IInvitéTrès belle chambre et très bon service. J'ai réservé la mauvaise chambre apparemment, mais le réceptionniste Josh a su ce que je cherchais (car nous avions appelé avant de réserver en ligne) et il leur a laissé une note pour qu'ils gardent cette chambre à notre disposition à notre arrivée. Apprécié l'étape supplémentaire. ❤️

JJohn MichaelVery nice ”Boutique” style hotel in Nulu. Walking distance to many local restaurants and bars.
Room decoration was excellent - nice and colorful. But found the room a bit dark in the evening.
Upstairs 6th floor bar and lounge was excellent - server Lee was superb!
And a hotel suited more for leisure and vacation travelers. Breakfast service does not start until 8:00 am, and was on the slow side. And no in-room coffee.
So would highly recommend for a leisure stay in Louisville - would re-think for a business stay.

PPhotoguyI booked this hotel last minute and arrived around 9 PM at night. The front desk staff was friendly and checked me in quickly and gave me my hotel key directed me to the elevators and where I could park my vehicle. The room was standard. nothing special the bed was comfortable, and I did like the fact that there were USB ports on each side of the bed as well as at the desk. I do wish they had had toothbrush and toothpaste for guests in the room because I had forgotten mine. It would’ve all been nice if they had had a complementary comb for guest to use overall eight out of 10

DDC93Hotel is nice, bed is comfy and the location is spot on for accessing the majority of Louisville. It is a great spot for those visiting for leisure which also comes with its flaws, once people finish partying it was quite loud at 0200 from both guests and those outside in the streets. You can hear everything from next door and in the corridors. Breakfast is good, bar staff were attentive and overall a pleasant visit.

IInvitéL'hôtel est très bon, le personnel était très bon, je suis allé trop tôt pour commenter la nourriture. Ma plus grande plainte est l'appareil de cuisine de l' studio ; le réfrigérateur a été frappé et denté, ce qui n'était pas un grand marché, mais il a fait un son de grinchage abominable toute la nuit qui m'a empêché de dormir. Je viens de le désactiver, ce qui n'a pas d'importance, car il n'y avait rien dans ce document, mais il aurait été horrible d'avoir à écouter toute la nuit.

KKimberlyWhen I first walked in it looked great and the staff was friendly and informative. Everything was okay until I went to my room. I proceeded to unpack when I found an obscene amount of ants and knats on one of my beds. I called the front office and he came up to my room bringing me all the clean bed linens and proceeded to take the infested ones away. He didn't say or do anything else he walked out leaving me standing there with clean linens in my arms. So as I started to make the bed up as I am looking for more bugs if any! I found on the upper left corner of the mattress a pretty big size dry blood on the mattress..all of this and never anything said to me about a discount or a new room or anything...I better not have any problems getting my deposit back!

Il est composé de 3 couteaux. 3 fourches, 3 serviettes, 3 boîtes, 3 plaques, 3 verres de vin, 3 verres de boisson.
Nous avons dû acheter une mère d'air pour que notre fille dorme.
Le logement est une bonne chose pour les clients.

IInvitéIt took forever to get my reservations after I already arrived. The room had no hot water. The room was next to the front office and they were yelling and screaming all night long at 12 o’clock at night. I had to beat on the wall to get him to be quiet and it still didn’t workwasn’t very happy at all. The shower knob came off in my hand was planning on spending two nights there’s no way I would’ve spent another night there.
