IInvitéJe tiens à remercier tout le personnel et les propriétaires de l'hôtel pour leur service amical. L'hôtel est très propre et calme. C'est l'occasion de se détendre pour ceux qui sont fatigués de l'horaire de travail. Le petit-déjeuner est très délicieux. Même si la piscine est relativement petite, elle est calme. L'emplacement est au centre-ville, vous pouvez marcher partout où vous en avez besoin. Je le recommande vraiment à ceux qui veulent y aller.

IInvitéC'est le meilleur endroit pour vivre près de la plage. Tout le personnel de l'hôtel est très gentil. Les gens sont très serviables ici, ils ont les restaurants et la nourriture que j'ai dit être la meilleure que j'ai trouvée ici à Alanya, c'est définitivement recommandé pour les voyageurs en solo, car c'est un hôtel familial également situé près de la mer à seulement deux ou trois minutes à pied, ils offrent le meilleur service. J'adore cet endroit et je vais certainement revisiter Alanya puis je resterai ici.

The hotel redeemed itself by giving me a better room and service upon my return after the following experience with them.
I was booked for 3 days initially. I then sought through this site to book for a further consecutive 5 days but either I or Trip made an error in the booking and we missed booking the first 2 days of the 5.
On the day which the hotel had me checking out I was off venturing not realizing the error. When I returned post check out time the male Receptionist was very upset, yelling at me and could not give me another room being fully booked. His only concern was seeing this 79 year old Canadian male tourist travelling alone in a foreign country not knowing the language put out on to the street. Just as a thunder storm was brewing. Together we realized the error which of course was not of the hotel’s making. I asked him if he could recommend another hotel. His response was “just down there” as if it was almost next door. I walked down the steep hill some distance but couldn’t see it because it turned out to be about 500 meters away. Returning, I asked him if he would call the hotel to see if they had a room. He said that he did and they did. I asked him to call me a taxi. He said “push the button”. I had to ask him “What button ?” There is a taxi call button on the outside of the gate unknown to me. When the taxi took me to this Atlas Hotel they had NOT received any phone call from him nor did they have a room for me !! I was distraught. In Canada the hotelier would take steps to ensure that their client was safe and able to find alternative accommodation which this person did not in any way. The taxi driver was able to find me a suitable hotel. Thanks to him.
SOME cautions to older patrons. This hotel is a considerable distance UP QUITE A STEEP HILL so if you are a walker take that into account. A laundry service was quoted at 15 Euros, in town it was 4 Euros. A 19 TRY bottle of water was 60 TRY at the hotel. They never did get the TV to work.
Finally, upon being treated so disrespectfully, upon discovery of the booking error, I sought to cancel the further 5 days and obtain a refund. That was refused which was their right so I did return and was treated hospitably.

Le restaurant est bon, viande, poulet, tarte, poisson. Les légumes et les fruits, déssert. Tout est délicieux. Sur la veranda avec vue sur la mer 24 heures par jour de boissons de la machine. Il y a un bar sur la plage. L'hôtel est une animation décente, parfois de la musique en direct. La position de l'hôtel est également bonne, il est à 1 km du centre d'Alania. L'hôtel recommande.

MMashaKashaThis hotel located at very convenient spot because you can walk three minutes away and get to the restaurants, stores, pharmacies, etc….. I will talk about things that disappointed me. They have a standard rooms, basically a bed and bathroom at your feet. Bathroom don’t have a good ventilation. At 3AM I saw people running towards public bathrooms because if you go to the bathroom in your room, it’s gonna be very, very smelly. Especially if you have kids, little babies. You can upgrade your room additionally €15 a day but when I checked this option it’s not that big of a difference. This hotel don’t have rooms that look on the Seaside. You can get a partial view. If you wanted to have a partial view, the room 1689. Another important detail, you need to be careful with food because some of the salads were bad or salad dressings go bad really fast. You need to be picky because some of the food you can get sick from. Private beach is the best detail in this hotel.

Llindsay burrWe stopped here for one night. The pool was great after a long exhausting hot drive but unfortunately there was cat faeces on the fake grass on one side of the pool. When we let the reception know it was cleaned immediately.
The location was great. Not far from the main strip by sea.
I shared a room with my mom and in the whole room there was only 1 out of 3 plug sockets in working order.
The bathroom shower hole was on the other side of glass. Therefore making the whole bathroom floor flooded. There was a hole in the ceiling of bathroom.
The air conditioning works but even on minimum setting was too cold so am thinking it's too big and powerful for the room size.
The shower door literally had no door so water spilled everywhere.
In the breakfast room the stand alone air conditioner was broken which made it unbearabley hot to eat. It would have been nice to eat outside but there was no shade whatsoever.
All the staff were polite and tried to help wherever they could. With a few adjustments and a bit more spending from the owner/manager, this place could be perfect for a decent few days stay.
I would definitely stay here again if these problems were fixed.

Просите номер с окнами во двор, рядом с отелем кафешка, в которой были завывания под бубен до часу ночи! Персонал ничего с этим не может поделать, говорит, что якобы закон позволяет. Но предложили поменять номер

IInvitéla chambre allait au 6ème étage, côté avec vue sur les montagnes/mer/piscine ! grand balcon. 2 lits simples sont décalés dans la chambre (au lieu d'un grand) et un canapé en lit d'appoint. nous avons aimé la cuisine, beaucoup de verdure. 2 jours étaient sans viande (nous ne mangeons pas de côtelettes de soja), mais ne restons pas affamés. 1-2 sortes de fruits (oranges/pommes/pastèque en alternance). problème avec les desserts, les ordures ressemblant à de la gelée, nous n'avons pas mangé .... les animateurs essaient. pour 3*** on trouve que c'est pas très mal ! pour avoir voyagé en un demi-mois en Turquie (sur le principe d'un jour, une ville, un hôtel 🏨) il y a de quoi comparer. prendre en compte le coût de l'hôtel et ne pas s'attendre à des miracles pour cet argent 💰. bien que parfois des miracles se produisent !
