Charming Nostalgic Vibes and Excellent Staffing I had a wonderful stay here and was particularly impressed by how well-managed the property is. The check-in counter was appropriately staffed, and the friendly team made the process seamless. Since the hotel is quite large, the staff provided a map of the vicinity and very clear instructions on how to reach our room. Even though our room was located quite a distance from the reception, we had no trouble finding our way. Parking was consistently busy, but despite the high volume of cars, we were always able to find an available spot without much stress. We absolutely loved the room! it has a beautiful nostalgic feel that manages to feel classic rather than ”old.” It was spotlessly clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom was huge. We didn't utilize the balcony since it faced the parking lot, but I imagine it would be lovely to crack open for some fresh air during the summer. One minor disappointment was the amenities. They provide Salt & Stone products, which we love, but unfortunately, the shower and bath gel hadn't been topped up prior to our check-in. It was a shame we didn't get to use them, but it didn't overshadow an otherwise great stay. Overall: A great blend of character and efficiency. I’d definitely stay here again!

Super big room and clean. Only thing I was concerned is the curtain. Only one layer can close, the other layer is for decoration only. It is not thick enough esp. when I was given a level 1 room facing car park. With room lights on (2nd pic) and off (3rd pic), the curtain is a bit transparent. I had to do all changing in bathroom although I suppose to have full privacy in my room. Also, morning light penetrated through, made me waked up even earlier than the alarm set. Another thing to share is about the noise. I saw other reviews that Aircon is noisy but I find it is normal. The noise came from the fridge, which I usually power it off.

Les avantages et les inconvénients sont évidents. L'avantage est l'emplacement idéal, entouré de fast-foods comme McDonald's et KFC, de stations-service, de supermarchés Walmart, et à proximité de Horseshoe Bay et d'Antelope Canyon. Le petit-déjeuner est excellent. L'inconvénient est l'hygiène déplorable de la chambre : des crayons cassés et de la vaisselle jetable jonchent le sol, et la climatisation fait un bruit de tracteur la nuit.

La chambre est au troisième étage et on peut se garer directement en bas. L'emplacement est également bon, à quelques pas des restaurants, et l'hôtel possède son propre restaurant. Mais le service est décevant ! Nous avions apporté notre propre nourriture et voulions emprunter une assiette en porcelaine pour la réchauffer au micro-ondes, mais on m'a donné une boîte à lunch en mousse plastique en m'expliquant qu'elle passait au micro-ondes. Le patron me prend peut-être pour un *****… L'oreiller n'est pas propre et j'ai commencé à avoir une éruption cutanée au cou le lendemain. La réception avait l'habitude de demander comment s'était passé votre séjour. Je l'ai signalé à la réception, qui m'a répondu : « Je suis désolé de l'apprendre et je vais en informer le personnel d'entretien. » Je ne reviendrai pas ici : l'hygiène est mauvaise, le service est médiocre et l'emplacement est bon.

Good location. Clean room and white towels. Breakfast is good, have a terrace for breakfast. Nice front desk. Swimming pool works until 10 pm

Good - Unique accomodation. Sky gazing opportunity. Spacious, bed is comfy. Bad - The dome heats up quickly in the morning. The air-con is not powerful enough to cool down. Tried once but not really worth the money.

Le logement est très bien placé, à l'intérieur du parc national du Grand Canyon et à côté d'un grand nombre de points de vue. La chambre avait une bonne taille et était plutôt bien équipée. En revanche la salle de bain était vieillotte et ne donnait pas trop envie à être utilisée. Il faisait également plutôt froid dans le logement, malgré le chauffage. Le personnel n'était pas spécialement accueillant.

L'hôtel est très bien situé avec de belles vues et des restaurants à proximité. Bien qu'il soit plus petit, le problème a été résolu rapidement. Les flux sont hors de travail et ne peuvent être réglés en raison des vacances.

J'ai vérifié pendant longtemps et j'ai trouvé cet hôtel sans déception. Le design de l'hôtel est simple et confortable. Les installations sont neuves et la chambre est propre. Bien que certaines chambres soient sur la route, elles ne sont pas bruyantes. Le petit frère de l'hôtel a vu que le givre sur la vitre de notre voiture a pris l'initiative de nous procurer une pelle à neige, et le service était très bon. Il y a beaucoup de nourriture à proximité et Wal-Mart est très pratique. Le seul inconvénient est que le ventilateur de la salle de bain sonne un peu fort.

Nice simple room, just as shown in the photos. The problem i had was with the manager at the hotel who told me that I would have to pay 10 USD extra per night for booking the hotel through a third party (in this case, Trip.com). I didn't agree as this wasn't included in the booking, but what I didn't appreciate in particular was the unpleasant attitude of the manager. Finally, after a longer discussion, he agreed to waive the additional payment. Breakfast could be imported also.
