La chambre est très propre, juste en face de l'aéroport. Il suffit de traverser la rivière et il y a une banque d'alimentation à emprunter. Wifi rapide et bon personnel de service.

Même si la page de trip.com indique qu'ils proposent un service de navette et de prise en charge à l'aéroport gratuit, ils n'ont jamais répondu à notre demande de prise en charge à l'aéroport et personne n'a fourni de service de navette à l'aéroport. Et il n'y a pas de transfert aéroport gratuit, le tuktuk nous a facturé 2 USD, aucun transfert en voiture n'était disponible même si nous avons demandé un transfert aéroport lors de notre enregistrement (trip.com mentionne qu'ils proposent un transfert gratuit en voiture Honda). Il est très difficile de traverser la route jusqu'à l'aéroport, vous devez donc organiser le transfert. La chambre est propre, la nourriture est bonne mais le service est vraiment mauvais, comme de la triche. Vous ne pouvez pas trouver cet hôtel dans Grab et Google Maps avec le nom dans trip.com, vous devez le rechercher avec California International.

All good except for a particular approach to customer’s finances. I asked them for anti diarrhea medication and hotel staff said that they didn’t have it but they could buy it for me. They sent a security man upstairs but we couldn’t communicate. I used a translation software to say that I wanted one box. They left and never came back. Later I found that he needed money from me to buy the medication. Seriously??? The hotel didn’t have few measly dollars to use to buy the meds?? And then of course add this money to out hotel bill. They had our 20 dollar deposit anyway. Not good to offer help and then screw it up.

Have stayed this hotel many times due to its 50m walk to airport. My only suggestion for improvement is some Western choices at breakfast. Right now, it's all Chinese.

The hotel is just in front of the airport. Easy to reach just cross the road. The reception is friendly also if their English is basic. The room was ok and clean. Maybe I recommend to upgrade the breakfast also with western food.

location so convenient for transit! really nice staff too. but i am not sure about the "exotic massage" advert in the room... surely a bit too suggestive for the average traveller?!?

Friendly staff. Location right near the airport. Unfortunately no convenient way to get there from the airport. Room was ok. HOWEVER, the thing that impacted our rating of cleanliness was strong smell of SMOKING by other guests, even though smoking is not allowed the rule is not in anyway enforced by the hotel. That ruined the overall experience for us.

A very nice hotel and very friendly and helpful staff. Right in front of the airport, few minutes walking distance. Breakfast is simple but delicious, try the noodle soup, it's yammy!
