The villa itself is very very good. Clean and tidy. It got KARAOKE system, high end speakers and mics. Directly connect to YouTube music, Netflix, private pool, bathtubs, snooker table, open kitchen. It really has everything. Definitely need your own car or your own sort of transportation other than that it ticks every box. 7-11s are also closed by. 100% would definitely come back again with my group of friends when we are travelling to Pattaya again. Perfect for big family’s, couples and groups of friends together. The pictures in these reviews couldn’t do its justice. When I stepped foot inside I was running around like a kid. It was simply that good! Had the chance to stayed there for 3-4 days straight. Also got its own washing machines and dryer 😂

My stay at Leela Resort n Spa I stayed at Leela Resort for four nights and really enjoyed my time here. The environment is beautiful, with many big, shady trees that make the whole place feel peaceful and relaxing. The resort feels just like a cozy villa — very comfortable and private. The room was spacious, and there was a large storage area where we could keep our things neatly. The breakfast was delicious and different every day, which was a pleasant surprise! The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and the location is excellent — very convenient and close to everywhere. Highly recommended! 🌸

We had a fantastic stay at Pattaya Zhongtian Beach Villa. The villa is spacious, modern, and very well maintained, exactly as shown in the photos. With 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, and 2 living rooms, there was more than enough space for everyone to relax comfortably. The private swimming pool was a big highlight—clean, well-kept, and perfect for both daytime fun and evening relaxation. The living areas are large and comfortable, making it great for group gatherings. Bedrooms were clean, air-conditioned, and the bathrooms were modern and convenient. The location is another plus: close to the beach, quiet, and private, yet still within easy reach of central Pattaya. Check-in was smooth, and communication with the property was easy and responsive. Overall, this villa offers great value for money, privacy, and comfort. Highly recommended for families or groups looking for a relaxing stay near the beach in Pattaya. We would definitely stay here again!

Parce que le Grand Hôtel de l'autre côté de la rue que nous avions réservé n'était pas disponible, nous avons temporairement réservé une chambre familiale pour une nuit. L'emplacement de l'hôtel à Pattaya n'est pas mal et il n'y a pas de piscine sous le bâtiment. Il y a une rue gastronomique juste à l'extérieur. Il y a de nombreux chevaux des deux côtés de la rue* *, emplacement très pratique. A côté se trouve le centre commercial Terminal 21, qui propose également de nombreux plats riches. Peut-être parce qu'il s'agit d'un hôtel express, l'hôtel ne fournit pas d'articles de toilette. Personnellement, je pense que c'est un meilleur hôtel express à Pattaya.

L'hôtel est situé près de la mer, mais un peu excentré. La piscine n'est pas très propre, mais elle est ouverte jusqu'à minuit. Les chambres sont vétustes, la baignoire est jaunie par le temps et il n'y a ni brosses à dents ni dentifrice. Le rapport qualité-prix est mauvais, sauf si le petit-déjeuner est inclus.

Nous avons tous aimé une maison très belle, folle, très confortable à la première ligne, près d'un magasin et d'un café. Dans la maison tout ce qui était nécessaire, pensais aux petites choses. Très confortable jardin, passé toute la soirée en elle. Merci beaucoup à l'administrateur! )

Bravo pour la maison, la piscine est incroyable, les chambres sont relativement neuves, l'emplacement est très bon et très proche de la rue piétonne de Pattaya. J'ai séjourné à Pattaya pendant deux jours et c'était très confortable. Le propriétaire était également très gentil et nous a même emmené le voir sur son vélo. Xiu, la prochaine fois que je viendrai à Pattaya, je resterai chez toi.
