I stayed on business for several days and can only say positive things. As a Hilton member I was allowed an early check-in, I was upgraded to a nicer room and breakfast was included complimentary. The hotel looks a little dated from the outside, but inside it is excellent: modern, clean and very well kept. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The breakfast does not offer a huge variety, but it is more than adequate and everything is fresh and well presented. The restaurant also offers a lunch and dinner service with rather extensive menus. The gym is average size but all the equipment one might need is there and it is very well kept. There is also a fairly large pool that stays open until 10pm - a great feature. The hotel is located a 10-15 minute ride away from the center of town but there isn’t much of anything in the immediate vicinity. On the other hand it is quiet and relaxing, there isn’t any noise, so you can rest any time of day.

I've been meaning to write this review for quite some time and am now getting around to it. My first stay at the Mirror was on my first two nights in Skopje having flown from Toronto and wanting a bit of rest before picking up the rental car at the airport for an Eastern European road trip. **I chose this hotel because of its closeness to the airport, and emailed them directly I believe before leaving Canada. I was able to arrange an excellent rate. And the hotel stay was worth much more than I paid. **Room comfort and cleanliness, swimming pool, landscaping, general ambiance, restaurant and bar -- all superb in my assessment = 9+ out of 10. **When I say this place is a destination until itself, another poolside guest said exactly the same thing; A man from the U.K. working in theatre in Germany was for some reason I don't recall staying at the hotel for a couple of days during my second stay in August after the end of my road trip. He and I both agreed either of us would come back just for the total hotel experience. It was really that good. **Staff: Gracious, attentive, friendly, accommodating, enjoyed and valued their jobs, spoke and understood English quite well, made my stay wonderful! **I was interested to see that on each of the 5 or 6 days I stayed at the hotel there was always a guest or two poolside or in the restaurant who spoke great English and was from somewhere quite a distance from North Macedonia. **The Mirror was quite a new hotel when I was there in the summer of 2021 and undergoing an expansion. I thought the interior, exterior, and grounds were beautiful. **The one detractor; and I've read about it in several other reviews of this hotel: Interior and exterior noise. Example: If the hotel front desk is laid out / positioned as it was in the summer of 2021, as I stood at the front desk facing the staff behind it, to my right down a short hallway is the location where my room was at both my June and my August hotel stay. Six meters from my door was the housekeeping closet. The banging noise was loudest at 6 or 7 in the morning but sometimes late at night as well. In addition, my room's big window faced the pool and outdoor bar. The noise didn't subside, in my recollection, until after 11:00 pm. That's a problem for people who want to sleep before early flights. **The bottom line: Flying into or out of Skopje, this is the place you must stay. It was fabulous when I was there. And I see the person in charge is still the same: Theodore Konstadakos is still the G.M. it appears. So the quality would likely be maintained or even improved.

3+ étoiles. Chambre pour l'amélioration. Je vais faire 3 mais je me suis sentie dur. Laissez-moi expliquer. Comme pour d'autres commentaires, l'hôtel est souvent sans manœuvre. Juste comme il y avait WiFi, nous avons pu corriger 2 questions par téléphone. (check-in and power cut) Nous avons réservé un jumelage et nous avons reçu un double. Nous n'avons pas reçu d'instructions pour le petit déjeuner, heureusement la dame du matin a pu aider et donner des coupons pour le petit déjeuner (la dame était la propreté?) Ainsi toutes les questions ci-dessus auraient pu être réglées par le personnel de réception présent ou une meilleure communication. Il est sauvé en étant dans une position merveilleuse! Très central. Et le petit déjeuner (servé dans un magasin sur la route) était bon. (Bien que non bien expliqué, vous choisissez des articles dans un menu dans un café sain. Omelette ou smoothie) Nous avons rencontré Goran à la fin. Il semblait un gars très aimable. Je pense que nous aurions eu une meilleure expérience s'il était présent. Ainsi est-il généreux 4/5 . Mais une meilleure communication pourrait le rendre plus positif. (Je resterais encore, comme toujours fourni une bonne valeur)

The location was very good and was within walking distance from almost every tourist attraction and resturants! The area also felt safe. Breakfast was over expectations with a good selection of continental and local alternatives! Comfortable beds, clean rooms and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Would recommend!

