Location & View: 💯 Highly recommended. The location and view are excellent. That said, the place is very busy, so late check-out isn’t accommodated—which is understandable considering the constant turnover. With guests coming in and out and a full unit to clean (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living area), it’s realistic to expect that it may not always be pristine. I booked this place twice, one week apart, staying almost a week each time. I’m a bit of a clean freak, so even in 4–5 star hotels I bring disinfectant and alcohol. For Airbnbs especially, I don’t feel comfortable using towels or beddings knowing how some guests can be inconsiderate. This place is a combination of pros and cons for me. I love the location, space, and layout, but during my first stay I noticed signs that the bed linens may have been tidied rather than fully changed. Because of that, I brought my own bed cover and sheets and didn’t use the comforter. For my second booking, I communicated with the very responsive owner and requested flexibility with check-in so cleaning wouldn’t be rushed. That made a big difference—the unit was noticeably cleaner (even the couch was vacuumed), which I really appreciated. One suggestion: adding shower curtains or upgrading to shower doors would help keep the bathroom floors dry—it’s always nice to see dry bathroom floors. Overall, I love the place and would still recommend it, especially for the location and space, but cleanliness details really matter for guests like me.

La chambre était propre et spacieuse. Le propriétaire de l'unité était également très utile et répondait rapidement à nos questions. L'emplacement est un grand plus! Il est littéralement à côté et directement connecté au Grand Canal de Venise. Je recommande vivement cet endroit aux propriétaires de animaux qui aiment apporter leurs bébés de peaux sur les séjours. Il n'y avait que deux défauts. Deuxièmement, les clients ont été obligés de récupérer tous leurs déchets et de les déverser dans une zone désignée de la base du condoléance. Peut-être le personnel de nettoyage pourrait-il s'en occuper à la place, à condition que les clients déchargent correctement leurs déchets dans les réservoirs désignés à l'intérieur de l'unité. En général, nous avons eu un grand séjour et nous réserverions certainement à nouveau!

My family booked 3 rooms for our stay to celebrate the New Year Countdown in BGC. It was a last minute booking but I could say that it was actually worth it. Pros: ●Near Market Market, 5 mins ride if using grab/indrive and 5 mins jeepney ride from Market Market and another 5 mins walk from Buting to the hotel( as it was new years eve booking a ride takes time so we opted to ride a jeepney) ●Complimentaries are complete, from toiletries to coffee ● Wifi is working very fine ● The hotel staff are very easy to talk to, as there was no refrigerator in our rooms the staffs accomodate our ice to be put in their refrigerator. ● The rooms are very clean and the airconditioning is very cold ● The hotel location is near in a convenience store(7/11) and a grocery(Dali). They are also near a very good biryani chicken, ice cream and coffee shop. It may be located near residentials but it felt calm and the neighborhood is actually clean Cons ●Do not expect for a astonishing view as it was in a residential area, which we actually didn't mind cause we are only staying for a night ● Our room is to small to eat in one room for 7 people, (but the staff actually recommend their breakfast area downstairs to be use if we want to) ● One room we booked has a smelly feet smell Overall the cons didn't affect our stay, and it was a very good stay, i am definitely recommending it.

I have used other vacation apps to plan my travels -I have just realized Trip.com is top notch when it comes to preparing/reminders/changes for the upcoming hotel/flight . Now back to the property this NOT to make a business like a condo/hotel rental look bad but an honest observation coming from some like me that resides N American country Like USA(I am Asian and American raised ) As a SE Asian traveler -they are NOT prepared to the needs: Promptness Deposit /over verification -too much paperwork/TIME (Excuses for being late -like 15 -30 mins is nothing to some culture but in the USA we learned “if you’re on time “ you’re late . I hope you take this in consideration for the aforementioned. Traveling to let’s say Japan or Philippines, pack extra patience you will NEED it they say they are proficient in English ask again , 24/7 means open all day and all night & most doesn’t understand those numbers. Personally I will stick to Hotels where I’m not asked for cash deposit (1 night ONLY) I had to use U$D i ran out of local currency. I had to take a pic of my $40 so I know for sure it was indeed the money I gave them ( I shouldn’t have this type of feeling -but I did :/ ) long rant thanks for listening

The unit was spacious, clean, and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The view was beautiful, and the location is perfect. Just a short walk to High Street. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at Cozy Hotel at One Up Town Residences. The unit was beautiful, spacious, and exactly as shown in the pictures. Everything was clean, organized, and very comfortable, which made our stay even more relaxing. The property manager was also very easy to communicate with—responsive, accommodating, and helpful throughout our stay. The kitchen and other amenities were complete, so we had everything we needed and truly felt at home. My family had an amazing vacation experience, and we definitely enjoyed every moment of our stay. Highly recommended for families or groups looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in the BGC area.

Linge- Depuis l'aspect luma na jung mga ginagamit nilang linge, surtout les lits de lit et les cas de couilles, attendez qu'il y ait des anciennes peintures et marques. Vous pouvez le lever avec la réception si l'apparence est si épais pour votre vue. Ils le remplaceront heureusement. Le personnel est très utile. La localisation est stratégiquement située mais pendant la nuit il peut sembler insécure parce qu'il est proche dans la zone résidentielle (de nombreux travailleurs de BGC y marchent la nuit depuis qu'il était leur façon de aller à leurs propres lits ou transport) ainsi pour moi, Personnellement, je ne me sens pas mal en marche de BGC pendant 12 mn.

Lieutenant lit, chambre propre, bonne toilette avec bidet et douche chaude avec shampooing, savons de bain et serviettes. Boîtier et muffle disponible. Pas d'eau complimentaire. Bouchon de dentistes n'est pas inclus, apportez votre propre ou acheter à partir de 7 11 juste au côté du lobby de l'hôtel. 😊 NOTE: Dépôt de caisse rendu Php2000 requis lors de l'enregistrement.

The host was accommodating of all our inquiries and concerns, and we'e grateful for their kindness. The property was clean, through the beddings were only set up for 2 people, not 3 as originally confirmed. Location was key as it was rather accessible to the entry and exit points of the facility. Will come back with my sons again, for the next time!

We were very disappointed with our stay at this hotel. Despite paying over PHP 4,000 per night, the level of service was far below expectations. One of the biggest issues was the leaking toilet bowl in our room, which caused significant inconvenience and raised concerns about the hotel's cleanliness and maintenance standards. To make matters worse, we also encountered cockroaches in the room. Unfortunately, the issue was not resolved promptly, and since there was no staff available to assist us at the time, we ended up cleaning the water and mess on the floor ourselves after using the toilet. In addition, guests are required to dispose of all their trash in a designated area after their stay. This is unusual and unacceptable for a hotel charging this price range. Proper housekeeping and waste disposal should be part of the service that guests are paying for Overall, the facilities and service did not match the hotel's rating or price point. We hope management takes these issues seriously and takes steps to improve the guest experience.
