Good hotel located right near to Airport, cozy beds, strong wifi

The worst hotel in my life. Toilet in the room was out of function, however in 3 days during my stay nothing was done. I asked for a new room, but the staff said the hotel was full. I was forced to sleep with my colleague. On top of that , no one apologised or tried to alleviate the situation. Good thing in all of this, I definitely know where not to go next time

Ideal place to stay if you are on transit. They offer free transportation from and ro the airport, have a nice restaurant and pool to relax. The restaurant is mainly Italian, but we picked the few Macedonian dishes (Shopska salad, meze, cheese platter) and it was more than enough for two. Especially the salad and meze were really great. We asked for bread and got some freshly baked flat bread, very good. The room was also nice, comfy bed amd balcony. But there is nothing to do in the vicinity, you would have to take a taxi or come by car.

Amazing hotel with accessible airport shuttle. Staff greeted us with so much love and care. Restaurant extremely lovely so much variety to choose from. Amazing swimming pool and gardens. Rooms so clean with all amenities.

We had a wonderful 24 hours at this hotel back in Sep 2022 and wished we'd booked for longer. It was only intended as an airport stopover after arriving late into Skopje and moving into the city centre the next day, but we would loved to have made a holiday of it just staying there for a few days. There didn't seem to be much nearby apart from the airport but that is part of the appeal (you could just relax here away from it all for a while) and the food was excellent with a good range of drinks and everything reasonably priced compared to western Europe. The decor was very modern, including the lovely pool and bar/restaurant area. Service was also friendly, it was an easy pickup from the airport and the taxi arranged by the hotel into Skopje worked well. Hopefully we will be back one day for a longer stay!

I've been meaning to write this review for quite some time and am now getting around to it. My first stay at the Mirror was on my first two nights in Skopje having flown from Toronto and wanting a bit of rest before picking up the rental car at the airport for an Eastern European road trip. **I chose this hotel because of its closeness to the airport, and emailed them directly I believe before leaving Canada. I was able to arrange an excellent rate. And the hotel stay was worth much more than I paid. **Room comfort and cleanliness, swimming pool, landscaping, general ambiance, restaurant and bar -- all superb in my assessment = 9+ out of 10. **When I say this place is a destination until itself, another poolside guest said exactly the same thing; A man from the U.K. working in theatre in Germany was for some reason I don't recall staying at the hotel for a couple of days during my second stay in August after the end of my road trip. He and I both agreed either of us would come back just for the total hotel experience. It was really that good. **Staff: Gracious, attentive, friendly, accommodating, enjoyed and valued their jobs, spoke and understood English quite well, made my stay wonderful! **I was interested to see that on each of the 5 or 6 days I stayed at the hotel there was always a guest or two poolside or in the restaurant who spoke great English and was from somewhere quite a distance from North Macedonia. **The Mirror was quite a new hotel when I was there in the summer of 2021 and undergoing an expansion. I thought the interior, exterior, and grounds were beautiful. **The one detractor; and I've read about it in several other reviews of this hotel: Interior and exterior noise. Example: If the hotel front desk is laid out / positioned as it was in the summer of 2021, as I stood at the front desk facing the staff behind it, to my right down a short hallway is the location where my room was at both my June and my August hotel stay. Six meters from my door was the housekeeping closet. The banging noise was loudest at 6 or 7 in the morning but sometimes late at night as well. In addition, my room's big window faced the pool and outdoor bar. The noise didn't subside, in my recollection, until after 11:00 pm. That's a problem for people who want to sleep before early flights. **The bottom line: Flying into or out of Skopje, this is the place you must stay. It was fabulous when I was there. And I see the person in charge is still the same: Theodore Konstadakos is still the G.M. it appears. So the quality would likely be maintained or even improved.

We had stayed at the hotel for one night in to our trip to Greece . I have made the reservation online with 3 weeks upfront and wanted a standard room since we supposed to stay only one night but the site is giving you a room called “ Deluxe Garden View - Annex Building” that of course is much more expensive with 20 € . I was ok with that, but when I arrived , I was very angry because , my deluxe garden was the one in the picture attached. I asked for the room that I have payed but the guy from the front office mentioned that there are no free rooms. I asked to discuss with the manager but without output . Of course, in the morning i didn’t had water to shower. A full chaos.

We stayed one night in the hotel. What is good about the hotel: - Big parking space. - Close to highway and airport. - Rooms are big enough. - Looks clean. - Nice and big parking (covered). - There are pools and a children's playground. - Nice restaurant. - Employees are polite. What is not good: - It needs to be maintained properly. The door handle fell off. - Breakfast food is below average (there were some cold eggs). The variety could be better too. - It's expensive.

Very convenient for the airport. Polite service, as always in this country. Practical solution. Kind of a tropical setting with a pool. OK food. Free airport transfer. Don’t get excited. This is a good place if you need an airport hotel. But at a price, for this country….
