Hôtels 3 étoiles à Oslo

L'hôtel est idéalement situé, l'enregistrement automatique est disponible et le fonctionnement est simple et pratique. Vous pouvez rejoindre la plupart des endroits que vous souhaitez visiter. Vous pouvez voir l'opéra depuis la porte de l'hôtel. options de petit-déjeuner, y compris tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Cette fois, nous avons séjourné dans une chambre au dernier étage du grenier. La lucarne est très mignonne, mais la chambre est un peu petite, mais le hall de l'hôtel dispose d'un grand coin salon (photo), où vous pouvez travailler pendant une courte période dans le hall, et la chambre dispose d'un service qui peut ajouter des oreillers, ce qui est un bonus. Bien sûr, il y a des points à améliorer. La salle de douche est trop petite et l'eau s'écoulera, rendant le sol humide. Cela doit être amélioré.

Il n'y a aucun moyen de s'enregistrer à l'hôtel réservé via Ctrip. Je dois passer par la porte où je dois glisser ma carte et demander au personnel de trouver la réservation par son nom que j'ai réservée pour deux nuits, mais le personnel s'est arrangé pour cela. moi une autre nuit avec un nom similaire sans regarder attentivement le nom de la commande ? En conséquence, j'ai reçu moins d'argent et je n'ai pas pu accéder à la chambre le lendemain. Il n'y a pas de bouilloire d'eau chaude dans la chambre, vous devez donc vous rendre dans le hall du premier étage pour l'utiliser. Dans l'ensemble, la salle est relativement neuve et l'environnement est bon

Emplacement idéal. Réception semi-automatisée rapide et efficace. La fuite dans le tuyau de douche est totalement inutile ; la réparation aurait coûté 15 $ et ne nécessitait aucun outil. Même constat pour les lampes de chevet défectueuses. Sinon, séjour agréable.

This Hotel is very smart. The rooms are enough for few nights in this city. I am sure 100% that it is the best option in this city. Very close all objects which you want to visit in this country. Breakfast are amazing. Cozy style of this resteurant and room. Everything was perfect. Towels available Wifi available Nice to be there once again

Great location. The breakfast buffet had a big variety of food and I really enjoyed it. The lounge was cozy and staff was really nice. However, the room is not worth the price I paid for. The room is small with the sink and mirror facing the bed. It is impractical to have the sink in the main room, and to have the mirror facing the bed, which has bad spritual meaning. Toothbrushes are not included, and there is no hair conditioner. There is also no air conditioning, but it is okay since Oslo is a cold city. There are several bugs in the corner of the room, and stains could be seen everywhere. The shower is insanely small, which is not friendly for people with bigger body types. There is also no physical lock in the door of the rooms. Overall, everything about the hotel is nice except the room.

Took me a while to get used to having no reception or staff around, but the hotel was amazing. Brilliant location close to the main train station with easy links to the airport and tram stop very close. Most main attractions are walkable in about 20 minutes. Loads of options for food, shopping, cafes and bars around. I loved the options of borrowing tote bags and cameras to go around the city, and the reusable water bottles were really handy (plus the tap water is the best water I’ve ever tasted!) Staff were easy to get in contact with and very friendly. The bed was really comfy and I slept very well every night. I do wish the room was a little darker at night as the curtains let quite a bit of light in, but on the whole it was a brilliant stay and I’d definitely recommend it.

Very helpful reception staff, super location next to the central train station and opposite the new Opera House, Munch Museet and Library. Walk straight up very popular Karl Johann Gate to Cathedral, Palace, Historic  Museet, and where the HopOn HopOff bus starts. Room was super sparse but comfortable and warm (in late November) and everything works well. Long series of corridors to our room, but no problem. You will need the walk after the most amazing hotel breakfast managed by brilliant, happy staff; every breakfast option you could want … There is a well-equipped gym, and the hotel connects directly with a shopping-food hall into one end of the Central Station. We were very happy with the value for money, quality, location and service.

L'emplacement est très pratique, à 2 minutes à pied du métro et à 10 minutes de la gare d'Oslo Sentral. Cependant, le quartier est très peuplé d'immigrants, notamment du Moyen-Orient. Il est à noter que les environs sont assez anciens et peu propres. La chambre est bien équipée avec une kitchenette permettant de préparer le dîner. Un réceptionniste est présent dans le hall pour répondre aux demandes.

We chose an apt because we like to do our own cooking  The stove hob didn't work and they fobbed us of with electronic responses and broken promises for our total stay of 3 days. On the last night they asked us if we would consider changing apts if one became available. What a joke the place was empty You could shoot a cannon and not hit anyone. If they did not have maintenance available they could have offered the change on the first Night . Lots of food wasted because we had no cook top. No front desk means that there is no one to complaint to. Their Automated electronic responses to service requests  provides appalling customer service. Emails and emergency phone calls don't generate responses either. A disappointing stay.

Hotel has great location and friendly stuff. We received an upgrade so the room we stayed in was spacious and clean, but the best part of the hotel was breakfast - it has a large variety of food and drinks both vegetarian and vegan. Would recommend!
