WWai hongOur stay at this hotel was truly unforgettable, and it all begins with the amazing service from Teaw. From the moment we arrived until well after we left, Teaw went above and beyond in every possible way. After returning to Chiang Mai, I realized I had accidentally left behind my camera and hairdryer at the hotel. Teaw not only contacted me immediately after discovering the items (even though I missed the call), but he also personally arranged for them to be delivered to me via a local driver—at his own expense. He clearly explained how I could collect them, and when I finally received my belongings, they were perfectly packed and undamaged. Teaw is truly a trustworthy and outstanding staff member, and I’m so grateful for his help.
As for the hotel itself—it’s a peaceful retreat deeply connected to nature. The lush gardens, blooming flowers, and bamboo-built rooms offer a unique and calming atmosphere. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and there was always plenty of hot water. Breakfast was another highlight: generous, delicious, and full of variety. I especially loved the rich white Tom Yum soup, high-quality yogurt, creamy butter, and the wide selection of breads, including both multigrain and white options.
The dining area was warm and inviting, and the swimming pool and relaxation zones were absolutely beautiful—perfect spots to unwind and enjoy the serenity around.
But what truly sets this hotel apart is the genuine care and kindness shown by the staff. You can feel it while you’re there, and you continue to feel it even after you’ve left. I can’t recommend this place highly enough, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you again, especially to Teaw—you made all the difference.

AAndreiLovely place about 4 km from town. It's a short ride and a beautiful place with clean, well equipped cottages and a lovely green area. The hosts are very welcoming and helpful, and there's a great viewing point up a hill nearby. If we come back to Pai we'll try to stay there again.

IInvitéJ'ai passé un séjour tellement merveilleux ici que j'ai prolongé mon séjour deux fois. L'atmosphère est calme et tout le monde est adorable et serviable. Le personnel a toujours fait de son mieux pour répondre à toutes mes questions, petites ou grandes.
La chambre était agréable et confortable, même pendant les jours de pluie. Vous pouvez louer un vélo à la réception ; toutes les principales attractions de Pai sont à seulement 10-15 minutes à pied.
C'était un séjour vraiment incroyable ; je suis triste de partir.

IInvitéBeautiful, comfortable room and riverfront balcony in an excellent location. The staff were friendly and helpful, even when I caused some problems by inadvertently leaving with the wrong luggage (long story; it was an accident but mostly my fault, and they were very gracious about helping to find a solution). I appreciated the comfortable bed, seating area for doing some work, and hot, clean shower. A couple of things to note: there is some noise that will be unavoidable at any of the riverfront properties. I could hear people walking across the bridge and something involving a man speaking on a microphone that seemed to happen regularly. There were also some tiny ants around, not really a problem but something to be aware of if you bring food into the room. I would still happily stay here again or recommend it to a friend.

UUtilisateur anonymeCet hôtel est situé à proximité de nombreuses attractions touristiques, notamment la rue piétonne de Pai, le village de Santichon et Yun Lai. Le petit-déjeuner est savoureux et frais. Cependant, j'ai trouvé une fuite d'eau dans la salle de bain qui n'a pas été réparée par l'hôtel et qui a sali le sol. Le personnel est généralement sympathique et serviable, à l'exception de certains, notamment la réceptionniste. Néanmoins, pour les personnes allergiques aux insectes, il faut être prudent et préparer soi-même un spray anti-insectes. Quelque chose nous a piqués sur le lit.
Dans l'ensemble, je donne à cet hôtel une note de 8 sur 10 pour ses superbes vues, son emplacement parfait, ses excellentes installations, son délicieux petit-déjeuner et son personnel adorable. Deux points sont déduits en raison de la fuite dans la salle de bain et du manque d'attitude de la réceptionniste envers le service. T_T
Je vous recommande quand même cet hôtel. Les quelques aspects négatifs peuvent être négligés par rapport aux nombreuses expériences formidables que j'ai vécues. Santé !

IInvitéThe hotel lays quiet in a big green area but if there is a neighbor in the attached bungalow one can hear every word. Room and bathroom are big. The door should be from wood and not special glass. The breakfast is good, but when there is a buffet, very minimum choise, only good for Thais (no milk, no fruits, no meat), coffee in paperbox.

SSilverfootI stayed here for a few nights in November 2025. It is a family run business and the mother of the owner is normally the one that takes care of the place. It is located in the countryside and you can expect to see and hear chickens and other animals. While the cottages are a walkable distance (2km) from the town, you are much better off renting a scooter if staying here. The cottages are quaint, but not the best construction. You can see many places where the concrete walls are cracking. Also, sometimes the doors don't closes correctly, but overall, I found the place to be comfortable. The TV in the rooms is quite small and old, but they do have an HDMI port to use a fire stick with. The water pressure is good and the hot water heater works. The bathroom is small and everything is contained in one area so you will get the toilet and everything wet when showering. You can see a walk through review I did on youtube.
