Charming Nostalgic Vibes and Excellent Staffing I had a wonderful stay here and was particularly impressed by how well-managed the property is. The check-in counter was appropriately staffed, and the friendly team made the process seamless. Since the hotel is quite large, the staff provided a map of the vicinity and very clear instructions on how to reach our room. Even though our room was located quite a distance from the reception, we had no trouble finding our way. Parking was consistently busy, but despite the high volume of cars, we were always able to find an available spot without much stress. We absolutely loved the room! it has a beautiful nostalgic feel that manages to feel classic rather than ”old.” It was spotlessly clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom was huge. We didn't utilize the balcony since it faced the parking lot, but I imagine it would be lovely to crack open for some fresh air during the summer. One minor disappointment was the amenities. They provide Salt & Stone products, which we love, but unfortunately, the shower and bath gel hadn't been topped up prior to our check-in. It was a shame we didn't get to use them, but it didn't overshadow an otherwise great stay. Overall: A great blend of character and efficiency. I’d definitely stay here again!

Super big room and clean. Only thing I was concerned is the curtain. Only one layer can close, the other layer is for decoration only. It is not thick enough esp. when I was given a level 1 room facing car park. With room lights on (2nd pic) and off (3rd pic), the curtain is a bit transparent. I had to do all changing in bathroom although I suppose to have full privacy in my room. Also, morning light penetrated through, made me waked up even earlier than the alarm set. Another thing to share is about the noise. I saw other reviews that Aircon is noisy but I find it is normal. The noise came from the fridge, which I usually power it off.

Les avantages et les inconvénients sont évidents. L'avantage est l'emplacement idéal, entouré de fast-foods comme McDonald's et KFC, de stations-service, de supermarchés Walmart, et à proximité de Horseshoe Bay et d'Antelope Canyon. Le petit-déjeuner est excellent. L'inconvénient est l'hygiène déplorable de la chambre : des crayons cassés et de la vaisselle jetable jonchent le sol, et la climatisation fait un bruit de tracteur la nuit.

La chambre est au troisième étage et on peut se garer directement en bas. L'emplacement est également bon, à quelques pas des restaurants, et l'hôtel possède son propre restaurant. Mais le service est décevant ! Nous avions apporté notre propre nourriture et voulions emprunter une assiette en porcelaine pour la réchauffer au micro-ondes, mais on m'a donné une boîte à lunch en mousse plastique en m'expliquant qu'elle passait au micro-ondes. Le patron me prend peut-être pour un *****… L'oreiller n'est pas propre et j'ai commencé à avoir une éruption cutanée au cou le lendemain. La réception avait l'habitude de demander comment s'était passé votre séjour. Je l'ai signalé à la réception, qui m'a répondu : « Je suis désolé de l'apprendre et je vais en informer le personnel d'entretien. » Je ne reviendrai pas ici : l'hygiène est mauvaise, le service est médiocre et l'emplacement est bon.

Bonne location. Chambre propre et serviettes blanches. Petit déjeuner est bon, dispose d'une terrasse pour le petit déjeuner. Belle bureau frontale. Piscine fonctionne jusqu'à 10 h

Good - Unique accomodation. Sky gazing opportunity. Spacious, bed is comfy. Bad - The dome heats up quickly in the morning. The air-con is not powerful enough to cool down. Tried once but not really worth the money.

La propriété est située dans la zone où il est facile d'atteindre Horseshoe Bend, Antelope Canyon et Lake Powell, à quelques minutes de voiture. Et près d'une station de gaz très bon marché Nous sommes arrivés tard la nuit. Il n'y aura pas de personnel au bureau frontal. Il faut s'enregistrer par des vidéos. La chambre dispose d'un espace suffisant pour ouvrir une salle complète confortablement. Des installations de base complètes, un réfrigérateur et une micro-ondes, mais les meubles sont un peu vieux. Mais il est OK pour –– 2 nuits.

Emplacement idéal pour le lac Powell. Les piscines sont agréables (il y en a deux), avec un jacuzzi qui ne fonctionne pas très bien. 10/10 pour la vue sur le lac Powell depuis les parties communes. C'est cependant un peu délabré… Les chambres sont propres, mais elles sont très vieillottes et nécessitent un entretien régulier. Être en plein désert signifie aussi la présence d'animaux sauvages dans la chambre : j'ai été confronté à un scorpion-écorce extrêmement venimeux. J'ai demandé à la réceptionniste, mais personne n'a pu m'aider… Si vous n'êtes pas assez courageux, mieux vaut éviter. La chambre avait vue sur la marina. Mais ce n'était pas ce que j'espérais ; je cherchais une chambre avec vue sur le lac. Une meilleure description serait peut-être nécessaire.

Nice simple room, just as shown in the photos. The problem i had was with the manager at the hotel who told me that I would have to pay 10 USD extra per night for booking the hotel through a third party (in this case, Trip.com). I didn't agree as this wasn't included in the booking, but what I didn't appreciate in particular was the unpleasant attitude of the manager. Finally, after a longer discussion, he agreed to waive the additional payment. Breakfast could be imported also.
