The Garden Beach Hotel

Family of 3 first time here. Room and room service great,amazing friendly staff. Food is delicious so much too choose from My only negatives that I think a 5 star hotel should provide free wifi. Could have more varied played by dj. Seems that they're favouring Russian music more than other nationals. But overall we've enjoyed our stay here Ali and Zuzi made sure that we have the best time during our stay Thank you very much

The place has huge rooms to stay, it looks very nice. However the food is very poor. It is the same almost every day. We stayed for 10 days, on the 3rd day we ate something what was not good and we were sick for 2 days - the whole family. Afterwards we werent able to choose something to eat so we went to nearby McDonalds... The staff is not really friendly, they dont say HI. The whole day the music is loudly ON in the whole resort. Its not a hotel I would recommend to anyone.

Eşim oğlum ve annemle 7 gece 8 gün kaldık, en başta söyleyeyim buradaki kötü yorumlara inanmadığımız için gerçekten çok memnunum Ben çok gezen biriyim, çocukluğumdan beri her türlü tesiste kaldım, buradaki yorumları görünce gözüm korktu açıkçası ama ara kapılı aile odası olması sebebiyle bu oteli seçtik 1)Tatilbudur ile rezervasyon yaptık, yola çıkmadan 1 gün önce Kadriye hanım bize ulaştı ve otelin yerine kadar tüm bilgilendirmeyi yaptı otele girdikten sonra da herhangi bir sıkıntı olup olmadığını sürekli sordu turlar hk bilgilendirdi 2) otelin yeri çok kolay bulunuyor denize sıfır kendi plajı var 3) girişten itibaren güzel karşılandık, hatta kendi valizimi ben alırım dediğimde “yılda bir kez tatile geliyorsunuz siz tatilin tadını çıkarın bu işleri bize bırakın” diye elimden aldılar(belboy Ali çok teşekkürler) bize otel bilgilerinin konseptin yazdığı bir kağıt 2 anahtar ve plaj havlusu için kart verdiler 4) odamıza geçtik, odamız tanıtıldı, klima yeterli, oda geniş, 1 numaralı blokta kaldık, zaten odayı ayırırken deniz manzaralı olmadığını biliyorduk,(hatta buradaki yorumları okudukça yanlışlık olmasın diye 2 kez ara kapıyı teyit için aradık) zaten odada oturulmuyor bile 5) yemekler yeterli ve güzel, çok karıştırmadığınız sürece bir sıkıntı yaşamazsınız alkollü alkolsüz bir çok içki var kahvaltıdan sonra öğlen yemeğine kadar acıkmıyorsunuz bile 6) her gün oda temizliği ve oda havlu değişimi oluyor 7) plaj havluları Salı perşembe değişiyor 8) denizi klasik konaklı denizi, dalgalı ama ılık 9) şezlonglar ***et yeterli sayıda 10)3 tane havuz var 140cm 120cm 40 cm her gün temizleniyor, tahlilleri yapılıyor 11) otelde aç kalmıyorsunuz ya bir snack saati ya çorba saati ya yemek saati mutlaka var 12) animasyonlar çok eğlenceli dolu folu ve çok güzel, animatörler çok sıcakkanlı, özellikle maria çok tatlı biri hoş sohbet ve arkadaşlığın için çok teşekkürler Maria (kocam yüzmeyi pek sevmiyor diye genelde havuza yalnız gidiyordum) 13) bazı yorumlarda müşteri potansiyeli yabancı demişler keşke hep öyle olsa. gurbetçi 8-10 aile giriş yapana kadar her şey sakinden geldikleri anda rezaletler ve görgüsüzlük silsilesi başladı, yüksek sesle konuşmalar, kontrolsüz çocuklar, açık büfeye saldırmalar, kavgalar, yere çöp atanlar, çocuğun biri anne diye seslendi annesi zahmet edip bakmadı bile, çocuk olduğu yerde işedi, böyle şeyler… diğer insanlara neden saygı duymuyorlar anlamıyorum, otel yönetimine buradan sabır diliyorum, bir gün önce açık büfedeki her şeyi yiyen bi adam sabah “midem bozuldu” diye söyleniyordu, çevredeki herkesi kaçırdılar resmen… bir tanesi kavga çıkardı, güvenlikler hemen müdahale etti, sükunet sağlandı, otelden çıkarıldılar sanırım 14) odalar eski ama tertemiz 15) çalışanlar inanılmaz güler yüzlü güvenlikten temizlik personeline kadar herkes her konuda yardımcı oluyor Velhasıl otel çalışanlarına ve yönetimine Her şey için çok teşekkür ederiz, bizim için güzel bir tatildi, Çalışanların güler yüzü, kibarlığı için Güzel yemekler ya

