Charming Nostalgic Vibes and Excellent Staffing I had a wonderful stay here and was particularly impressed by how well-managed the property is. The check-in counter was appropriately staffed, and the friendly team made the process seamless. Since the hotel is quite large, the staff provided a map of the vicinity and very clear instructions on how to reach our room. Even though our room was located quite a distance from the reception, we had no trouble finding our way. Parking was consistently busy, but despite the high volume of cars, we were always able to find an available spot without much stress. We absolutely loved the room! it has a beautiful nostalgic feel that manages to feel classic rather than ”old.” It was spotlessly clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom was huge. We didn't utilize the balcony since it faced the parking lot, but I imagine it would be lovely to crack open for some fresh air during the summer. One minor disappointment was the amenities. They provide Salt & Stone products, which we love, but unfortunately, the shower and bath gel hadn't been topped up prior to our check-in. It was a shame we didn't get to use them, but it didn't overshadow an otherwise great stay. Overall: A great blend of character and efficiency. I’d definitely stay here again!

Super big room and clean. Only thing I was concerned is the curtain. Only one layer can close, the other layer is for decoration only. It is not thick enough esp. when I was given a level 1 room facing car park. With room lights on (2nd pic) and off (3rd pic), the curtain is a bit transparent. I had to do all changing in bathroom although I suppose to have full privacy in my room. Also, morning light penetrated through, made me waked up even earlier than the alarm set. Another thing to share is about the noise. I saw other reviews that Aircon is noisy but I find it is normal. The noise came from the fridge, which I usually power it off.

Les avantages et les inconvénients sont évidents. L'avantage est l'emplacement idéal, entouré de fast-foods comme McDonald's et KFC, de stations-service, de supermarchés Walmart, et à proximité de Horseshoe Bay et d'Antelope Canyon. Le petit-déjeuner est excellent. L'inconvénient est l'hygiène déplorable de la chambre : des crayons cassés et de la vaisselle jetable jonchent le sol, et la climatisation fait un bruit de tracteur la nuit.

Good - Unique accomodation. Sky gazing opportunity. Spacious, bed is comfy. Bad - The dome heats up quickly in the morning. The air-con is not powerful enough to cool down. Tried once but not really worth the money.

Bonne location. Chambre propre et serviettes blanches. Petit déjeuner est bon, dispose d'une terrasse pour le petit déjeuner. Belle bureau frontale. Piscine fonctionne jusqu'à 10 h

Very nice hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely stay here again!  Free full breakfast was great. Restaurant next door has great food.

Un beau resort avec piscines et services, mais il est péché que à 21 heures ferment les restaurants, même en coulée à 20:15. Avec les enfants, c'est un problème et cela nous a fait mal parce que nous avons dû sortir du parc pour rentrer dans le pays. Beau regard des chambres sur le lac et très scénétique la promenade.

Bien que le personnel soit exceptionnellement aimable et serviable, les lits étaient très inconfortables. Les matelas étaient beaucoup trop durs et donnaient l'impression qu'un ressort tentait de percer. Il y avait constamment de petits insectes volants dans la salle de bain. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel si vous recherchez une nuit de sommeil confortable.

Nice simple room, just as shown in the photos. The problem i had was with the manager at the hotel who told me that I would have to pay 10 USD extra per night for booking the hotel through a third party (in this case, Trip.com). I didn't agree as this wasn't included in the booking, but what I didn't appreciate in particular was the unpleasant attitude of the manager. Finally, after a longer discussion, he agreed to waive the additional payment. Breakfast could be imported also.
