WWai hongOur stay at this hotel was truly unforgettable, and it all begins with the amazing service from Teaw. From the moment we arrived until well after we left, Teaw went above and beyond in every possible way. After returning to Chiang Mai, I realized I had accidentally left behind my camera and hairdryer at the hotel. Teaw not only contacted me immediately after discovering the items (even though I missed the call), but he also personally arranged for them to be delivered to me via a local driver—at his own expense. He clearly explained how I could collect them, and when I finally received my belongings, they were perfectly packed and undamaged. Teaw is truly a trustworthy and outstanding staff member, and I’m so grateful for his help.
As for the hotel itself—it’s a peaceful retreat deeply connected to nature. The lush gardens, blooming flowers, and bamboo-built rooms offer a unique and calming atmosphere. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and there was always plenty of hot water. Breakfast was another highlight: generous, delicious, and full of variety. I especially loved the rich white Tom Yum soup, high-quality yogurt, creamy butter, and the wide selection of breads, including both multigrain and white options.
The dining area was warm and inviting, and the swimming pool and relaxation zones were absolutely beautiful—perfect spots to unwind and enjoy the serenity around.
But what truly sets this hotel apart is the genuine care and kindness shown by the staff. You can feel it while you’re there, and you continue to feel it even after you’ve left. I can’t recommend this place highly enough, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you again, especially to Teaw—you made all the difference.

IInvitéThis resort is perfectly located a few short miles from the busy activity of Pai town and major tourist attractions. The bungalows are spread across the landscaped terraces, separated by flowering trees and fish ponds. The resort sits among the rice fields of the Pai River valley, with views of mountain ranges on two sides. The setting is peaceful -- with the sounds of tree frogs, wild birds, geckos and the occasional farm animal providing a natural orchestra. The new owner, Vanda, is a fantastic hostess and goes out of her way to make sure your stay is comfortable and you have the information you need to make the most out of Pai's many attractions. In Jan 2023 the resort installed new, spring mattresses and upgraded internet service and wifi technology to the best available in Thailand. The free, high-speed wifi service is available resort-wide, making the Pond Terrace a perfect shared workspace for digital nomads and those traveling for work. The breakfast options (included in the price) included Muesli with yogurt or honey, French Toast, or full American Breakfast. Fresh tropical fruit from local farms is included with each. Finally, the coffee options included American coffee, espresso, cappuccino, latte made from freshly ground coffee beans from northern Thailand. We have lived and travelled in Thailand for 8 years. This resort ticks all the boxes! We will return--often!

IInvitéJ'ai aimé l'hôtel - c'est beau et propre. Il n'y avait pas de moustiques pendant notre séjour, ce qui est extrêmement bien. La ferme va bien aussi. Cependant, nous avons dû partir tôt, nous avons posé des questions sur le petit-déjeuner et on nous a répondu qu'il commençait à 9 heures du matin. Le lendemain matin, nous apprenons qu’il est 8h du matin…

BBells on the roadSuper endroit où séjourner. Très propre et la piscine est petite mais agréable. Les chambres sont bien aménagées et disposent de tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Nous avons changé de chambre car les murs sont très fins et le bruit des chambres du dessus et d'à côté avait des familles bruyantes. Le petit déjeuner était bon avec un excellent choix. Nous avons essayé d'ajouter des nuits supplémentaires à notre séjour, mais l'hôtel était complet.

SSilverfootI stayed here for a few nights in November 2025. It is a family run business and the mother of the owner is normally the one that takes care of the place. It is located in the countryside and you can expect to see and hear chickens and other animals. While the cottages are a walkable distance (2km) from the town, you are much better off renting a scooter if staying here. The cottages are quaint, but not the best construction. You can see many places where the concrete walls are cracking. Also, sometimes the doors don't closes correctly, but overall, I found the place to be comfortable. The TV in the rooms is quite small and old, but they do have an HDMI port to use a fire stick with. The water pressure is good and the hot water heater works. The bathroom is small and everything is contained in one area so you will get the toilet and everything wet when showering. You can see a walk through review I did on youtube.

SSEK SEKwe love the villa. we was upgraded by Mr Van to the Grand Villa which consist of 3 rooms of course with a private pool too. Mr Van & Sam are so helpful every time i have requests they will fulfil it . It was a memorable & relaxing stay in this secluded area . We love it. Definitely will be back when i'm Pai. 🤩

LLópezEduardoIf you are travelling in a budget it’s perfectly fine. I stayed there just one night and didn’t sleep at all as a baby in the room next to mine wouldn’t stop crying in the whole night, but this is obviously not the hotels responsibility….

IInvitéThe hotel lays quiet in a big green area but if there is a neighbor in the attached bungalow one can hear every word. Room and bathroom are big. The door should be from wood and not special glass. The breakfast is good, but when there is a buffet, very minimum choise, only good for Thais (no milk, no fruits, no meat), coffee in paperbox.