My relatives coming 12.06.23 after long long way at midnight with 2,5 years old child very tired. Them was first in queue on check-in but reception guy told that room is not yet ready and registered them in the end of all queue. Room was terrible but it was very late to change other, because of very tired of all, and especially of 2,5 y.o. child. Today 13.06.2023 my mom and sister with a 2,5 y.o. child asked to change room because of bad smell of chemicals, noise from road and toilet view, but personal rejected all arguments and refused to change the room.

Hello , I would like to definiety recommend this hotel. It is located near to the beach. Rooms clean and in a good condition. Food is delicious and various. All people who are working in the hotel were really helpful and kind, especially that a few times we closed our room cards and they were patient ;) . I have only good memories. Hotel has got a really cheerful group of animators ,who are working almost everyday and care about a**osphere among clients. During the day and in the evening there is also great music in the swimming pool area provided by a very good DJ Gokhan Kocak :) In general there is good music , nice a**osphere and happy people:)

Just back from this delightful hotel The staff were outstanding, couldn’t do enough to please and we found the service exceptional. It was very clean and the hamman was exceptional. I ended up having 3 trea**ents with the lovely Poppy from Bali If there was one thing I’d like to have different was that there was not enough Turkish food. I craved houmous and halloumi but there wasn’t any, it’s not a criticism as the food was always fresh and well presented. We were the only Brits in at the time but I didnt have a problem with that as the staff were bilingual - my niece and I went for a 4 day break in the sun and it was perfect Thank you

There were 7 of us, 3 adults and 4 kids. Despite having booked and paid for everything, upon our arrival at the Garden Beach Hotel at midnight, the hotel did not have us in the system. NO ONE spoke any English at the reception and therefore no one was able to explain to us what was happening. The only language they spoke was Russian (????!!!!!!) and Turkish. The receptionists were incredibly rude, unhelpful and disrespectful. After 1 hour (so around 1am) we were still waiting at the reception desk. We did not know what was happening. Finally they placed us in 2 rooms - one adult with 2 kids in a normal room with 3 beds, and the rest of us (2 adults and  kids) in the basement room that smelled and looked like a dungeon with one 1 bed!!!! One bed for 4 people, 2 sets of towels, 2 sets of beddings. We went back to complain and the horrible receptionists started laughing in our faces. Just before 3am they brought us one more bed. The air con didn't work properly - it would only affect the area right in front of it, not the whole room. Also it was dripping on the bed. Horrible experience. The room was basically hot!! It was horrible to sleep in it. Every room in the hotel has 2 sockets which are far away from the beds. So you cannot charge your phone when you are in bed. The cleaners only change towels and beddings twice a week (!!!!!!) They don't clean the rooms properly e.g. the bathroom floor and the showers were not cleaned, and they wouldn't collect dirty dishes (we had to do it). We were there for 7 nights and we had to chase them for toilet paper 3 times as they wouldnt bring us any. No one at the hotel spoke English. The hotel was filled with Russians. Basically it is a hotel for Russians only. No one will make an effort with you if you dont speak Russian. The silly receptionists had to use Google translate to communicate with us. There is no free WiFi - you have to pay for it. You also have to pay for freshly squeezed orange juice. The other juices which are for free are disgusting and taste of plain sugar. The food is generally very bland - I expected amazing Turkish food which I love so much. None of the sort. The diner is really hot too. One night we had no water in our room - it was switched off for a few hours. Obviously no one told us about it in advance or apologised. The beach was rocky too - it really hurt our feet to go into the sea. No lifeguards at the pool. The best bit? There were only around 150 sunbeds for 1000 hotel guests! We had to put our towels on the hot floor next to the pool to be able to lie down as we could never get any sunbed. Absolutely ridiculous! And then yesterday when we went to check out, the same receptionists who greeted us 7 days ago took ages to check us out as apparently we were not in the system! What a mess!!!! I'd never ever go back there.
