Das Villa Augusto Boutique Hotel ist ein einzigartiges Paradies in ganz Alanya. Ich und meine Partnerin haben sehr spontan gebucht. Beim eintreten in das Hotel wird man schon überwältigt von der extrem schönen Einrichtung welche sehr Edel ist. Yunus Bey hat mit uns zuerst eine kleine Führung durch die Hotel Anlage gemacht. Dieses Hotel hat 20 Zimmer. Es garantiert Diskretion und Privatsphäre. Es ist ideal zur Entspannung. Jedes Zimmer ist einem einzigartigem Stil nachempfunden,so Dezent und erstklassig hochwertige Möbel habe ich in der Türkei noch nicht gesehen. Über die Sauberkeit des ganzen Hauses und speziell den Zimmern (unseres hat 65m²) schreibe ich nicht, den alles glänzt. Das freundliche Personal Arbeitet sehr diskret, niemals aufdringlich, aber immer da wenn man etwas benötigt. Beim Frühstück wird ein sehr feines Buffet serviert das eine große Auswahl an frischen Fleisch- und Käsesorten beinhaltet. Es ist für jeden Geschmack etwas vorhanden. Das Abendessen welches am Strand bei Kerzenlicht serviert wurde ist jedesmal ein Highlight gewesen und hat dem Tag einen perfekten Abschluss gemacht. Jeden Abend gibt es 3 Menüs zur Auswahl. Das Servicepersonal ist nicht zu unterscheiden von einem 3 Sterne Restaurant. Der Pool ist befüllt mit Salzwasser und obwohl ich eigentlich mehr Zeit im Meer verbringe war ich fast ausschließlich im Pool weil er eine perfekte Temperatur hat und extrem sauber ist. Die Größe ist gut zum Bahnen schwimmen. Der Garten ist wunderschön hier sind exotische Pflanzen die perfekt gepflegt sind. Ich könnte hier über jeden einzelnen Punkt etwas positives schreiben. Aber es ist viel besser wenn Sie kommen und es selbst erleben. Wir waren das erste Mal hier und kommen definitiv wieder. Vielen Dank an den Hotelier Yunus Bey und Ilyas Bey der die Serviceleitung hat. Und selbstverständlich das komplette Personal von der Küche bis zum Housekeeping. Wir hatten einen unvergesslich schönen Urlaub an den wir sehr lange denken werden. Mikail Soykök

Super rooftop pool and deck area. Great superking double bed. Clean beach and pool towels available for free everyday. Buffet breakfast with Turkish theme, no full English here but perfectly fine for our taste. Staff friendly and welcoming. Rooms cleaned everyday with bed linen change every other day. Aircon fast and efficient. Konakli is about 10kms from Alanya. We hired a car, hotel transport, taxis, excursion buses available but we prefer independence of our own transport. Very happy to recommend hotel.

So, Where to start? We were here for 2 times, first time was amazing but this second.. it was also last. No english speaking staff, so it was hard to comunicate, they ignored us many times just because of we dont speak russian, how profesional. We stayed here for 8days, paid for all inclusive but we had sunbed only one day - sorry, half day cause of one russian lady who occupied our sunbed and threw away our personal stuff and refused to leave, hotel staff tried to help us but they can’t do nothing because she was a women, so.. i can go on and on about russian privilages all over the hotel, they can do everything and if you are not one of them, u can do shhhiiiiit, no one talking to you, on reception they are bothered that u speak english or german. It’s hotel just for russian and it’s shame cause the hotel itself is beautiful. If u are Europian, British, American,.. just read all the non russian feedback, they are all real, they are truthfull.

Nous avons passé nos vacances dans cet établissement en juillet 2023, le personnel est très serviable et très à l'écoute des clients. De plus un de nos enfants, c'est balisé et le personnel sont très réactifs, un médecin est aussi disponible dans l'hôtel, je recommande fortement cet hôtel pour les familles.

Je vous recommande l hôtel les yeux fermés, nous avons passé 1 semaine très agréable. Un grand merci à Omar pour son accueil qui a pu nous parler en arabe (français peu présent) le personnel maîtrise aussi l anglais pour la plus part. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la propreté des lieux, la gentillesse de l ensemble du personnel. Le buffet est très varié et délicieux, les chefs sont présents pour vous faire des suggestions et chaque soir nous avons pu profiter de la représentation d’un pianiste et des délicieux cocktails de Hassan, j’ai même eu la chance d’avoir un cocktail personnalisé ( Jamila cocktail) merci pour cette délicate attention :-) enfin nous avons profité du spa avec des professionnels de qualités également. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Un hôtel très bon et calme. Les travailleurs sont très chauds et amusants. Il est plus avantageux pour leur capacité d'avoir des hôtels de même valeur. Un hôtel qui émet une énergie positive sur le plan de l'aura. Je recommande. Merci beaucoup à l'exploitant et aux travailleurs 🙏

Allocated a North facing room which I asked to change after a couple of nights as I spend quite a bit of time sat on the balcony and I enjoy some sun during the day. It was difficult to get the staff to understand and persuade them to agree to make the change. My lack of Turkish and their lack of English didn't help' Be aware that this hotel caters predominantly for or only to Germans, the staff mostly speak german and I didn't find anyone at all who spoke English other than the Guest relations person. Especially not the reception staff. This hotel provides numerous TV cannels for Germans and has 2 news channels for English speakers. Out of the 81 books I counted in their swap library there were only 2 in English and these were ones which I had donated in the past 5 days so don't expect to borrow or exchange books. Would I revisit? A huge no. Even if you paid me it wouldn't be enough to persuade me to undergo a really nasty experience that I paid quite a bit for. The location is great, the facilities are good but being the only English person staying there wasn't a pleasant experience, staff not understanding any English didn't help and I just wanted to go home after the first few days.
