AAle LugoJ'ai fait la réservation et payé le total, malheureusement je n'ai pas pu arriver car mon test COVID était positif et je ne pouvais en aucun cas négocier une pénalité ou un bon pour une autre occasion puisqu'ils nous ont dit que COVID aujourd'hui n'était plus quelque chose à annuler, le voyage voulait seulement retourner 20 $ de réduction, quel dommage

HHendrick2952L'hôtel a un aspect vieillissant. Ce n’est pas une zone urbaine au sens traditionnel du terme. Ce n'est pas un lieu de rassemblement touristique, mais semble être un quartier résidentiel haut de gamme, car les immeubles résidentiels à proximité sont relativement hauts, principalement des appartements. Mais le confort de vie reste très bon et le quartier est très calme. avoir. Il y a un parc en bord de mer, une voie verte et un supermarché. Si vous séjournez ici pour une courte période, c'est fortement recommandé. La chambre est également assez spacieuse, avec une configuration standard, bien que les installations soient anciennes. Mais heureusement c'est un hôtel étoilé.

JJimmyKhooHôtel et Hotel Indigo shared équipements et réception, les nouvelles installations matérielles de l'hôtel ne doivent pas être dites, avec un balcon grand et le soleil est très beau! À pied 5 minutes au centre de ville de Brikell est très pratique!

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, but it actually takes a 20-minute detour by car to get there. It's not easy to find because they changed their name to Holiday Inn Express without any clear notification.
Breakfast:
The breakfast area was under renovation, so breakfast had to be taken in the lobby area between 7:00 AM and 11:00 AM on the first day, then it changed to 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM without any notice. The breakfast options were limited: eggs, steak-like items that resembled cardboard, milk cartons, juice, coffee, and bread.
Dining Options:
There are no dining options at the hotel. You have to take an Uber or use Uber Eats to get food, as there are no nearby restaurants, just other hotels. The ongoing renovations meant no restaurant or bar was available on-site.
Rooms:
The rooms are spacious and I loved the sitting area. There are two TVs in the room, and the bathroom is perfect. However, like many American hotels, there were no toothbrush options and no hand showers.
Staff:
The staff were very professional and kind. I appreciated not having to present a credit card since everything was paid online.
Wi-Fi:
The Wi-Fi was good, but you have to re-enter the code every day.
Overall, the Cambria Hotel (now Holiday Inn Express) has its advantages, especially with room size and staff professionalism, but there are significant inconveniences due to the renovations and lack of dining options.

UUtilisateur anonymeRoom: Large and spacious, well maintained and clean. Room was cleaned on a daily basis, and fresh towels given daily. We were staying next to the gym and pool area, and unfortunately it was quite noisy at time. We were happy to have a balcony, however, there was no view from it at all as it was blocked. Room was quite dark, could have done with some more light fixtures. Big TV in room, however, even though it is a smart TV, it doesn’t connect to devices. Bring a HDMI cable if you want to stream shows.
Pool and gym: Larger than the images, quiet in the morning but busy around midday to afternoon. Not very many sun loungers, but pool area and pool itself was clean and there were plenty of complimentary pool towels, although they run out when it is busy. Limited facilities at the gym, just a couple of treadmills and weights. One of the treadmills was broken, but gym towels were provided, and the area feels new and clean.
Staff: Front desk were always very helpful, and available. We did have to ask twice about replacing toilet roll and towels, however it was sorted, even though it was late at night.
Location: Very central, walking distance to all the Brickell city centre cafes and restaurant. Close to transport links which take you around Miami from Brickell Station. Surrounding area felt safe, especially as two young women travelling.
Bar located on the 24th floor has great views and a great area to work or grab a drink. Although it is part of a different hotel, staff were very happy to give us access to visit it.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Indigo, would really recommend, and it is great value for money.

DDimitriMonter dans la navette était un peu chaotique car il y avait une seule zone d'embarquement pour tous les hôtels. Cherchez simplement un bus rouge pour le Radisson Red.
L'enregistrement et le départ se sont déroulés sans problème. La chambre était propre et spacieuse avec une douche rénovée.
Un seul restaurant local était ouvert après 22 heures. Les avis suggèrent de récupérer la commande de nourriture au lieu de compter sur la livraison, ce qui pourrait ne pas se produire.

IInvitéMême si les chambres du Pullman Miami Airport sont un peu vieilles, elles valent quand même la peine d'être recommandées pour leur emplacement idéal, leur service attentionné, leur literie confortable et leurs installations bien équipées. Dans l’ensemble, c’est une expérience de séjour très rentable.

The most terrible experience with this stay was the booking by itself. Because making it at the end we felt a bit in a hurry so even
though we made booking 2 days in advance (prior to coming from Orlando), I made there a lapsus by making reservation with the start date.
I was putting in as starting date the date of when reservation was made (also because of outer distractions), so could not cancel it any more (48hrs
before start date of reg. only). So I made and paid second one as well.
Facilities old but still OK (altghough it could be in much better condition; compared let's say to an older hotel by Lake Bled in my country, for example, let's say Hotel Triglav with Restaurant 1906 - I always loved it and I still do, altgough there are many by us (older, where I stayed in) (let's say a dozen, maybe not that famous as this one) (but then again just by us there were a few dozens newer ones (but relative to period of 30yrs I am doing that, then not so many), I did stay in, that were also super at least).
Tried to negotiate a bit with employees in hotel reception, but they put it all back on me again and
said, it was mine and trip.com matter only, relying for us to solve it by ourselves between us...

I arrived at 7:00 AM and found no staff, no reception, and no check-in instructions. My wife and I had to wait outside until another guest happened to come out and let us in. Inside, I met someone who I thought was staff, but he was just another guest. He tried to help me contact the hotel, but no one — not even other guests — could reach the manager.
There is no real lobby, just a yard. I waited three hours outside until someone finally responded. Then I was told I couldn’t check in until 3:00 PM unless I paid $100 extra. That’s way more than most hotels charge for early check-in which is about 20$. I asked for a refund so I could leave — they refused.
With no choice, I left my luggage with the housekeeper (the only helpful person) and had to walk around the city with my wife for six hours before coming back.
When I finally checked in, I just got a text message with a door code — no person, no welcome. The room had lots of bugs, and both of us got bitten badly overnight. There were even cockroaches in the kitchen.
This is not a real hotel. It’s overpriced, poorly managed, and has no customer service. Avoid if you care about basic hospitality.

IInvitéPour le prix, cet hôtel est très bien situé et très propre. Pendant notre séjour, de nombreux équipements étaient hors service ou cassés, notamment la machine à cartes magnétiques. On ne nous a donc donné qu'une seule carte magnétique pour une chambre pour trois personnes. Dans notre chambre, la poignée de la porte de la salle de bain avait été arrachée de l'intérieur avant notre arrivée et une de nos amies s'est retrouvée enfermée à l'intérieur, sans issue. Elle a essayé plusieurs fois de joindre l'hôtel/la réception, mais aucun n'a fonctionné. Soit les appels étaient en espagnol et la communication a raccroché immédiatement, soit la communication a été coupée. Heureusement, elle a pu nous contacter pour venir la libérer (elle était seule dans la chambre), mais cela nous a obligés à retourner à l'hôtel depuis un autre endroit. Après cet incident, la réception nous a dit qu'ils viendraient réparer la porte, mais ils ne l'ont jamais fait. Les machines à laver étaient également en panne, on ne nous a donc donné que deux serviettes tous les deux ou trois jours pour trois personnes. S'il n'y avait pas eu autant de pannes, notre séjour aurait été correct.
