Good location as it is along a rural road. Very quiet but village dogs bark quite a bit. My room is very spartanly furnished. Nowhere to hang clothes up in the room. Bathroom is very basic but clean. The toilet roll offered is top quality in Thailand. Front desk reception is not manned as the staff is always in the kitchen area. Good masseur on-site. Got a great 2-hour massage to ease away my knots and tightness. Hot spring tub available for a good soak.

La troisième fois, je vis dans ce magasin, parce que c'est géré par le chef et la femme, je me sens mal à cœur, une fois moins que l'un des invités, les toilettes de lit ont été brisées depuis longtemps, mais elles sont toujours propres et parfumées, et le patron n'a pas répondu au téléphone, il n'a pas reçu l'hôtel pour le téléphone, Mais il y a une aide à envoyer les bagages quand on est parti. J'espère que le patron ne fermera pas la porte.

I stayed here for a few nights in November 2025. It is a family run business and the mother of the owner is normally the one that takes care of the place. It is located in the countryside and you can expect to see and hear chickens and other animals. While the cottages are a walkable distance (2km) from the town, you are much better off renting a scooter if staying here. The cottages are quaint, but not the best construction. You can see many places where the concrete walls are cracking. Also, sometimes the doors don't closes correctly, but overall, I found the place to be comfortable. The TV in the rooms is quite small and old, but they do have an HDMI port to use a fire stick with. The water pressure is good and the hot water heater works. The bathroom is small and everything is contained in one area so you will get the toilet and everything wet when showering. You can see a walk through review I did on youtube.

Не очень понял систему уборки номеров: за 4 дня ни разу не убрались и не вынесли мусор - только оставляли новые полотенца, воду и шампунь с мылом. Как итог: не без минусов, но отличный вариант за эти деньги.

We stayed in a cute bungalow at the very end of the resort. The resort is secluded with quiet peaceful ambiance, suitable for family or group vacation. There is a swimming pool and a small dining place if you opt for breakfast. There is sufficient parking space. The resort is about a kilometer away from the Walking Street night market, and the street is quite dark at night.

Restaurez-vous bien de la trajectoire battue. Grand emplacement pour un voyage tranquille. Entouré de verdure et de fond de montagne. Les chambres sont grandes et bien décorées. Il y a une grande piscine sur les locaux. Le petit déjeuner était ok. Rien de trop fabuleux : pain, café/té, avec des œufs cuits ou frits.

Il y avait un séjour si grand là-bas. Nous pouvons même regarder le soleil de notre chambre. L'environnement est calme et propre. Il n'y a pas de service de location autour, mais oncle nous a fait descendre dans la ville pour louer une moto avec sa voiture et il était gratuit. Il y a du café gratuit, du pain et des fruits et vous pouvez obtenir autant que vous voulez. Vous pouvez faire BBQ vous-même aussi. Nous avons accidentellement brûlé les plaques et nous avons demandé de payer pour elles, mais ils refusent de payer. Il est digne de rester là par rapport au prix.

Baantawan Guesthouse in Pai is a fantastic place to stay! The cozy rooms are clean, comfortable, and have a great homely feel. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with any questions or requests. The location is perfect—quiet, peaceful, and close to the heart of Pai, making it easy to explore the town. I had a relaxing and memorable stay here and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Pai!

Excellent place for the price. It isn’t like some of the other places that are directly in town, but it’s like a 10 minute walk to get to the center of Pai. Kind staff and great amenities.

Cet endroit était incroyable. L'emplacement était parfait, au bord de la rue piétonne pour aller en ville mais toujours tellement paisible ! La rivière est juste dans votre jardin avec une vue magnifique. Le restaurant est si agréable pour s'asseoir sur la rivière aussi. Ce n'est pas la meilleure nourriture mais assez bonne pour le petit-déjeuner. L'hôte était très serviable en gérant les deux. J'ai eu des oreillers supplémentaires que j'ai demandés. Je demanderais seulement qu'ils ajoutent un surmatelas car je dors sur le côté et cela améliorerait un peu les lits mais sinon très confortable et amusant d'être dans une cabane dans les arbres.
