Very nice owners and coopersters, but they don't know how to run an hotel with this size. They are lack of management, most of the stuff are incompetent. They have wrong type of cleaning employer at the hotel. The cleaning stuff are very lasy and don't clean the room properly. We and other customer had lot of complainment at the time for our visit. We got many black &blue stanes at towels and sheets every day. We suspekt that many drugdealers slep at the hotel with ******* and they using the rooms. Local Police visiting the hotel every night for catching drugdealers.

La chambre est propre et propre, très proche de la plage. L'hôtel est équipé de trois repas. Il y a un peu de café dans le coeur, de petits aliments, de bon goût, de fruits et légumes tous les jours comme de viande. Il y a de l'eau chaude et de l'eau chaude, les gens qui se tentent de jouer au soleil à côté de la piscine sont très chauds, ils mangent un buffet de nuit pour regarder la musique de chantage, plus de 200 yuan par nuit sont encore super-valués. Le serveur est très enthousiaste. Vous pouvez rester.

This has to be the worst All inclusive hotel I have ever stayed in , I'm not one for complaining but when it cost £2k I'm a little annoyed . The food was the same every day which I know can be the same for most all inclusive but come on , Brussels for brekki? And they were the same Brussels put out for days. Several people got sick at this hotel whilst we were there, we have been home 2 days and we all still have diarrhea, the staff were ignorant and looked half asleep constantly, huffing and puffin all day , they just didn't want to be there, can't blame them to be honest , the place is disgusting. There is 1 bar at the pool. And behind it was so dirty . The only alcohol you could get was miniature bottles of vodka or gin, or a bitter tasting lager . No coffee before 8am , the hotel advertises all around the hotel, beach buffet at number 20 on the beach , there was no beach buffet at all the whole time we was there, and I believe when there is a buffet its not part of the all inclusive, the room we had was tiny , we walked in and there was a bunk bed and a small double shoved upto the wall next to the bunk and just enough leg room between the bunk and the double to get out the bed , the balcony could just about fit 2 people on, very Tiny , the lifts are dodgy as hell, constantly saying out of order , got stuck in them several times , and I wasn't the only one , I would have walked up the stairs but I was on 4th floor and suffer with my legs, They have no order at the pool area, towels being put on loungers at midnight for the following day only to be left all day with no one using them , so annoying. There is a bar across the street that does the best cocktails and he's the loveliest guy ever. That's the only enjoyment we had from this holiday, we spent most of it on the loo. My husband was sick for almost the entire holiday, I just can't understand how this hotel is still open . The chefs walk around the dining area like they are proud of their food. And watch you attempt to eat it . No toaster . And for 3 days the butter was rancid, they putting the butter out all day and what doesn't get used the out back out the following day. I opened one on the last day and the smell was so bad I gagged , the hygiene level is atrocious. And I'm really not that fussy at all. I feel annoyed that I paid so much money for this only yo come home with bad stomachs and 99% of out memories fighting over the last bit of toilet paper with my husband , 1 toilet roll per day. Rule . Never had 1 meal that was warm never mind hot.

Fermé en octobre 2020. L'appartement est très bien. A côté de la plage de l'autre côté de la route. Mais loin de la ville et de tous les marchés. Il n'est pas pratique de prendre le bus. La chambre dans la chambre. Il y a 2 canapés dans le hall. Cuisine avec poêle. Grand balcon, climatisation payante. Internet est plutôt bon. Il y a une piscine avec des chaises longues. Pas mal. Mais l'eau est déjà froide limitation 1. Eau chaude. elle est partie. Chaud seulement pendant la journée. Chauffé par le soleil 2. Mauvaise plomberie. 1 chambre n'a pas de tuyau de douche du tout. Lavez-vous sous le robinet. Tout coule. Installez-vous dans une autre meilleure chambre. 3. Le temps de chauffage des carreaux est long et fragile 4. Nettoyage. J'ai changé les serviettes moi-même à la réception. Une telle propreté, jamais auparavant. J'ai pris les ordures moi-même

Tout est agréable. Pour un prix de 25 $ pour deux tout est inclus, juste grand. Wifi gratuit dans le lobby. La nourriture est normale, principalement des légumes et 1 type de viande pour le déjeuner et le dîner, le poisson 1 fois par semaine. De bonnes bières alcooliques.

Super séjour! Après avoir séjourné dans cet hôtel en septembre 2021 et avril 2022, je peux juste féliciter le nouveau staff et les rénovations sont très tendances! La nourriture proposée est top et le staff à la plage, hôtel et restaurant sont incroyables !!! Ils sont tous aux petits soins pour les clients, ce qui rend le séjour inoubliable. Merci à toute l’équipe pour votre bienveillance et travail! A bientôt!

The hotel has big rooms and bathrooms. Unfortunately that's all positives I can say about the hotel. It will great to do deep cleaning especially in the shower area. It is not cleaner fault, I believe they don't have enough time and good cleaning product to remove the mould from the tiles. Customer service in the reception and restaurant - terrible. Those people making big excuse to serve customers. I felt a bit discriminate in some moments. All of them rude and not happy to help. Food - very poor selection. White cheese was spoiled. Drinks machine - broken. The AC was very loud and directed straight on the bed - so I ended up with sinus pain. One night british couple were fighting outside and inside the hotel until 2am and no action was taken. Guests stepped out from the rooms and asked them to be quiet, receptionist was probably sleeping. I wouldn't. recommend this hotel to anybody, even for short break.. waste of money... I ended up eating outside and paid for all inclusive... This hotel really need better management who will guide the staff how to treat guests who are paying a lots of money so they can pay their bills....
