant l'heure officielle d'enregistrement. Le check-out est vraiment bien - il est prévu à midi. Il y a une petite bagagerie, mais elle est gratuite. Enfin, j'ai obtenu un très bon prix sur Trip.com, par rapport aux autres fournisseurs.

Une chaîne hôtelière norvégienne bien connue. Le plus gros avantage est qu'il est proche de la gare centrale. La chambre est grande et confortable, mais les installations globales de l'hôtel ne sont pas des plus addictives Avantages : Un petit-déjeuner copieux. Des fruits et des machines à café gratuits sont disponibles dans le hall. C'est un avantage pour l'Europe du Nord froide. La proximité de la gare est le plus grand avantage. Inconvénients : Il n'y a pas beaucoup d'ascenseurs et l'équipement a une impression de vétusté, mais les chambres sont fondamentalement neuves.

Très bonne position. Le petit déjeuner est excellent, super complet et de très bonne qualité. Un point contre est qu'ils ont une seule machine à néspresso et les gens se rassemblent à l'attente. Tout le reste est un 10.

Le personnel est si gentil et les réponses par courriel étaient si rapides. La chambre était bien nettoyée et à la mode, et toutes les installations fonctionnaient bien. En outre, il y avait une pièce de magasin dans l'apparence, de sorte que je pouvais réintégrer quand j'étais hors de papier de cuisine ou d'autres personnes. Il y avait aussi de l'eau dans la chambre quand j'en suis entré. Dans le bain, il y avait un chauffage au sol qui était bon pour moi. La location était à proximité de la gare de la ville, si facile à aller partout et il y avait une arrêt de bus près de la porte d'entrée du bâtiment. Il peut être difficile de trouver l'hôtel à la première fois, mais l'hôtel est au deuxième étage:) Je veux rester dans cet hôtel quand je visite Oslo la prochaine fois.

Le paysage est incroyable ! Il est également très confortable de faire des heures supplémentaires dans le salon commun la nuit. La chambre est très petite et il n'y a pas d'ascenseur. C'est aussi un hôtel très historique, il fait plus chaud et dispose d'une piscine. Il est recommandé de s'y rendre en voiture pour plus de commodité.

For our stay, we booked a studio apartment at The Sweet. The room was lovely and kitchenette was well-equipped. We were able to cook meals there over the days of Christmas when most restaurants and shops were closed. The location is a little outside of the center- nice and quiet but easy to access public transit. My biggest issue with this hotel was that communication was very… odd. As the booking notes, I called the hotel in advance to schedule my check-in. When my call was answered, I told them who I was and that I was calling to schedule my check in (for a time when the booking said check in is available). I was told no one would be at reception at that time (3pm on Dec 23) and they would text me instructions for how to check myself in. Then she confirmed my phone number and asked for my email address, but when I started to give it, she said, “oh, that’s ok. We can’t use email anyway”. Odd. Before getting off the phone, I had her confirm that I would receive a text the next day with instructions to check in. Our train arrived around 2pm in Oslo and we still hadn’t received a text, so we waited at the train station thinking perhaps they would send the text right at 3pm since that was the time I had requested. At 3, I still hadn’t received anything, so we called the hotel again. A different employee answered from the one I had spoken to the day before. I gave my name and explained that I was calling because I had scheduled check in the day before but hadn’t received the information to check in. The employee asked where I was and told me that there were people staffing reception to help us check in, which I thought was odd because the previous employee told me no one would be there. When we got to the hotel, we rang the bell and got into the building, but reception is apparently in the basement- there is only a very tiny sign that says this- so we missed it and I called them again. A man came up with our keys and got us set to go. We got into our room and it was lovely! About 5 hours later, I got a call from Trip saying that the hotel is trying to contact me because they are wondering why I hadn’t checked in and they don’t have a way to get in touch with me. I was sitting in the hotel room when I got this call. I told the Trip representative that I was checked in and it was fine for her to give my phone and email to the hotel. I know the communication elements have taken up a huge portion of my review and I know they are not the end of the world, but I want to share them because I believe it would be quite simple to avoid situations like this in the future and make the guest experience that much more pleasant at The Sweet. We greatly enjoyed our stay at the hotel overall and thoroughly enjoyed exploring Oslo!

Myself and a group of HE students have returned home from a conference where we stayed in this hotel. The staff were really helpful and polite. Every morning we would ask for fresh towels at reception and these were either provided there and then or delivered to the room within 10 minutes of the request. The hotel is located around 10-15 minutes walk away from the marina, the tube station, royal palace. The students really enjoyed how central the hotel was to everything. Check in and out was smooth, and the rooms were clean. There was a QR code in the room to scan if you wanted the cleaner to come in on a daily basis.  There was a small selection of snacks in the reception area to purchase. On the other hand the breakfast variety was really good.  From fresh waffles and pancakes to cooked breakfast, cereal, yoghurt and fruit, fresh smoothies and juices.  Overall this hotel is great if you want a base to go and explore Oslo. I would recommend this hotel to a weekend away.
