Hôtels à Comte de Pinellas avec parking

Nous avons adoré ce complexe hôtelier ! Propre et moderne, avec un personnel extrêmement sympathique ! Emplacement idéal, parking couvert et salle de sport bien équipée. Notre chambre était impeccable et le service de ménage était irréprochable. À notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis avec du champagne ! Le personnel de la piscine est vraiment très compétent. Un petit bémol ? Nous avons seulement pris le petit-déjeuner au restaurant et il était correct, sans plus. Nous avons commandé un croissant qui a été sorti d'un sachet et servi froid. Les boissons aux bars sont servies en petites quantités et chères. Le jacuzzi n'était pas assez chaud, ce qui n'était pas un problème car il était toujours plein d'enfants sans surveillance. Malgré cela, nous y retournerions avec plaisir.

Amazing location. Very comfy beds. Pool is way too small for the size of hotel. The pool’s accessibility chair was not working, which was a big disappointment.

Le stationnement nécessite un supplément de frais de parking, 25 couteaux par jour. L'hôtel se trouve à 5 minutes à pied de la plage, très proche, à 10 minutes à pied de la plupart des restaurants. Si vous ne voulez pas marcher, il y a également des voitures de golf envoyées à la plage et au restaurant. Les employés sont très aimables! Le petit déjeuner est simple mais très bon. La chambre est propre et il est recommandé d'y rester.

When I booked Pelican Pointe hotel, I knew it was an older property so I wasn't expecting anything grand, plus the price was super affordable! When we first arrived, the room was very spacious for my family of 5. It was like a semi suite, kitchen was separated from the beds but not closed off. It had 2 doubles and a futon fold out in the kitchen/dining area. It was clean but had a funky smell, having a small well stocked kitchen with fridge and microwave was useful. At first glance it was nice, the location is amazing, right across the street from Clearwater Beach and complimentary parking which is a bonus (I hate having to pay extra for parking, so that was really great considering the price). I thought we really scored with this find, until.....my son saw a gigantic bug in the bathroom, it turned out to be a cockroach!!! EEEEWWWWW!!!! Throughout our stay we saw a few more big roaches and a ton of baby roaches everywhere. We were scared to turn off the lights because as soon as you did, the roaches came out to play, really gross and a major turn-off!!!! We slept with the lights on needless to say. We didn't bother to say anything because if there are roaches in this room, chances are the entire hotel has it! If it wasn't for the roaches, I would definitely recommend this hotel but I would never go back after seeing those nasty bugs. The hotel needs to fumigate and get rid of those roaches!!!!

My husband and I booked a vacation at the Bilmar in treasure island and we loved it! Heather and Viola at the front desk were a pleasure! Heather went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and enjoyable. The room was very clean and bed was very comfortable. Everything was in walking distance of the hotel, and the beach and pool was amazing. Mike and Louis, the bartenders at Sloppy Joe’s and Waves were awesome. From the staff to the resort and location everything was wonderful and we can’t wait to return! And do not miss the most beautiful sunsets you will ever see! Gregory & Janel

La chambre était en général propre, sauf le réfrigérateur qui avait un peu de sable de plage, j'ai demandé une micro-ondes et un lit roulant, ça arriva tout de suite, mais la micro-ondes étaient dégoûtantes. La position de l'hôtel est privilégiée, il y a une sortie directe vers la plage, le parking est un coût supplémentaire par nuit, ils perçoivent également un supplément qui vous inclut un service de base, pas de parapluies, Il est bon de le savoir pour ne pas être une surprise. L'attention sur le front desk semblait robotisée, mais le reste du personnel fait une grande différence. En général, c'était une expérience agréable de vous oublier de conduire et de marcher vers la plage, boulevard, restaurants sont tout près.

We really liked the location and design. However, we noted there was no bedspread on the bed, the floor was sticky, refridgerator did not work, the shower floor had massive hair in it creating the water to back up, the towels were small and thin, and there was no parking option other than valet costing an unplanned expense. We were told there would be robes in the room but there were not. We were told we would have a gulf view but had to crank our heads way to the side to see it. We informed the desk and all they said was they would inform housekeeping. There was nothing luxury about this as it seemed basic. The resturant was not ready yet. We had coffee only which was good. Very disappointing experience otherwise.

L'hôtel est OK, mais par défaut, il n'y a pas de service de chambre à l'hôtel, il faut appeler pour qu'il soit fourni et il ne faut pas mettre de l'eau de boisson après avoir appelé. Le petit-déjeuner buffet de l'hôtel est plus simple, il faut compter un petit-déjeuner américain un peu mieux, trop mauvais que le petit-déjeuner anglais ou européen. La position de l'hôtel est bonne et sortir pendant quelques minutes est en mer. Le parking est trop cher. Le parking de 35 mèches par nuit, nous allons au parking public à deux blocs de stationnement, il vaut mieux y avoir des douzaines de mèches par nuit.

Checked in at 350 and the room wasn’t ready.  I asked the lady if she was sure it wasn’t ready. We ended up going to the beach until room was ready. At 400 the room was ready, when we had already gone to the beach.  Had to go back to the lobby and waited a while in line to get room key. They gave us late check out for noon time the next day. Fast forward the next day, housekeeping started knocking on our door at 9am. They wanted to know when we were leaving. I told them not yet.  At 10am they came around again, checking to see if we had left. Didnt give me a chance to speak to the lady since she was In a rush. At 11am once again they came around wanting to check if we had left. I told the housekeeper that we had late check out and to please stop rushing us to leave.  She apologized but at this point I was annoyed.  This location needs a lot of renovation, maintenance on the pool and re-training!

Loved our stay here, we booked some other place as we arrived in to town 1 day and they didn't have space but the other place was awful. Sirata staff were so friendly, we loved the bicycles to ride around, the rooms were clean and the amenities were great. We only stayed 3 days but from what we saw the entertainment was fun. Good tio