Il est difficile de trouver un endroit, Trip.com a donné un mauvais endroit et un mauvais téléphone. Ou j'ai trouvé le bon téléphone sur la carte de Google pour me rendre dans un bâtiment résidentiel à trois kilomètres d'ici. En fait, c'est une maison privée, mais l'espace est grand, trois chambres et deux salles. Les lave-vaisselles de cuisine sont entièrement équipées, mais la télévision ne peut pas être ouverte et le chauffage est pas utile. L'exploitant est un jeune homme local, l'attitude est bonne, et il dit que le intermédiaire de Trip.com n'a pas donné de contact avec son logement. J'ai plaint à Trip.com, j'ai bien pris l'attitude de service client et j'ai demandé une compensation. Donc, bien que je sois longtemps en pluie pendant la mi-noite et je ne sais pas comment contacter le propriétaire, c'est étonnant.

I stayed in this hotel for a couple of nights. The room wasn’t the biggest but it was comfortable and well equipped with a decent sized bathroom. The design of the hotel was rather peculiar with lifts and floors not seeming to quite match up! The breakfast selection wasn’t too bad. The location was good near the bazaar and a short walk to the main sights of the city.

L'hôtel était plus cher que d'autres environs. J'ai choisi cet hôtel parce qu'il était le plus proche de la gare d'autobus encore Central. Les commentaires ne l'ont pas promis de la décrire comme très vieux. L'hôtel est très confortable et très confortable. La suite était très belle. Une grande salle de bains et une chambre de bains séparée. Pour une raison, la salle de bains avait deux douches, une version de la barre et une version de la baignoire. La pression de l'eau était bonne. Ils m'ont également fourni une plaque avec quelques désserts intelligents. La chambre était confortable avec canapé et table plus bureau. La télévision a des caractéristiques intelligentes. Internet était rapide. Petit déjeuner était super avec une grande variété d'options. La chambre est très confortable, et vous pouvez vous amuser à l'hôtel. Le petit déjeuner est très bon, mais il est très bon, et il est très bon, mais il est très bon. Je ne sais pas comment les chambres sont normales, mais je reviendrais 100% si je me réveillais à une suite.

The room given to us was on third floor overlooking street Room 308 Full of natural light Not a big room though spacious enough It was very clean and bed very comfortable Two different types of pillows TV had many channels and quite a few in English and 3 in Italian WiFi was excellent I loved the breakfast offered on day two as we went down at 07:30 First day we were late 08:30 and there was less of a choice I must point out that the ladies who run the breakfast room are very kind I asked for a scrambled egg as I don't particularly.like omelette or fried eggs That was no problem at all The room doesn't have any windows though I didn't find it to be claustrophobic I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone except those with walking difficulties as one has to climb 4 stairs from reception area to reach the lift There is no handrail either I asked the receptionist to inform the Manager as it's needed for people who find it difficult to climb stairs All in all we had a very pleasant stay at this hotel.Thank you to all the staff who made it possible

I would definitely recommend this apartment as it has the best location. 5 minutes away from the bus terminal and walking distance to all the tourist attractions in the city. No amenities but we don’t need any need for it. It will be good if the bathrooms are kept a little cleaner especially in the shower .. the tiles needs a little hard cleaning .. and they do not provide drinking water unless upon request.

Arrived early hours of morning owing to flight times from the UK. Reception was helpful and efficient on check in and remained so throughout our stay. Hotel was clean in all areas we saw and the room was of a good size. Quirky arrangements of the bathroom being visible from the room ..toilet was private. Breakfast was good with great views of the city from the restaurant. Location was great being located in the old town with easy access to all areas of the city. No problems at all with our stay . All staff were helpful and friendly.
