Very good and friendly staff including the security guards! Room, free welcome drink good as always. Sheets are generally quite clean (99%) but not spotless.

Had a pleasant stay. All the service staff are very friendly and attentive! Keep up the excellent service!

The hotel was clean and we'll maintain. The staff is friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay in. Like the window bay which privated another good area for mediation and sight viewing. Will definitely stay in this hotel again.

We had a great stay at St Giles Check-in Checking in was very quick and fuss free. Despite booking 4 rooms for the entire family, they only requested for the passport of the main party who made the booking. This is much more convenient and seamless. Staff was extremely friendly and courteous throughout and explained the hotel facilities and the timing for the breakfast. We called in before hand to request for connecting rooms and they arranged for rooms which are opposite one another and both were connecting rooms. Kudos for the effort to accommodate customers request. Rooms The rooms were plenty big and there was enough storage space. There's are convenient water dispensers located at both ends of the corridor allowing you to refill the glass bottle included in the room which is not only great for the environment but we liked it as that provided us with unlimited supply of water unlike standard complimentary bottled water. Facilities were in good condition including water kettle. Beds were clean and there is even a nice bay window to chill and relax. TV are smart and you can connect your devices. Toilets had all basic necessities including toothbrush and shavers in request. TV were if good quality with a great options for Singapore channels. Water pressure and hot water in the bath room is great. They have one of the best designed toilets in my view as the design is not only non slip but it kept the other parts of the toilet dey after shower which is fantastic. Towels were changed everyday if you wish to. Ironing board is also included. Pool Hotel pool is nice and located at the top floor offering great views. Staff The staff are all amazing. From hotel reception to house keeping to security. Everyone greeted us with a smile every time we see them. This is too notch Checkout Checkout was the most seamless ever. The staff did not even do any check of the rooms. They just took the key card and that concluded the checkout process. The hotel also accommodated our request for a later checkout. Breakfast Breakfast has good variety but the quality is just ok. There were plenty of seats around and the food is always replenished. Can do better The pillows were too soft and unfortunately the hotel do not have any other option available. The hotel gym is very basic and lacked a proper treadmill. The breakfast has good variety and options but the taste could be better. Most were just ok. Conclusion One of the best in JB. We will return again for sure and highly recommend to everyone

Overall a good hotel. Everything was fairly clean and decent. Only downside is the lack of food choices during breakfast.

Rooms were nice.near to shopping ctr.came with breakfast.food was soso.could do better with more variety. Quite salty certain food.
