Hôtels 3 étoiles à Oslo

La chambre est beaucoup plus petite que je ne l'attends, à moins que vous n'ayez pas beaucoup de bagages. La chambre est super bien et il y a une variété de nourriture et de boissons et de café pour le petit déjeuner que vous pouvez choisir. L'hôtel est situé près du centre d'Oslo pour 3 minutes de marche. Il est si pratique d'acheter tout ce que vous voulez à Oslo.

L'hôtel est situé au centre d'Oslo, tout près de la gare centrale. Il y a une terrasse au 8ème étage avec vue sur l'opéra d'Oslo en face. La chambre n'est pas grande et relativement confortable. Réception de style bar, le petit déjeuner buffet est très copieux. Il n'y a pas de place de parking et les parkings environnants sont chers.

Grande location. Réception semi-automatique rapide et efficace. L'évacuation dans le tube de douche est totalement inutile, aurait coûté 15$ à réparer, aucun outil n'a été nécessaire. Toutes les mêmes choses avec des lampes à lit défectueuses. Sinon, un bon séjour.

Great location. The breakfast buffet had a big variety of food and I really enjoyed it. The lounge was cozy and staff was really nice. However, the room is not worth the price I paid for. The room is small with the sink and mirror facing the bed. It is impractical to have the sink in the main room, and to have the mirror facing the bed, which has bad spritual meaning. Toothbrushes are not included, and there is no hair conditioner. There is also no air conditioning, but it is okay since Oslo is a cold city. There are several bugs in the corner of the room, and stains could be seen everywhere. The shower is insanely small, which is not friendly for people with bigger body types. There is also no physical lock in the door of the rooms. Overall, everything about the hotel is nice except the room.

The hotel was nice, sustainable culture supportive, staff are extremely welcoming and very helpful, close to the city center. The room felt extra small for me that I could not believe it, however, warm and good enough for a 1 night crash, did not need to switch on the heater, temp was just right! One thing I really missed is the the English language option in TV, everything else was as expected.

Bob place is perfect! We never have much expectation since this was a last minute booking as our tour booked us an airport hotel instead of city hotel. Bob place has every small details of personal touch, with a personalised welcome card, and couple of amenities thats we loved so much. Also, they are always reachable and helpful even though its self check-in.

Very helpful reception staff, super location next to the central train station and opposite the new Opera House, Munch Museet and Library. Walk straight up very popular Karl Johann Gate to Cathedral, Palace, Historic  Museet, and where the HopOn HopOff bus starts. Room was super sparse but comfortable and warm (in late November) and everything works well. Long series of corridors to our room, but no problem. You will need the walk after the most amazing hotel breakfast managed by brilliant, happy staff; every breakfast option you could want … There is a well-equipped gym, and the hotel connects directly with a shopping-food hall into one end of the Central Station. We were very happy with the value for money, quality, location and service.

I have told myself to manage my expectation as it’s 3-star hotel after all. But it’s Norway so I am a bit more critical than if it were hotels in other countries. The location is ok, not too much in the city centre but close enough to work to touristic places. The service of staff is really hit and miss: some staff are really good and helpful. I told one of the staff in the morning that I wanted my room to be vacuumed as it was not cleaned properly (if at all) when I checked in the previous day. I would expect an apology but the staff just shrug and said ok. The breakfast is the savour of their 3-star. Plenty of choices, well decorated restaurant, staff are efficient in refilling food and drinks. The room is a standard 3-star, the balcony is a bonus. Overall it’s acceptable with this price in Oslo.

We chose an apt because we like to do our own cooking  The stove hob didn't work and they fobbed us of with electronic responses and broken promises for our total stay of 3 days. On the last night they asked us if we would consider changing apts if one became available. What a joke the place was empty You could shoot a cannon and not hit anyone. If they did not have maintenance available they could have offered the change on the first Night . Lots of food wasted because we had no cook top. No front desk means that there is no one to complaint to. Their Automated electronic responses to service requests  provides appalling customer service. Emails and emergency phone calls don't generate responses either. A disappointing stay.

La chambre est propre, dispose d'une petite clôture et d'une grande salle de bain spacieuse. Bien mieux que je ne le pensais. Processus d'enregistrement. Enregistrez-vous à la réception. Il y a un téléphone qui traîne. Appuyez sur le bouton REC, puis indiquez au personnel votre nom et votre code BOOK. Le personnel vous demandera d'effectuer un dépôt par carte de crédit. Insérez la carte dans la machine à glisser. Une fois le dépôt terminé Le personnel vous demandera de fabriquer votre propre carte-clé. Prenez la carte-clé dans la boîte et placez-la dans la machine de fabrication de cartes-clés. Une fois terminé Le personnel vous indiquera le numéro de la chambre. Consultez le processus. Prenez la carte-clé et placez-la dans la boîte de paiement. Lorsque vous avez terminé, appelez le numéro de la chambre pour informer le propriétaire. La carte-clé a été placée.
